This is coming from a totally unbiased point of view, as I have only been a member here since November and really only recently have had much time to actually browse the site. I don't own any bearded dragons, but I still feel completely in the right to comment here, as this thread is largely based on poor customer service. I work in the restaurant industry, so customer service is something I am very familiar with...and Mythical Dragons, in my mind, has shown an absolutely horrifying lack of desire to make things right by the customer. The OP(Mike, I believe) has shown proof of the problems he has experienced with his newly purchased dragon from the get go, and said proof is being completely disregarded by the seller. In the case of violating the TOS set forth...I can't actually see that those terms have been violated. If I recall correctly, he notified Steven/Nicole of the problems with his dragon BEFORE actually seeing the vet. Had they been cooperative with his notification, they easily should have seen that the animal needed vet care. If it was an easy fix such as stress or a minor RI, Mike could just have easily canceled the vet appointment. A 24 hour health guarantee is questionable as well. If you want to run a respectable business dealing with live animals, you need to provide a better guarantee than any shoddy pet store would give. 24 hours would hardly be enough time to properly assess an animal, especially since(as said multiple times already) reptiles are very good at hiding health problems.
As stated, I don't own any bearded dragons, but I have started researching them as I may want one when I finish my new reptile room. I am very thankful for the BOI and threads like this-though at times overly drawn out, off topic, and full of insane circular reasoning(if you could even call it that) by the offending party. I know that I will personally never give my business to Steve/nicole in light of their unprofessionalism and generally careless ways. A novel's worth of BG threads(266 pages to be exact, not counting Ed Clark threads) involving Nicole should be more than enough to drive away any potential customer.
Mike, best of luck with Akira. You're doing right by that dragon, and barring any further tragedy, I'm sure it will be fine in your hands. I believe it will take much more than a stroke of luck to see a dime back to compensate for your vet bills, but at this point it may just have to be chalked up as a lesson learned. I've been there as I got screwed big time when I bought my first ball python morph 4 years ago.

I'd be ashamed too.
