    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Kingsnake problem, anyone else had this problem with classified account?

How did the people that stole those animals know right where to get them once in your building? Were any of these people past associates or employees of yours?

Jolly, Jeff Miller came out to Bob facility ahead of time possing as a costumer. So they knew ahead of time where everything was so they could go deirectly after it. One thing that isnt commonly known is Jeff Miller was also scouting out Pete Kahls facility. Something about Miller set Pete off and Pete gave him a nice little warning to never be see within a hundred miles of his facility again. With Pete, Miller possed to be a huge potential costumer. Flew into BWI where Pete picked him and drove him back to his facility. Point being Miller was going to rip atleast one person off no matter what. He posseed as a costumer to both so he could get a look at each of their facilities. Once he decided on who it was going to be if I rember correctly he even bought some animals from Bob. So once he choose a victim he, he went and bought animals for two reasons. One to gane further trust from Bob anmd axcess to his facility(a more detaled tour) 2 if he was caught he would need some actually albinos or hets with a receipt to try and explain what he had. I dont rember if he bought albinos or hets but If I rember correctly it was one of the two.
 
I thought Bob had agreed to let this die the death and signed off? I though Savannah was never going to be seen in these parts again? Why is Roger Jolly trying to keep this thing alive, when NOTHING will be proven either way?

I'm just an old hillbilly, but I know that if a dog messes in your yard, you leave it alone and the smell dies down. 'Course, if you have some joker coming along to stir the pile with a stick every so often, it just keeps stinking the place up!

This pile needs to dry up and blow away . . .

This would not be the first or last thread on the BOI that does not get any answers, now would it??? Just because Bob agreed to anything doe not mean I have to as well.

The investigator spilled the beans about the investigation to Jeffie and Jeffie, big hearted guy that he is, decided to cancel Savannahs account because of it??? Yeah, right.

I sure would like to have the long distance phone records of Jeffie and Bob Clark for those few days in question. Wanna place any bets they talked together during that time period?

You were assessed those points because you were advertising in the BOI rather than on an appropriate portion of this cite. There never has been a ban on promoting other websites here. Others have done so several times without any difficulty at all.

However, with your self-stated perceptions of this cite and its owner and moderators, it is rather easy to see why you would have a hard time distinguishing the actual reason for your points. It's hard to read the actual reasons cited when your looking through those tinted glasses, Huh?

I got a extra point for posting in the wrong forum. While ill have to admit i did think i had it in the right place ( buisness discussions) it did not bother me in the least as Webslave moved it to the proper froum for posting it , lol im still not sure how to get there from here lol but i will say in his defense he doesnt have a problem with posting them as long as there in the right place .:D
 
THIS thread is about Savannah, kingsnake.com, and Bob Clark, apparently. Off topic posts are those that diverge too far off from those main topics. If someone wants to promote their site, there I do have a forum for it and also offer banner advertising for a very reasonable fee.

Some people have an inclination to try to plug their sites in a high profile thread in a high profile forum, with no other intention but to get visibility for their site. That is not only off topic, but is inappropriate here.

Matter of fact, thanks for bringing this to my attention. I will be reviewing the latest posts made in this thread, and I may delete them for the above reasons.

As noted in my TOS:
I will not delete messages without a very good reason. There are certain rules I set up about posting that I will try to enforce, and those messages that flaunt those rules are certainly subject to being removed.

Apparently some people that are mods or admins on other sites have gotten kind of used to being "god" on their own site, and the fact that they are not accorded the same consideration here is a bit hard for them to swallow, I guess.
 
