    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I think there were a few dollars invested. What is the going rate for a breedable female snow boa? What was it at the time the breeding loan began?
What is the value of an adult male motley? They very well could have produced babies on their own, without the stress to the snakes, or themselves. However they weren't trying to produce motleys het snow. They were wanting to produce Albino motleys het snow, thus the loan.
Granted the market has gone down quite a bit since the loan was initiated, but I would guess that the Beunos spent close to 7k for the motley if they bought it as a yearling back then, and probably 5k or more on the snow.
I know that Mark's $50-100 in rats (if he doesn't breed his own) is a HUGE expense, and it probably took an extra 2 minutes to feed these snakes while he walked through his snake area feeding his own animals, but lets try to be fair here.
 
Still no contact from Mark. I am awaiting a return call from Topeka PD to file charges. Mark had until today to produce the animals and he has not made any attempt.

I also checked the status of the letters we sent him. The letter sent to Mark's home address is being returned to us after being unclaimed. The letter sent to his parents home was signed for though. :)

We will keep everyone updated as to the details.

I couldn't figure out how to do a screen shot with this computer, but Mark is now online and reading this thread. So, apparently has once again has computer access and should be able to contact anyone involved in this mess.

I wouldn't be surprised if he has more than one user name here, but the only user name I could find for Mark Miller, AKA Loco Lizards is King Pin, last activity 8-5-07.
 
he (mark) just posted on redtailboas.com a litter from a salmon motley x supersunglow he had. he did not say anything about being sorry about ripping so many people off. what a tool.
 
Wow... With that many motleys, he might be able to pay off a fraction of his debt!The question is...will he? I say fraction, because I would hope that someone like him would have to sell really cheap to sell anything. I don't think anyon should buy from him at all, but that is the only way he will get money. I just hope he does the right thing with the money.
 
We all ALL need to come together to protect each other. This in a sense in my opinion isn't a large matter. Based on the agreement I feel Ray is totally in the right. Mark Miller has had SEVERAL not just this, known problems stealing selling and ripping people off............. Just so no one misunderstands..... Spread the word to everyone you know DO NOT BUY TALK OR WORK WITH MARK MILLER OF LOCOLIZARDS EVER~! He is already in financial trouble for a couple years well, finish the job and stop supporting his business and let him GET A REAL JOB~! lol
 
this scammers website is back up. i really hope that no one will buy from him too, but from what people say here, there is a big boa backer for him. i hope that ray can prove that his actions were criminal so he just goes to jail. he does not deserve the right to be free like the rest of us after cheating good people out of their money.
 
His "friends" seem to agree that this is the place for it though. If Mark believes even some of what he types, he sould be able to come here and present his side.

Ray i had lots of respect for you until you made this comment.What the hell do Marks friends have to do with this situation?Nothing.Keep these inocent people out of this bull shit.This is between you and Mark,no one else.
I can tell you right now that the people who you call Marks friends do not agree with anything that Mark has done or have anything to do wit hthis stuff.One person has a forum to protect that is why things get locked,deleted,etc etc.It has nothing to do with Friendship.

the thread is still there, i don't see why you feel this way? people on that site agree with you and the others who mark has ripped off. lets hope mark grows a pair and comes here or better yet he refunds everyones :) money and then leaves this hobby.
 
I believe Mark should come here to address the issues as well. I've been following this situation for along time now.

you are out $1500???? We are out closer to $20000. Mark has screwed you and we back you on that 100%. It just seems to me that he gets protection on that site. Now I may be assuming too much and if so I apologize.

I think you are right about Mark stealing snakes from you.
I think you are wrong about him being protected. Clay has a different kind of site. Heck, the rest of Fauna is different from the BOI. BOI type threads aren't something that Clay desires to have on the site he runs, whether they are about his friends or not. Clay directed people wishing to engage in that type of thread to this one. I think the thread was locked at a good time. It gave people a chance to make some points, but didn't allow it to get carried away. Had it gone much further, I think that posts would have to be deleted to keep the thread redtailboas.com friendly. Had posts been deleted, Clay would have been accused of playing favorites, even if the deleting was necessary. He was between a rock and a hard place, and he managed to get out of it while keeping the information there.
I think he did the right thing.
 
Ray I had conversations with Clay and Jeff about this and both did not agree with what has taken place.Jeff even contacted Mark for me at one point during all this.Clay removed Marks sponsorship and banners from his site as well.
As a mod on a different site that type of thread would have been locked or even deleted way before Clay locked the two threads on his site.
I do not feel they are supporting him at all.
Once again I do agree that Mark needs to make things right with everyone including you Ray.
There was no contract for that breeding so it should have never happened.
I hope you both can settle this and gets whats rightfully yours.
