    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Kingsnake problem, anyone else had this problem with classified account?

It really doesn't matter why he asked her. What does matter is she said she'd never heard of him initially. If she had no idea of his background or had nothing to hide, then why did she lie?
And I agree that Savannah is most likely an innocent person in all of this who obviously is caught up in a big mess. IF she does have any dealings with Mr. Miller I would hope that she would work with Bob and try to get things straightened out. Bob is a very reasonable person and I'm sure he'd be willing to listen if she would just call him. I can certainly empathize with Bob's situation although the gravity of it is beyond anything I've dealt with or would want to in my life. I just think that bringing this issue "to light" in this forum may have been counterproductive in getting real answers as Savannah has obviously had no interest in saying anything...Which is her right.

I only asked Savannah a question, to which she lied. Maybe if she'd said something like " of course I know him, the herp community here in Arizona is small everybody knows him, he lives close by" Instead she said she didn't know the name at all. When I questioned the fact that he shipped animals for her she said that it wasn't so. I suggested that she investigate the fact that a person she didn't know was using her name to ship animals and she told me that she had to leave for work, that she'd call me back the next morning and then she hung up. I sent her some emails and my next communication from her was through the process server!

You obviously have a vested interest in knowing where and what Jeff Miller is doing. We are not talking about a couple of hundred bucks here. Don't you think it would have been worth two grand or so to have someone on this guy??

The fact that you tried to investigate this on your own through e-mail and phone correspondence with Savannah and the fact that there is 50 plus pages of hearsay here, probably ruined any potential investigation now... If there is anything shady going on with Savannah's business and the possibility of Jeff Miller's involvement......I'm sure (he) they will go back undercover for a while since he has been exposed again.

Maybe it's just me, but it appears that you may have blown any oppurtunity to collect due funds by having this all over the internet before it could be professionally investigated.

Because I had an investigator employed already. If you read my previous posts I said this is how the connection came to light.

Do you think that maybe a young girl might actually be frightened and confused as to who to trust if she found out she was being investigated along with someone she knows?

I'm almost certain of it. Someone of her age already knows that there are consequences for choices made and actions taken.

Bob has been very open about answering questions here. I wonder why, if she is completely innocent and has nothing to hide, Savannah will not come here and answer any questions.

There are so many inconsistancies that need to be cleared up. Julie, you are her friend. Do you know how she imported the first condros and developed her contacts over the last decade when she is only 18?

I think that Bob is doing his share in answering his questions asked of him.
So i could only say while it is nice to know savanah has friends that will stick up for her , IMO with out people hearing her answers in her own defense its all just speculation. It seems after getting the ball rolling in terms she has bowed out of the competition. I can understand that she may be

But yet at the same hand i think that now that she brought all of this to light here on the BOI she should be responsible enough to come back and answer some questions that have been asked of her rather then having people who have said there impartial to both sides to do so .I think its hard to be impartial when you are posting for the defense and prosecution at the same time ? now personally i have nothing against anyone involved but with out the other party involved this thread is going to probably hit 100 threads with in a short time and out of those 100 threads really need 5-6 maybe 7 to get the point across of the truth. thats just my thoughts on the whole matter , which may not mean alot but i think issomething that needsto be addressed

Well, if she is in the process of instigating legal actions against Bob, any right-thinking lawyer would tell her to stay out of this thread COMPLETELY! That's one reason I can conceive. I'm not saying she is going to do that, I have no personal knowledge of anything relating to this thread, but there are a number of reasons as to why she has not responded. We'll likely never hear from her again.

I agree, though. There are a number of inconsistencies in her story. Mostly, I find them to be rather obvious regarding her own personal data. That taints her testimony with me, but I also realize that 18 year olds don't always make the best decisions. I didn't at that age.

I'd say she's scared and under the advise of someone (???) to refrain from posting. That being the case, the rest of this seems somewhat moot.

Was her account cancelled or was the application for an account denied before it became active?

Did the default number of posts on the boards change or is it just my settings? These pages are containing far fewer posts than they used to, pushing potentially worthwhile reads off the last page too quickly.
 