Huh? God? no no no nothing of the sort....The site I mentioned, I am just an admin of and I make no money nor do I have any vested interest in the site other than I spend a good deal of time there trying to help people and learn new things myself..as I do here and on other sites so why would I pay for a banner? I thought what I said was related to this thread. She got kicked off one site's classifieds so I just told her where she could go and advertise for free and without hassle. I stood to gain NOTHING nor did the site...I was just trying to help. Perhaps I should have emailed her. (shrug) Perhaps I should have gone to law school so I could better soak in all the TOS rules of every site I frequent. It's a bit hard to keep up with all the rules of every site but I try. It just seemed to me like nit picking because of a past squabble that I THOUGHT we had all gotten over...Guess not. Anyway...enough politics. I care about the animals more than the business/political end. I just hope these particular snakes pan out into some good quality clutches someplace where virtually every other morph line hasn't been riddled with chronic RI (BD) Probems. It sounds like a great project and I fully support them being handled by someone else (ANYONE ELSE) for a nice change.

I personally sensed a hint of sarcasm in that statement....or should I have read it differently.....I would have to say that on any forum or any site.....that would've been a troll....correct me if I'm wrong ?

I don't troll...If I did, I would create another account and use a made up name. Isn't that what "trolls" do? It wasn't sarcasm either. It is an accurate perception that is ringing through my head of how this rule works...I'm not disagreeing with it nor am I losing sleep over it. I really don't care. I just thought it was a bit odd and out of nowhere. It's not like I just popped in and said..."Hey, Come on over to our site!" My invitation to her was a very small mention in a fairly lengthy relevant post about my thoughts on the situation or at least I think it was...I really don't remember which post it was. There were a few. Am I mad that I got points and my post deleted? naaahhh I'll live.

Im pretty sure Im in the wrong place, I joined to get info about a scam on Jeremy Clark, and have always frowned on the fact that Kingsnake does not allow feedback anywhere that I can find and if you post hey I got screwed they delete it and I mentioned a site a friend has that does allow the feedback so you don't have to hunt from site to site and at this point Im sorry.

I got screwed out of $600 worth of my familys pets in a trade for news ones and I want this man on a stick and I want him now, today and I want to help these people get their pets back iof we can.

All I wanted to do is mention there are others places that we can sell, trade, haev classifieds and FEEDBACK all one site, not pay a freaking fortune for it and maybe not get cheated.

Had I known about tihs place and to look here Id not have been cheated and I think its stupid to pay all that money to KS and not be able to post hey Jeremy Clark stold my animals - DON"T TRADE with him ont he site you traded at. So that others don't get stabbed by the same fool who didn't know to come here and look.

If I caused all this crap Im sorry, I just think it is a little off to pay someone to say hey you got ipped and so did about 15-30 others from an add on my site but oh well FU and your pets you can't tell anyone unless you know about fauna and post it there.

Jeff Miller / Morph Specialties Connection

My original comments about Jeff Miller's connection to Morph
Specialties generated quite a bit of discussion here a couple of months ago. Savannah Sernas has denied Miller was associated with her business. Initially she denied even knowing him. Miller's import license has been revoked by the US Fish and Wildlife service after his conviction on smuggling and Lacey Act violations.

Morph Specialties appeared on the scene after Miller's release from prison importing animals from the same company in Malaysia with which Miller and Beau Lewis were convicted of the smuggling charges. Records indicate Miller shipped animals on behalf of Morph Specialties.

The court has awarded me a judgement in the amount of $2.44 million against Miller for his involvement in the theft of my albino ball python colony in 1994. As part of the collection process Miller was ordered before the court in Phoenix, AZ on Jan. 22 to discuss his financial situation and to determine which of his assets may be seized in order to satisfy the judgement. Miller was ordered to bring copies of certain documents incuding bank statements, pay stubs, tax returns, etc. Miller's bank statements show several wire transfers to the same company in Malaysia from which Morph Specialties imports animals! Under oath Miller admitted the money was sent for shipments of animals to Morph Specialties. The connection is confirmed.

We're just getting started on this so I don't know. Miller sold his house to his father in order to protect it from seizure. That's our first priority right now. It looks like we have enough information now to show a fraudulent conveyance and take some action.
