No, i have not notified him of this thread. I will err on the side of caution and send him a link on FB.
Perhaps you're confusing "Inquiry" with "Info"? Either way, it's a bit of semantics that I feel is irrelevant.Inquiry threads have dual purposes; you can use them to ask about particular people/businesses and you can also post not so satisfactory experiences that don't necessarily deserve a full blown bad guy thread but still deserve some mentioning, which is what has been done in the past on this forum and where I personally think this scenario belongs.
"Bad Guy" is a subjective term, which carries different meanings for different people. You may feel that the seller having lied several times, or at least having found reasons not to follow through, isn't that big of a deal. Apparently, the OP feels differently. I'm inclined to agree with him. Some people are only willing to accept so many excuses, before taking things to the next level.I'm not saying that he is in the right or that you are in the wrong by any stretch of the imagination, I just don't think it fully deserves a bad guy thread especially considering the fact that he offered to give you a full refund without you asking for it.

Someone failing to ship animals after promising to ship them over and over again and failing to advertise them as "non-feeding" or "not yet feeding" should not be given just an inquiry thread, in my opinion. Same goes for someone who is apparently far too busy to give updates when they are asked for, even in a short and sweet e-mail. That would fall under "extremely terrible communcation skills".
The fact that he offered a refund is irrelevant when the buyer wants to get the animals they paid for that the seller appears to still clearly have.
but I'm not going to tar and feather someone without more evidence.here are thee-mails between Amanda and perfect predators:

Looking at other examples of BOI threads, what they are labeled as and the contents, I still feel this should be an Inquiry thread based off of the current evidence that is being provided.

As for the offer of a refund: obviously we'll never know, but based on the handling of this transaction (and others in the past), it's entirely possible that he'd still be in the same boat, even if he had accepted the offer.
-Dated.
-Sourced.
-Promise to ship.
-Failure to ship.
-Claims of animals have full stomachs.
So, in your eyes, because those e-mails ended on the 10th, after they began on the 2nd of October, failing to have these animals in their possession since then is their fault because they cannot prove that they have been trying to contact them via the phone and Facebook (which is where the other posts come from where it just shows the day and time)?
The seller has no responsibility for the fact they have no shipped animals in a month because there is no paper trail on it after the initial contacts shown?
Seriously?
What excuse is there that they still do not have their Ball Pythons?
Bingo! If I had it in my mind that PP was a bad guy, I would cease to do business with them, get my money back and go elsewhere. Why risk further transaction with the guy if you are dissatisfied and don't even have the animals yet?
