    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Even if Kevin has never directly interacted before with Michael, he is an employee of Wonderful World Pet Supply, and is authorized to make transactions on behalf of the company -- as one of the two co-owners stated early on in the thread.

Although I know David and Tom and have dealt with them directly, I've also bought, and sold, to Wonderful World using Kevin as my point of contact when Dave or Tom were unavailable.

What in the world seems "off" to you, Ed--or to Micheal, for that matter--for an authorized representative of a company to conduct business in said company's name?

Why would the principles of this business who are allegedly out 5k send someone else to start a bad guy thread for them?

Why would they not file charges with that amount of money?

I believe the owners of Wonderful World Pet Suppliers Inc. are trying to hide something. otherwise they would have taken legal action for such a large amount of money.instead they send their lacky to try to get satisfaction.
 
Come on guys, try to stay on topic. If someone has a different opinion that is fine. Everyone's opinion about the situation will not be the same. Whatever is going on, I hope it gets resolved.

I really don't understand this; you've been on here long enough to see that even for this amount, "legal action" is more expensive than coming to an amicable resolution privately, and doesn't guarantee the funds or stock will be recovered anyway.

It seems perfectly reasonable to me that a store employee/partner/whatever who's more familiar with the BOI might decide to post here.

And again you haven't acknowledged whether you wanted additional info than was already posted.

So far OP has provided "proof" or at least undisputed email texts and a screengrab from a wells fargo statement. Mike Gugliotta on the other hand has provided no proof of this alternate agreement, and also has a track record of being years late on musk turtles XP

No not always, someone trying to hide something will shy away from legal action.

We have seen it before here an employee posting for their boss, it was not well received. I believe the person that made the deal should be here posting the info instead of him relaying info that is sometimes translated incorrectly.where is the line drawn with people without first hand knowledge making bad guy threads about someone?Kevin Luzzi did not ever do any business with Mike Gugliotta yet he is posting like he has.

A memo line on a wells fargo statement is proof? I would like to see something payable to Mike Gugliotta.

I specifically asked Kevin Luzzi if he has ever done any business ever with Mike G.and he has not replied.

I posted this because I know the rules of the BOI and I am the one who uses Fauna.

Dave and Tom both do not use fauna classifieds - Dave doesnt even have an account.

My purpose here isn't to get into pissing matches with the likes if you - I'm doing my job - and if you think the company I work for being out $5K doesnt't affect me as an employee then you'd be quite mistaken.

Dave will be attempting to get into contact with Mike today- and I will be going back to enjoying my day off - drama free

Maybe its time for Dave and Tom to start talking about their business with Mike Gugliotta then possibly something may be resolved.

No - I did not have a personal transaction with Mike.

I am posting on behalf of WWPS Inc. If the moderators feel I am in violation of the rules for starting this thread on behalf of the company I work for - then I will be notified by them (not you Ed) of this violation and the thread will be removed.

The only goal here is to get Mikes attention in an attempt to get the money back.


Not to have some 300 page pissing match with you or anyone else Ed.

Ed, please show me in the rules where it has been stated that ONLY people having direct transactions and/or experience with the parties involved in incidents brought to the BOI are the ONLY ones deemed eligible to post here. Or, failing that, please show me ANY instance where I have stated that as a requirement for participation in the BOI. I don't believe that I have, but if so, please enlighten me.

Perhaps I am entirely missing your point, but regardless, please don't make statements here claiming or inferring that you can make up your own rules of engagement in this forum that others are obligated to obey.

Have never seen any rules pertaining to that.

I did not see Mike G ever responding to Kevin L as he had nothing to do with the deal, I hoped if I could get the owners to start posting that would start a dialog with whoever Mike G did the deal with then hopefully reach a settlement of some sort.