I did see her ad for the dwarf burmese on ks two or perhaps three weeks ago so she did have an account at that time.

i agree with IF shes taking a lawyer in on this as to why she wouldnt post. But im sure IF she has her lawyer has probably told her that she didnt help her possible case by getting involved here with it . But we have seen lawyers & attorneys come here and do worse lol (sorry ) to be honest i think this thread should just be locked down until either Savanah can come forth and let webslave know she has something of importance to add.AsBob has participated IMO rather openly on his behalf. Other then that the rest of us are just eating up bandwidth even with replies like this ... :crap:

i think webslave changed the set up to only show 5 posts per page rather then 10 to make reading easier on the eyes & scroll factor to read so many per page

Now as a followup for those who have KS classified accounts that are newer or have, for whatever reason, reapplied for an account in the last few months to a year...

When setting up the account, is it an automated form where payment information, name, contact information and login can simply be entered and then submitted or is it something wherein an email is sent and the transaction completed through a KS representative?

Because it's still entirely possible that someone could set up a KS account via an electronic registration form which, once submitted, creates an active account (IF that's how it's done these days) and the account is reviewed when KS staff has the time to do so, payment information verified and the individual approved or disapproved.

Furthermore, we only have the one email given as an explaination of the situation. I don't know Savannah but, due to the serious inconsistencies in her website's information, I am left having to ask "Is this the actual text of the email?" and "Is this the ONLY email she reccieved?" If she's not above lying about "her" background, then I suspect that she's not above editing an email text or conveniently neglecting to remember the three prior emails asking her not to post ads with asterix in the title (or whatever possible classifieds rules may or may not have been violated).

Unfortunately the only way that any of this could be confirmed or denied would be to get a representative... a verified and trusted representative of KS to come and respond to this thread (or at least the initial post) and shed some light on the reasons behind her denial of service.
 
I agree completely with your assesment of the turn this thread has taken Alan.

Rich made it pretty clear that he wants it to stick to the original subject... or close to it and for the speculation to stop. Since that point, most the replies have been attempts to link the speculative aspects of the thread with the original issue (with mixed success) and nothing has been said which really progressed the greater understanding of the situation.

Since Bob claims that he never spoke to KS about Savannah and Savannah can provide no proof that he did... that is a separate issue for a separate thread.

The only resolution this thread would be capable of seems like an impossibility at this point, I somehow doubt that Jeff or someone from the KS staff will be coming here to reply to the somewhat vague accusations of misconduct that Savannah has made. Locking down the thread until one of the major and truely involved participants (not me) has something to add might be the only way to prevent it drifting further off topic.

Regarding Kinsgsnake.com. I realize that you don't know why Savanah's account was cancelled. But answre one simple question for me.

You had mentioned in an e-mail to Savanah that you would "expose her to kingsnake.com."

What does this mean. Were you going ot expose her on the forums, or were you going to address Jeff Baringer personally, or one of his staff.

As a follow up question, did you follow through with this threat. HAve you spoken to anyone at Kingsnake.com about Savanah and her possible connection to Jeff Miller.

This will clear the whole thing up. If you spoke with anyone, or followed through with whatever threat you were insinuating of, it MAY have led to Savanah's account being cancelled. If you DIDN'T follow through with any contact with KS.com, then it is really just a mystery as to why Savanah's account was cancelled.

The only person that could answer that mystery is an employee or administrator of Kingsnake.com, and I could probably 100% guarantee that they will not answer WHY her account was cancelled......

So, Bob.....what were your intentions when you made the exposure threat?

DID you follow through with it?

If so, what exactly did you do?

One of the major theme of this whole threads revolves around the idea that if a person(s) is a known or convicted criminal, it is best to stay clear of any dealings (business or otherwise) with said person. This is backed from various examples of people in this thread (including Bob Clark) questioning Savanah's business practice due to her association with Jeff Miller.

Why is it then that this question set forth by Julie, has not been given more thought by any body else including Bob Clark?
