Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them.     Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

You offered the animal 300 Shipped. No more no less. You accepted his offer of his snakes, and he pay his shipping to you.

YOU must not compensate HIS shipping and HIS snakes.

As said earlier, you sent that snake out knowing the risks of shipping it MIGHT kill it. Whether you said this or not to eachother, YOU KNEW those risks beforehand and felt it safe to ship, It was YOUR responsibility, and now it is YOUR responsibility to make things right.
 
In the box you shipped to me, the heat pack was under the snake. Where was my heat pack? I'll tell you where. It was on the top. This way the excess heat of the pack can rise out of the box instead of passing over the snake effectively baking it. In conclusion, the pack goes on top or on the sides. Everyone knows that.

I can see your point here. Having a random Fed Ex employee there to instruct you in the proper way to pack an animal they have no clue about is DEFINITELY worth arguing your side of this. I wonder why everyone doesn't pick random Fed Ex employees to help them pack their shipments.

Good night everyone you can set here and listen to yourselves talk, or type in this case I dont care any more. Weither I do the right thing ( which I already tried to do in the first place ) or not, Im still considered a "bad guy".

actually not true, you can always clean up a tarnished reputation, but you cant mend a broken one.
 
I just want to say thank you to everyone who stood by me through all of this. You helped to make this situation a lot less stressful.
I really appreciate it.
 
Well it looks like both parties will come out a little wiser in this one.

Mr. Bauserman now understands that when a deal goes bad by way of a dead snake you prove the snake is dead and accept your money or trade back.

Ms. Hawkins has learned that you tape the heat pack to the top or side of the shipping container to avoid cooking the snake.
 
That snake was really nice. I saw it for sale on RTB and really thought about getting it. Boy am I glad I didn't bother going any further than thinking about it.

Stephanie, you need to either send him $300 right now OR ship his snakes back ALIVE immediately.
If it was me, I would want the cash. I don't think she can be trusted to ship snakes.

You started out on RTB really good. Made yourself look like the innocent victim. Now that the truth comes out, it shows you are anything but innocent.

Do the right thing and reimburse him immediately.
