Anyone calling me a thief is a liar themselves!!!! I am a christian buddy and do not take anything from anyone. Aside from that I simply do not need to as this business is very very profitable. I do not have the ability to ship through paypal, they have disabled the option to create a shipping label. What I am going to do is escalate it to a claim myself and ship through the main USPS site and then enter the information into the claim manually. Your right there are many people that do not like me, some for the fact that I do not allow ANYONE to walk over me, some feel the need to hate on me because I have Jesus on my website others don't like me as I am very opinionated and call a spade a spade when I see one. If you would like to call the cops, BBB or whatever I truly do not care as I have done nothing wrong, businesses do have things on backorder all the time ya know, it doesn't mean they are going to steal from you because they didn't ship the very second you placed the order. People in this business are way to paranoid and some have good reason to be as it is full of scammers. Like I said I have never taken a dime from anyone and would never even if my family was starving!!! Anywho I will forawrd the USPS sites tracking info to you and will include a "signature required" to make sure there is no doubt if you received it or not.

The receipt I received from them stated "This is a communication between you and the seller, not between you and Paypal." They have done nothing that would prevent youfrom shipping the order. Also, the terms of paypal are clear and read:
"once a dispute is closed, it CANNOT be reopened or escalated to a claim"
Their instructions concerning WHEN SHOULD I CLOSE MY DISPUTE? read as follows:
Not until you are 100% satisfied the dispute has been settled....if the shipper is going to send the item, do not close the dispute until you have received it..
Yet you chose to respond through Paypal saying I could open a claim later. Why would you post such an intentional lie?
I have spoken to several people that I know through Kinsnake.com and was contacted by a great many who had less that stellar things to say about you. Some going so far as to openly call you a thief. Unfortunately, I did not make the inquiry until you failed to ship the order you were paid for or I would probably chosen a different seller. I am still hopeful you will do the honorable thing and ship the order that I paid you for in full 22 days ago. I try not to be the one to contribute to negative expression in forums, but will do what I must to protect my interests and warn other from being defrauded. Your actions of late give me reason to believe my first course of action to contact authorities was the correct one. Please give me reason to think otherwise and immediately send the order that you say is already packaged and ready to go, and as I stated before- I will happily and expeditiously cancel the dispute filed through paypal upon receipt of the items you have been paid for in full.

Your plan sounds like a winner to me and I truly apologize for being a little hot under the collar. When an email appeared out of the blue with threats of calling the police it just made me mad. No as for your order, we just received the probe sets in yesterday after a huge wait and had a large amount of orders to fill that led to working about 16 hours yesterday. I will be printing your shipping label here in just a few minutes and will also refund your shipping for the delay. I will not be able to ship the order until the dispute is cancelled because it cancels all options on my end. Once it is resolved with paypal and I get the option to ship again it will leave the next business day.. Again sorry for my unprofessionalism and God Bless you!

All I ever wanted was what I paid for. Now if we can tone things down a little and be reasonable, lets remember who is supposed to be professional. That would be the one who is in business- you. I don't know how it started by referring to ME as being professional. I never said I was- I'm the CUSTOMER! A simple hobbyist- not a professional of any sort. Since your last e-mail to me stated "It didn't take 10 days to prepare a shipment of flexwatt,.... I will refund the probes." All I ask for, from the professional, is an explanation as to why the order still is not shipped 8 days later. I'm sure you would want the same if you had been waiting 19 for an item that you had paid for. I fail to see where I have been unreasonable when I have paid you in full in good faith in advance and still have neither an answer nor a product..

Tell you what we can do. I can ship your order today or refund your order minus 25% restocking fee since the flexwatt is already cut, boxed and ready for a tag. Thanks,

First off, your sentence makes no sense- try proofreading. Second: Funny how you speak of professionalism, when you do not ship your order or contact your customer, leaving them on hold for an order for 19 days that you say will be shipped in 1-7 days. I have been patient and even tried to call you, but since you did not answer your phone during your posted business hours I was given no choice. I would have been happy to speak to you and find out what the problem was but you simply missed the shipping timeline that you youself established with no explanation. Then, when you did not answer my call I contacted you through PayPal with all the details of the transaction. I would still have been content to receive either a reply or a phone call with an explaination. You did not have time for a phone call to a customer who you say "is very important to you", but you could immediately snap back an e-mail talkng about "professionalism". ?!? Since it has been 8 days since you told me you would refund the probes, and your shipping is completed in 1-7 business days I simply wanted an order status. I guess that was too much to ask for and I was "unprofessional" for even asking where an order was that I paid for 19 days ago.
Do you really think that your response was professional?

Do you really think emailing this type of professionalism will you in any way? You will be getting a refund if you are entitled to one. Thanks!

And now, 8 day later, I still have nothing- and you do not answer your phone. Therefore I am forced to process a complaint through PayPal and if I do not receive an immediate resolution I will be contacting the PA State police to report interstate wire fraud.

Actually, there was only one other e-mail, and it mentioned nothing about the probe set. It was sent 8 days ago and stated that shipping would be completed in 1-7 days depending on the complexity of the order (referencing wiring of the flex watt). I don’t need any wiring done, just the 50†roll of flex watt, and that is of primary importance. I have a rack built that has been waiting for the flex watt that I ordered on the 19th of November. The probe set was only ordered as an afterthought since I was ordering other items. If it is causing a delay, please cancel the probe set and send the flex watt as expeditiously as possible- everything I have has been on hold since Nov 18th waiting for it. I never expected it to take over 10 days to prepare to ship a 50’ section of flex watt.

Hello,
I wanted to let you know of the status of your order with us. The 6pc probe sets are currently on backorder as I am sure you know form previous emails. We were supposed to have them in yesterday but they failed to arrive. I have cancelled the order and placed an order with a different company to eliminate futher delays. They will be in middle of next week, and will be leaving the same day they arrive. Your order is important to us and will be shipping as soon as possible. Thanks for your patience and I apologize for the inconvience,
-Matt Graybeal
