Yes Ivan, I have a big problem with your post as far as it concerns Charlotte and I. Perhaps you should check your facts prior to running your mouth. However, since you've elected to bash us in a public forum before discerning any of the particulars, lets look at what actually happened.
1. We were vendors at the recent Tampa show
2. A portion of our available stock displayed was offspring from (3) clutches of green tree pythons we produced this past season.
3. One of the clutches was produced by breeding a Wamena mite phase male to a normal Wamena, albeit high blue vertebrally marked female. (8) neonates pipped from that clutch February 13th
4. Several of the neonates were extremely dark, almost black with reduced vertebral patterning.
5. One of those neonates was held back as potential future breeding stock while the other was displayed and available at the show.
6. Neil purchased the dark neonate from us at what we felt was a fair price for cbb green trees and the exact same price our other neonates were available for, with the exception of a designer clutch bred for high yellow.
7. Neil was told the background on the animal and in fact a description of the parents was written on the receipt. Both parents are pictured on our site
8. No mention was made by us concerning the future coloration of the neonate. Only an idiot would assume a trait such as mite phase is guaranteed in F1 offpspring from w/c founder animals
9. Once the animal left our possession, we had no further dealings with it, nor with Neil.
10. We were told by several people attending the show the more than double price tag Neil had posted on the animal.
11. On Sunday, Neil informed us the animal sold at his exorbitant price with no additional details.
12. The comment overheard by your significant other was a chagrined comment made by me to a friend concerning our lack of sales of the rest of the neonate gtps and my confusion as to how Neil had sold his at an extememly inflated price while we didn't sell another green tree for the balance of the show
13. I did speak with your spouse? concerning this animal, showed her the siblings, explained in detail the breeding, the founder stock, the potential of the animal and described the sibling we held back and why.
You have an extremely nice cbb Wamena gtp with a potential to be a mite phase animal produced by us at our facility, but certainly not sold as mite phase. Many folks, including us, spend thousands of dollars monthly in the hopes of acquiring extraordinary breeding stock. In green trees especially, unless dealing with known lines such as Lemon Tree, Nicoli or BG high yellow or Tim Morris blue, and even with those lines, its a crapshoot.
Perhaps you should have done some research prior to your purchase. Buyers remorse is something all breeders deal with, however your problem is with Neil and his dealing with you and has nothing to do with us. There was never any further dealings with Neil subsequent to that sale and since he rarely purchases cbb from us, we wouldn't anticipate more.
I also feel your physical threats are way out of line. However I'll be more than happy to oblige you in any forum, public or private that you require. In case you should feel a need;
