    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Well I for one would / will still happily purchase quality boas from Mark.

As a person, or based on this deal, you can all think what you want. But I do find it funny, even Jim O says no one in their right mind would partner up with Tony (or something to that effect). Yet you were all more then willing to hang a good breeder by the neck because he wouldnt do just that (wouldnt you consider someone who owes you more then a g on an animal to be a partner on that animal untill it was paid).

So I guess as the boi turns, Im going to put my money on Marks ability to sell the high quality animals he produces with relative ease.

Since Mark seemed to be a good guy until this mess, I hope that he will be able to regain everyones trust with PROPER business practices from now on. But that is up to him and the way he handles his business.

Mickey the thing is Mark entered the deal and as has been stated here over and over a deals a deal! Mark made it and totally messed it up. If he wanted out and had refunded Tony's money within a reasonable time say within a Month of entering the deal then I think most would understand. But he didn't do the right thing he kept screwing the guy around and wanting more money which makes him a person most wont want to deal with.

No ones telling you who you can and can't do business with but I would think that most who read this thread wouldn't touch a business deal with Mark with a ten foot pole. There is no way you or anyone else can justify Marks handling of this deal. Randy
 
Ya know what??? I'm glad Mark screwed this deal up.. What if Tony is a scammer?? I bet your bottom there is a good chance he would have been off the face of the earth if Mark had sent that snake only half paid for... Is Mark a bad guy?? From the start, I tried to look at this situation in a different perspective... If I had responded to the sunglow ad last year, and I had the 4k up front, I bet you that sunglow would have been at my place within a week from payment.. Mark should lay off the international orders and stick to domestic... I don't really think Mark is a person who has BAD intentions, he's just irresponsible.

Mickey, I don't care how many times anyone tries to explain why Mark wanted to change the deal the fact remains that he changed the deal. Tony did not owe Mark anything at all for that snake. In fact, he had a 1k credit with Mark by the time it was all said and done. The deal was 50%, then 50%. Had Mark sent the snake, then Tony would have owed him 1k more. This whole time it wasn't Tony oweing Mark anything. Mark didn't send Tony anything. He did not pay for a product, or service and didn't provide anything for the money he did recieve, which he agreed to.. He accepted money, and withheld a snake. He was not out anything, and as he will tell you , over and over I am sure, holding that snake increases his profit margin, especially when he can just make up a reason not to send the snake after a year of waiting.
It doesn't matter at all now that the victim is a turd. In this case Tony is still the victim of wrong doing, regardless of his past. On the flip side, no matter what good things he has done in the past, Mark is the bad guy here. I don't see a bad guy thread about Tony started by Mark yet. Think he will try that? NO! You know why? Because Tony didn't do anything wrong here. It was all Mark.
 
Btw, Since this thread is about Mark, maybe he can field some questions here.
Word on the street,(in ACC chat actually) is that you are getting that possible super salmon back from Ian. Is that true?
How did he get you to take it back? Maybe a guilt trip like "Hey man, you didn't tell me anything about this snake, and now I can't sell it. Why didn't you tell me any of this stuff? You should refund my money on her".
I just can't see you buying a snake back after a couple months just to try again.
Why did you sell her so cheap in the first place?
How come you didn't respond to the BOI thread where Ian's email was posted stating that the information about the snake was never shared by you? That was another long thread, where the finger was pointed at you, and you knew before the thread was even started that Ian was pointing at you. The only thing that saved you there I imagine is that Ian never said ANYTHING at all on that thread. I can't believe all the heat he took over that, and for what?
I bet if Ian came here right now, and posted about that deal, he couldgain the respect of everyone that was against him in that other thread. I know I wouldn't have a problem dealing with him if he came here and told us exactly what went down.
Anyone have contact info for Ian? Or could someone get him a message about this thread? He might have something to add.

Fact of the matter is that in this transaction he was 100% the only one in the wrong.

He screwed up big time, admitted it, and moved on. Take his lead and do the same. I seriously doubt you can convince anyone that he did anything right in this transaction.


That said.....Tony.....you got some splaining to do...
 
There’s one question that has been bugging me a lot lately. If Antoine gets suspended, does he have to pay in American or Canadian dollars? Will Rich adjust the currency daily?

Remember the whole thread about Ian misrepresenting a poss super salmon??? I was talking with Mark in the ACC chat and I asked him why he never showed his face on the Ian thread... Didn't really get much of an answer from him, but he did tell me he was getting the female back from Ian.. I don't understand... Ian pointed the finger at Mark, which in my mind, should mean they have somewhat "Bad blood" between them.. Why would Mark be taking the female back now??? Something's fishy, maybe Ian was telling the truth the whole time?? Maybe Ian was gonna try and sell the hypo female for Mark, since I'm sure ANYONE who knew Mark would have steered clear from that female?? The female was exposed, and now Ian's sending her back?? The Ian thread ended with many questions unanswered...

No one is denying you the right to voice your opinion Mickey. The problem is that you seem to have contracted tonypharosxitis. You have stated at least a dozen times that you support Mark, believe Mark, trust Mark, have had great dealings with Mark, will continue to deal with Mark, will give Mark the benefirt of the doubt. etc. etc. etc. etc. etc.

Over and over and over and over and over and over and over and nauseum.

Once and for all. WE BELIEVE YOU!

However, absoliutely none of that has anything to do with the structure of this particular deal. in this situation, the short version is

MARK BAD

TONY GOOD.

That particular scenario has been explained to everyones satisfaction and is a done deal.

However...

The current focus is on our good friend Mr. Pharosx / Seara. He has damaged his own name / names as thoroughly as Mr. Miller here. His dishonesty has become very apparent. His own folks up in Canada have outed him and I believe that a particular graphic is due to the newly named POS
