    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Matt....I know the person who warned you well enough to know that if he issued a warning, he felt you deserved it, and was not influenced by others.

I have to agree with those who have already said it.....you need to step away and rethink before you post what you are typing. I know you're working on a lot of positive changes...let them speak for themselves, because the kind of posts you're making right now aren't helping you any.
 
Matt, Ken Gubersky started this thread, he is not a moderator that I know of. So I do not know who you are talking about that started this.

As for me giving you a warning for name calling, it had nothing to do with Dennis. You need to think before you post as I have stated before. I have not accused you of anything more than having a very poor attitude. It might be wise to do as everyone has stated, just take a break and think about the whole picture before you reply.

Name calling, calling someone a child is pretty lame wouldn't you say? I don't believe for one second that it wasn't because of Dennis.. This thread was brought back up BY DENNIS OL MIGHTY THOMAS via one of his scape goats(oops is that another warning, your a funny little man Bobby, how old are yo by the way to still be called Bobby).

Cat your right on, MGR is working very smooth right now. We had a backorder of rancos and that is clearing up.. This was brought back on not because of my customer service it was because little Denny thought it would be a good idea to try and damage my business and make himself look good.. My business is doing perfect, new sale went up today and I am swamped as usual. Actually I put on the site that is you saw this thread or any other bad(false) one about me or MGR I would give you an additional 3% off just because it was brought on by one of the mods..

As you can probably tell this kind of thing really makes my blood boil, hence the mental and psychical problems, hence the lawsuit....

I have gotten in trouble for blabbing and have been advised to not say anything else.. Ill just copy the pages and talk about them later.. You can email me if you would like to bash..ahem I mean talk about anything...
 
Matt, you sound like you actually believe what you are saying. Did you miss all the post's of the various people who chimed in about their less than satisfactory service? And this isn't the first thread about poor or lack of service either.

it isn't just a couple people out to get Matt. There where several voices heard. Except by you it would appear. :shrug01:

I commend you on your efforts to better the service issues, but to come here and talk to us like you are doing, is pretty intolerable, and lends to the weight of what was posted by Dennis, by your own negative responses.

You can see that........can't you?

This thread was NOT brought back up because of my customer service, thats an old issue, but by a cometior looking to put a feather in his has, can you not see that.. I dont see any new posts about my customer service.. Those problems have been fixed, bonks has been fixed this has nothing to do about mmy customer service.. I do beleive what I am saying, there is no problem, there was, there isint now.. This is 2 threads in one.

The thing is you all keep beating me over an old topic, I havent done anything wrong!

This will be the only post I make in this thread. I have no interest in piling onto Matt, but I also find it useful that he sees how his attitude and actions are affect potential repeat customers. I ordered from Matt approximately the middle of November, 2005 and received post-payment communication and order shipment service without delay or problems. Granted, it was only 24" hemos and and some clorahexadine, but it was exactly what I would consider good customer service... a prompt transaction resulting in receiving exactly what I ordered, with good communication along the way.

Based upon the concerns and questions raised in this thread and the one at bp.net, I think it's obvious Matt has, in the past few months, committed to orders he could not fulfill behind the scenes, and gotten in over his head with accepting payment on orders he just got swamped with. I also think that Matt is most likely a good guy... a regular Joe trying to scrape by reselling equipment and supplies to fellow hobbyists in a hobby he loves (or used to) as much as we do. In spite of this, it's also quite obvious that he has an incredibly short fuse and an off-putting defensive demeanor when receiving questions or complaints. I ordered from Matt originally because I enjoy supporting fellow believers when I can... the conduct I have witnessed in this thread, and the harsh words coming from his mouth that all have seen, have been a poor witness to that belief.

I was incredibly happy with my order from Matt, and WOULD HAVE ordered from him again in the future, if not for his conduct... you see, you cannot just ignore or brush off the bad orders because you have so many good ones to take up the slack. Even those happy customers may end up never buying from you again if they continue to witness you treating other customers in this manner. You have shown your complete unwillingness to listen to or consider advice, so I will refrain from offering any (ok, just this one: stop saying "business is better than ever because of this", that's like Page #1 from the Scammer Playbook and does not put you in the company you wish to be in, I'm sure). I'm sorry that life has you down man, but people giving you their money for a product/service makes YOU obligated to THEM, not the other way around. Fix your issues, stop trying to browbeat your way out of the current issues you have, and show people that they truly can bank on the good intentions I think most of us believe you truly have.

