    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I saw Mark produced some sunglows. I am curious if he used my male triple het to produce them. I find it interesting that he posted pictures but did not say what produced them???

I am new to this site and i saw this and i just spent the past half hour reading this and man is this guy full of sh!t. I hope you kick his ass in court and get what is rightfully yours. Have you told the guy of red tail boas about that ad and how that is one of your snakes. I bet he would be willing to take it down. I wish you the best of luck.
 
Mark Miller needs to man up and try to right all of this. I have been following this thread and have never dealt with any of the parties involved (I am a ball python and beardie girl), but the fact that he refuses to explain himself speaks volumes. Ray, I hope you keep us all posted on what happens when you smash him in court. I hope you get your babies back. If this had happened with one of my animals, I would be heartbroken. It is like finding out you have a child out there somewhere...

1. I would have bred my snakes together. Mark wanted to use my male motley for his sunglow. I agreed. The snow was to be bred to a motley het albino.

2. The breeding contract DID state very specifically what snakes were to be bred together. You might want to read the SIGNED contract I posted.

3. Why should I give Mark a break? Because he manages his life so poorly he has to steal from others???

4. You say all is far in this trade... You have nothing invested so that is very easy for you to say.

5. I had good experiences prior to this with Mark as well. Why do you think I would send him the animals???

6. There was NO misscommuntication on my part. I signed a very specific contract. I did not go outside that contract Mark did.

7. I was never given a chance to split anything with Mark. He took it upon himself to do that before I ever had a chance to see MY animals.

Again it is very easy for you to comment on Mark. You have not been in my shoes or the countless other peoples shoes that he has screwed. But rest assured if you continue to business with Mark you will be one of us too.
 
How is the court case going, Ray? Is it happening yet? I hope you get your babies back. I can't believe anyone who is in it for the animals, not the money, would do this to another herper. You obviously love your animals and Mark sucks to do this to you.

I have been in contact with the Shawnee District Court to sue Mark for my animals.

We will see if I lose in court.

If Mark is such a stand up guy as you say he is, why has he never responded to my post about him???

I dont understand how you think my going after a THIEF is going to hurt those who really love this hobby. I am one of those people as are the numerous others who have been victims of Mark Miller.

Just out of curiosity... Have the two guys from Canada had their money refunded yet??? I doubt it. But they are probably to blame too, right Dudeman??

that sounds just like what Ray B. and John M. were saying before he stole/swindled almost 20k from them and most of the boas exchanged were holdbacks so factor in that and the number is easily 20k. Is this not enough money yet that we should actually give him a break??? He can go to the boa hole and never come out if you ask me:dgrin:

Thadeous, you're an idiot. This is in no way going to leave a black mark on this hobby and Mark also has a burden to prove that the litter should be part his. They both have a case to be made and should this actually go to court, I would firmly hope that Mark's prior acts should/could play a part in this.

The only thing that will ruin this hobby is idiots like you who are lacking not only common sense but integrity.

As far as I know, Todd has not received any money and Will hasn't either. Will tried contacting Mark by e-mail last weekend (approx.) but has not received a response.
 
What are the odds that brand new person joins, posting in favor of Mark Miller and has the EXACT same name as a character on " All My Children ". That would be a soap Opera for those that don't know.

If I'm wrong forgive me but it makes me wonder when new folks come out of the blue talking out of their ass about how much a scumbag is good deserving guy.

Sorry to butt in again everyone but dudeman you are a retard to the extreme. Have you even read this entire thread which i doubt you have. They had no aggrement for Mark to breed his animals. If he wanted to do that he could of kept them and done that himself. He broke the contract multiple times in multiple ways. He cheated and honest man out of 20k. Now keep your mouth shut unless you got something good and worth reading.

1) I don't think your real name is Thadeous Martin. I will humbly apologize if it really is but I'm thinking I won't need to worry about eating my words anytime soon.

I was stationed at Ft Riley , KS. I know Topeka ain't that far from Missouri.

2) The post I quoted sounds like either Mark or one of his buddies trying to talk Ray out doing what he feels he needs to.

3) Even if anything in the post I quoted had any validity , not using your real name to toss it on the table is fairly cowardly.

4) If you had used some reading comprehension skills you would have realized that your posts are bit off base.
