Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Ok Rob, You make a list of all the questions I have failed to answer post it and I will answer them.
I am now convinced that Neil did not break into his own store. I am also convinced that Dave is not responsible for breaking into Neil's or anyone elses store. I have decided that Neil is believable albeit a bit overzealous and quick to cast stones. Unfortunately for him just like the rest of us he is human and far from perfect and there is probably nobody that could withstand the degree of scrutiny applied here without some cracks forming. Dave on the other hand, is just too inept to have pulled off a heist of any significance, much less to be able to repeat the process. I am sure however, that if these 2 guys could work together that they would be able to find the culprit. Somehow, an atmosphere of trust needs to be developed in order to do that. The polygraph idea might help. If they both took it and were able to verify with some degree of certainty that they were not significant parties to any break-ins then maybe that would clear the air enough for them both to start looking in the right direction.

John...I've been willing to take a polygraph since the beginning! I even demanded it of the cops when they started investigating my burglary....
I'm not trying to "sling mud"....these are serious questions that need serious answers? All we've heard so far are more questions....no answers! A lot of side-stepping, and tip-toeing around, but NO answers?

Lie detection services can be had in Florida for about $400. Here is a list of questions that I think might be helpful. I am thinking that it needs to be very simple and very focused. No fishing expeditions. These questions would apply for both parties;
1) Have you had in your possession any animals that were known to be stolen property in the last 12 months?
2) Have you taken any action in the last 12 months that has resulted in the damage of any property to facilitate the removal of any animals from any petstore including any stores that you may already own?
3) Do you have first-hand knowledge of the whereabouts of any animals that have been illegally taken from any petstore in Florida in the last 12 months?
4) Are you currently using any drugs prescribed or otherwise that could have an impact on your ability to reasonably answer these questions?
5) Have you ever been determined through a professional evaluation to have any mental disorders that could be determined to have an impact on your ability to understand these questions or answer them accurately within reason?

Okay Dave, I had some work things to do, but here are my questions, if I have more I will post them, but for now, these should do...
1) What is the story on the albino boa? Neil is not the only one claiming you were selling an albino boa. Until your last post a few minutes ago, you have conveniently avoided saying anything about it.
2) What is the story on the albino burm? Again, Neil is not the only one claiming you were trying to sell a 9-14' albino burm. Which brings me to the next question...
3) You say you were searching for a large burm for a wholesaler. Who is the wholesaler? I wouldn't think most wholesalers would have trouble finding large burms if they want them.
4) What were you doing at all of those shops if you claim you never go in there or very rarely go in there? Again, Neil is not the only one claiming that you were seen in these shops shortly before they were hit. Could be pure coincidence, though, but somewhat fishy when you are said to be looking at animals in a store and 48 hours later the animals you were looking at are taken.
5) Why would Ray and Jenny Marteliz claim that you drove by their home recently when you say you don't go out that way? Of course that could be mistaken identity.
6) What do you drive? Is it a green truck or SUV?
7) Why do you think every other pet store in Tampa is out to get you? Your name must be floating around for a reason. And again, Neil does not appear to be the only one with suspicions about your involvement.

He's not going to take that polygraph. He's already shown himself to have lied multiple times over the last several months. As a liar, an accurate polygraph is the last thing he wants to take. The only liars that pass polygraphs are pathological liars, and he isn't one of those. If he were, he'd be better at it by now!

Neil has agreed to take it...yet Dave is avoiding mentioning it. It just doesn't look good.

In the last hour...I received TWO rather interesting phone calls....the first one was from a guy that used to work for one of the pet shops around here, telling me that since Dave SAID that he has NEVER been arrested for stealing animals...to check the local paper of a couple of years ago....there was a picture and everything...one of the other guys around here STILL HAS THE ARTICLE....about Dave stealing snakes from Dale Sargeant! I had forgotten about that! Didn't you do some time for that?
The second phone call was a little more interesting, it was from a large wholesaler in Florida who told me that Dave is outright LYING about the Albino Boa! I don't remember all the particulars, but there was a deal made to trade the Albino Boa for a 10-lot of baby Suriname Boas....Dave was actually going to drive down and do the deal in person! Unfortunately for Dave (or us), the owner of the baby Suri's caught wind of what has been going on up here, and smartly decided to cancel the deal! I was assured by the wholesaler that he would call this guy and see if he will post this himself! But...whether the NAMES of these individuals come out or not...you CAN believe them, because if I DID mention their names...EVERY SINGLE ONE OF YOU would know who it is!
So, what do you have to say now, Dave? Is that what you tried to do with the Albino Boa...trade it "under the table" so there would just be Suri's in it's place?....and YOU KNOW who I'm talking about, so don't even TRY to come on here and deny it! That's even if you come on here ever again....which I would doubt, at this point....

Neil, You are not helping. You are mudslinging again. Things are looking pretty good for you at the moment so don't ruin it for yourself by throwing hearsay around. The only thing that it will do is cause you to get mired in another no-win battle and detract from the focus that has been obtained.

I'm stating FACTS that will hopefully be corroberated later...Everything I mentioned had to do with the ALbino Boa that I've been asking about this whole thread, and DIS-proving a statement made AS FACT by Dave? How is that mudslinging? These are all pertinent things that were mentioned....
Believe me...I'm doing the best I can to be as calm as I can about this, because I like it here and don't want to be banished...I really feel I have something to offer and contribute to this community...if I had MY WAY...you would never see a bad post about anybody, because nobody would do the wrong thing? Wishful thinking, huh? But, I'm doing my part to help ferret out the bad in this industry (same thing as Ritchie's doing by getting the ISP's so HE can ferret out the bad guys...he does it with computers...I do it with words)...bottom line is, we're both in this to HELP...we might come on a little too strongly at times, but it's all for the right reasons...and it's nice to see I'm getting a little help from the actual people involved, and NOT just hearsay...
