It only takes a few minutes for a vet to read a necropsy result, why are you being so laggard about this? Why did you not post a copy here as soon as you got it?

Why would you have to wait to post the results of the original necropsy results from the University Vet? If you FAXED the results to James L. Jarchow DVM, You should have the original results in hand, and posted them long ago like promised. Why have you not done that so that My vet can see the original results? What are you trying to pull? Are you doctoring the results? Trying in some way to make it seem like You are blameless?

Luis, You are full of crap IMHO, and I'm tired of your delays, and contradicting statements. You are playing games and disrespecting the whole lot of us by thinking we are stupid enough to believe this crap. You have no concern for the animals involved what so ever, and no regard for the situation at hand, or what You are putting Matt and I through.
So, since I am forced to have some tests done for My peace of mind, don't bother showing up for the babies in 2-3 weeks like stated in the other post You started about Me. I will not release them to You untill I get results from MY Vet stating that Aurora did not pick anything up from your house other than the husbandry related ailments caused by You. Who knows how long this will take. I will contact You when that time comes.

As for Matt's BP's, (and they ARE Matt's I believe completely) that is no longer a concern of yours, it's between Matt and I. You did not follow through with what you promised in previous post's. I made My choice.

Matthew should have the Ball Pythons already... Once the Vet Report is ready Matthew and I can discuss what to do...

That necropsy report concerns an animal of Mine also Luis. Or at least may have bearing, depending on what it says.
Now you stated that they were enroute to You via US Mail, and You would FAX a copy to the other vet, and post a copy here at the BOI. Let me guess, YOU decided to do it differently right? So YOU don't have to keep your word, but I am expected to keep mine? YOU aren't the only person involved in this Luis. You don't seem to get that simple fact.

BTW, the male with the one bad eye died at 10:30 this morning, and is with My usual Vet, and scheduled to be shipped to Texas A&M for necropsy and culture testing. This brings it down to 11 viable offspring.

I'll post My results, good or bad when I get them. We'll see how long this actually takes. The animal will be leaving on Monday morning if they could not get it out today. This Luis, is called following through with what you say you are going to do. It's a good concept, you should try it sometime.

I just wanted to post an update that I now have the ball pythons. I would like to thank Rick for everything he has done to help me out. He must be one of the most honest people I've run across in this business.

As for you Luis, you must be one of the most dishonest people I've run across. I hope this thread keeps you from ripping off anyone else in the future. Even if it just helps one person, it was worth all the trouble.

Thanks to everyone who replied and/or got involved to help get a resolution in this matter. I've only had to use the BOI twice now, and both times it worked out great. This is truly a wonderful community. Thank you all.

How about that necropsy report Luis? This thread can last a LONG, LONG time, or it can end here when that report is published like you promised. Makes no difference to Me, though it would be nice to have some closure to this ordeal. Why don't you just keep your promises, and follow thru? In case you didn't notice, closing your eyes does not make Me go away. You need to do the right thing.

At this point, it would be nice, but really doesn't matter. I have begun My own testing, and I'll be able to see those results with out waiting on someone else to post them.
And I have an appointment with an attorney to see just what My recourse should be, as to this entire situation. (Or, what heart ache I can "legally" bestow upon Him for My troubles and $$$ to vets) I have printed the whole thread, all emails and IM's I could find, all PM's that were sent to others and fwd'd to Me, and I got our contract, all ready to drop off for the attorneys reading displeasure. (speaking of IM's, I found one dated 3-23 where Luis states He is not going to pay for the albino.) Gee, who woulda figured that? Glad I decided to help out or Matt would never have seen them.

The sad part is, this all could have been avoided with a little honesty on Luis's part. Maybe in Guatemala this is perfectly ethical behavior, but not here in the US.

as stated, I relinquished the male 06M to the vet for necropsy, and pathology testing on 4-30-06. Today is 5-13 and the results are in. A mere 13 days. Why has it taken You so long to come through with your promises? I know You have been here and read this stuff, and Yet you choose not to respond, or merely post those results.

Here are mine (sorry, tried to make it as computer friendly sized as I could).................

The blood sucking attorney I talked to says I should keep them and make You sue Me. I believe it is because He see's a case and the potential for a few easy bucks. I however do not want to feed some parasite an easy meal, so I have decided to just be done with all of this.

There are 11 babies still alive. I have chosen 6 for Myself, and the other 5 for You. 2 of mine have not eaten, and 2 of yours have not eaten. This is as fair as I think I can be at the moment. I have incurred a bit of stress over this, and financial burdens that will take some time to recover from, so I do not want to hear a bunch of griping later how I did you wrong. You are lucky to get what You are.

I want you to come and get your share ASAP. I think a week is fair notice. I advise you not to put this on the back burner as you have repeatedly done throughout this ordeal. If You don't show up by next weekend 5-22, I will concider this a forfit of your half of the litter.

I really don't want to hear that you concider this an unfair time frame, or how it is inconveniencing you some how. In truth, I do not give a damn. You inconvenienced Matt and I and showed complete apathy through out this entire ordeal.

And again, You are lucky to be getting what You are. So come get your neonates, and don't forget to give Me some notice (like an hour. call from Demming N.M.) cuz I want the local P.D. present on this one also. I don't want you going around later saying that I didn't give you anything.

I also would advise you answering this one. I will post a duplicate post in the other thread, and send You a PM and an email with a link so You can't say You didn't get the message. I just want to be done with this, and with You once and for EVER.
