Debbie, I told you before you sent me money that I was selling some animals because I wanted to pay off Douglas Matuzak. The money you sent to me went straight to Douglas Matuzak. When you said you wanted your money back I refer you to my Terms of Sale.
I told you before you shipped the snake after you already spent my money in paypal 5 Min's after I sent it that I wanted my money back and did not want you to ship the snake to give me a refund. I ask the reptile community Who would spend someones money 5 Min's after the sent it before you shipped anything to them. No one thats who.
Again, You choose not to send me the snake back when I requested the snake back. You choose to keep the snake. You should have taken the snake to a Vet. If there was an underlaying problem, after I see documentation from the Vet. I would have requested the snake back again before I send you the sister. I think a Vet would have been able to diagnose the problem and the snake may be alive. I am sorry you do not have veterinary skill. You had a snake that needed it. That I would call Neglet.
People who also know Me will tell you that the snake died and I was very upset about that/ More than being upset about the money. When I received it and saw that it has a RI problem it was isolated and the heat was immed raised. The snake died so fast I'm thinking it had underlying medical issues beyond my knowledge.
Debbie, I reply to all your e-mails. Except when you send me three emails in one day, I reply one email and I responded all your email questions and conserns. I reply when you were looking to buy. I reply after you bought the snake. I reply a year later when you contact me. For God sake I am replaying here! You know this is true!
Also post the email correspondence you sent me there isn't any except for making sure I had your paypal email so i could send you money. Where are the emails I want to see them. You never responded to my emails and changed your phone #. Was I supposed to hire a detective and waste more money on you? Your a con artist and you live like a fugitive.
Debbie, My animals, my terms of Sale. There is not another way! Name a breeder that will send two animals out when he has only been paid for one? I do not offer buy one, get one free. In my Terms of Sale it States: "Payment is required in advance by check, money order, wire transfer or credit card."
Also I think it was fair after you ripped me off spending my money before you shipped the snake for me to ask you to send me the sister and the day I received her and checked her over I would have shipped the sick one back to you. Why should I have trusted you to do it the other way, So you could keep my money and sell the sick snake to someone else who didn't know better than to ever do business with you.
I value the opinion of breeder I know and trust. They usually have had similar circunstance happen to them. A lot of people opinions here are bias, therefore irrelevant here.
Since all through this you seem to be very intrested in other peoples opinions I'm not sure if your getting this now try and FOCUS, The general opinion her is you did me wrong and you owe me money.
Well you know I bred this animal here. This is not an animal I acquire form someone else.
Also the supposed het albino that i never received genetic paperwork on is doing fine. That is amazing being that it came from you.
Debbie, You know, I was actually going to send her to you. But you and your husband got really pushy about it. If I am at work and I need to get off the phone, I have to get off the phone. I am not rude to just hang up. You have nothing to show me of the things I would need to see, in order to issue a credit. How can I expect you to have something. You contact me a year after the fact!!! Why did not you contact me when I ask for a necropsy??? What really did it was your husband telling me what strings he can pull with AZ Law Enforcement. Was that necessary??? Whatever the reason??? I had already say we could work something out. At that point I did change my mind. Give me something to prove the snake is dead, and that it died because of a long term illness. unfortunately we can do that anymore.
Also how do you verbally agree to send me a credit of a Guyana retail 2 weeks ago and then just say i changed my mind? Thats really Good business! The reason my husband got upset with you but never threatend you , is because you laughed at me. I do not think this is a laughing matter , an innocent animal lost her life and i am out $1000.00 and you find humor in this just also represents you character of lack of.