I would agree that this thread was resurrected over an issue that was not a direct customer complaint, and had to do with an offense taken to an email you sent regarding pricing. It would also have been well down the page again if your response had been short and sweet, and if I were your publicist, I'd have not replied at all. A consistent theme of every flare-up involving you in any forum is other respected members, who have no dog in the hunt, suggesting you just walk away from your keyboard. You are already a target, like it or not. Consider keeping a low profile to your enemies, if you must expose one at all.

I cannot comment on that thread yet but I will when it is all said and done but I can say the poster was refunded the day we received the return and seems to be trying to get double refunded and then posts what seems to be damaging items through out the net.. You need to know all the little secrets before you post Dennis... I am done here as I just cant take it.. For those of you that are my enemy I pray for you, for those that are my friend I always do! I have done no wrong here at all.. I would suggest all here not to comment any futher and let this thread die.

Sage advice that you should have taken awhile back, Matt. I am curious though as to why you believe that you have so many enemies? You don't need to post an answer, but do think about it.

Incidentally, Matt's claim is that he has NO current customer service issues. The threads at Fauna and here would prove that false. The customer service issues remain and in my opinion, Matt has ventured off the reservation. The bottom line is that if he had corrected the customer service issues over a year ago when they first started popping up, he would still have a reputation beyond reproach. Now he has resulted to insults, threats and general crazy behavior.

NOTE: Take my comments as you will. According to Matt, I will soon be served with legal papers. As much as I believe this to be false, I presume that his claim would include slander, libel or both. Its going to be a long, hard, expensive road for him to prove that my comments over the last year (all of which can be read here or on Fauna) have contributed to a loss of sales for MG Reptiles. Especially in light of his comments of the last couple of days in which he clearly states that his business is better than ever.

Matt posted about me over a year ago ...saying stop do to poss mentel illness.I think thats calling the kettle black here..I can admit what my x-wife and sister did where not perfect but ,when i came home and see all that was going on I was really bummed that he went and said all this about me...And i wasn't even there,I would never do that to someone..And everytime I post about my dealings with him i get hit hard on the karma points,why Matt ?? Is that your way at getting back at me for opening my mouth..He did take back my flex watt it was supposed to be 24inch roll,,But that would mean sending it in a large box..So I was charged restocking fee and charged an extra 1.90 a ft to have it uncut..And to top it off it was used it had nail holes in it ,from a nail gun.As he stated to my X he had a buddy that had some and he was a builder...I'm not the best typer or speller ..but I think did he really have to bash on me when i wasn't even around to defend myself..Thats one thing I can do now and that look at the big picture...And I told you Matt !!!what comes around goes around..I believe your a good guy just over your head a bit.

You are still missing the point. You say there is NOT a service problem, but that post is only 4 days old. That's pretty indicative of an ongoing problem. Perhaps things aren't as fixed, as you seem to think they are. If they were, people would not be voicing/typing "recent" bad dealings about you.

This started a while ago, and has come up in different threads, on different sites ever since. Do you really believe there is NOT a problem? That all those people are just.......whats the right term........touched in the head maybe?

I've never bought from Dennis or Rich, I HAVE bought a few things from you. I stopped due to these service problems that you say aren't there. I was hoping you would fix them. I would have liked to continue doing business with you. Instead, you deny there is a problem. The masses are wrong, and you are golden. :shrug01:

I really do think you should forget all about that mortgage loan for pursuing a law suit, and spend it on further fixing the problems that keep arising. The ones you say aren't there, and yet they sparked a new thread just 4 days ago.

Some here showed real concern for you and had it shoved back down their throats. You still treat everyone who ask or question you with disrespect and yet wonder why there are so many reading and commenting on this thread and others about you!!..

So yeah my opinion as well as everyone else's here should matter to you we are(were in many cases) or will be your customers. Look at these threads and how many have said they will never do business with you or past customers who say they never will again. Now think of all those who just read and never or seldom post. That's a whole lot of people you have run off Matt but like you said business is better than ever!!

I guess we'll see if the old Matt we respected comes back or how long the new Matt can hang on treating his customers and potential customers they way you have been... Randy
