By the way ... I put a parts of this quote in bold so that they can be focused on.
Does that sound familiar?
I mean, I know that was back in '07 ... but, has your policy really changed that drastically regarding the care and maintenance of animals that come into your possession? I'm pretty sure mites and scale rot (that you acknowledge as happening in your facility) fall under that category.
Or maybe I'm just old fashioned in that thinking. You know ... the whole, integrity in what you do, pride in your work, taking responsibility for the lives in your trade thing ...
What i ask is that you do not tell anyone that my animals are not well cared for. I take great pride in that. i may be a jerk to you on the phone and make mistakes but i take care of any animal that comes in. I do not charge for any basic care if the animal needs it whether it was purchased from me or not. I am a trained Biologist, Purdue University, and have been doing this for over 20 years.

It is people just like you that give the reptile community a bad name, it just burns me up
You could offer the OP a 200% refund and allow her to keep the animal she purchased and you would still never see a dime from me in a hundred years and I know the same goes for all my reptile enthusiast friends/family as well. Your buisness ethics and your ethics in general are disgusting at best.
