Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them.     Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

AGAIN...I can't say enough about Matt...

I inquired about some shipping and pricing yesterday on a product I was definitely going to buy...and, knowing what it was I wanted, Matt shipped it.
I got to my office this morning to a USPS tracking number...Matt left me an email saying he had items to ship...so he just shipped mine as well and pay him when I got around to it. This guy is simply amazing. His customer service is absolutely the best I have ever dealt with...in the reptile industry or in the construction industry (I am the general manager of a specialty paving company).
Great guy...I will not buy from anyone else, regardless of price (even though his are the best)...

I received so flexwatt from him last week and I was amazed at his customer service. Even rushed the order so I had plenty of time to set up my incubator before the eggs came!

I too have to comment on how great matt was with my order for flexwatt, he wired it up for me and I got the package withen three days after ordering. I plan on ordering a lot more from him. Too bad you don't have incubators :) But really a standup guy! I would recommend him to anyone!
 
Got my last order today...it was waiting at my office for me this morning...it got shipped Thursday night on a holiday weekend...always first class service...I really can't say enough.

Once again...Matt is the MAN...

I got a package full of snakes from him yesterday...
It IS the middle of winter, but they were perfectly packaged and plenty warm when they arrived.
All appear healthy...and were definitely alert.
Great looking bunch of corns, too.

There was a miscommunication...so I called Matt and left a message...he returned my call within MINUTES of returning home...took care of the situation for me instantly...and we actually sat and talked for about an hour.
Absolutely great guy. Couldn't ask for more. I will buy all my supplies from Matt in the future...he is one of the best in the business.
You can purchase from him with complete confidence. His customer service is second to none.
 
I purchased some items from Matt on the weekend and received them on Wednesday of the next week, and I live half a continent away! I will be purchasing from him again.
 
I think Matt has some special USPS connections! How else could he get things to their destination so quickly? :p

I just purchased a Johnson thermostat ,some heat strip and a 18''hemostat from Matt.The quality is tops and the price was unbeatable,Matt even wired up the multiple recepticle on it , what a deal !It is a pleasure to do business with Matt and I belive that he will do well because he is there for his customers after the sale along with having quality gear at reasonable prices. I just purchased from him again for the second time and I am confident that things are going to go as good as the first! He responded to my order withen minutes of my placing it. If everyone out there was half as good as him there wouldn't be a single problem!
