Matts past customers speak fondly of him, he conducts himself like a professional, and he went out of his way to remedy a situation with a known scumbag. His actions speak volumes of his integrity. You? You do not even know the definition. You would know nothing about such things. Do yourself a favor, take a few notes. Your behavior is childlike and frankly, you're annoying. You are missing the point here. It is obvious that there was a miscommunication here. I don't think either of you was really to blame but if there is blame, it should definitely be shared. The reason you are coming off looking so bad here is due to the way you responded to the situation. Nasty phone messages, nasty Emails, calling and ragging on his Mom....neither professional or mature. After all that, a very generous offer was made to you in an attempt to rectify the situation. If you had stepped up, agreed to disagree on the past situation, and accepted the offer civilly like an adult, this thread would be about 10 pages shorter.

Instead you decided to act like a petulant 5 year old. While your past rep does enter into any situation of this sort, I am really looking at this as a stand alone situation. You have behaved immaturely and, frankly, like an ass. My main issue is that you seem unable to recognize your behaviour as unacceptable. That is the truly sad aspect of this situation and the one thing that assures that you will repeat this sort of thing in the future.

You are for getting you are believing Matts story, No mis communicating on my end, in fact no communication at all, Then you say this crap about phone calls, well I left one message for Matt and it was A tad rude Can you get it, A tad rude, then you say something about being rude to his Mom, I guess you got that from the big fat liar matt again,

Jim in all seriousness and everything else aside. I dont think you understand how you are affecting your business. I dont want to see anyones business hurt of lessened no matter what has happened in the past. I have let it go and I was the one that was wronged now lets just buck up and move on.. I have received 15+ emails from people telling me how glad they are they read this thread because they were thinking of ordering from you and now have moved on to other companies for their needs. I mean I am not mad as that is not really in my nature for something like this to t- me off enough to not move on...

From everything YOU have said Jim, you were not wronged. Matt made a mistake. Instead of keeping your cool and working things out with Matt (or even trying to) you were rude. At that point Matt chose to refund your money which he has every right to do.

So far, nothing else you have said, or will say has or can change those facts.

You simply have continued to be rude, immature and unprofessional in your posts here which only lend more credibility to what Matt says.

So, what everyone here is telling you is:

I truly believe that if Matt said he was going to ship Monday and that was not going to happen, he should have contacted you to let you know. See? Not everyone thinks you are 100% in the wrong here. The true measure is how problems are rectified. Matt attempts to fix things by acting like a professional. You act like a two year old....see the difference
