    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Dave  if you ar so not guilty as you propose by not being in jail yet .. take the test dont worry about all th otheres you listed Neil is in .... show your proof  ... prove you are th angel you claim ....  show us PLEASE so this will get a lil closer to ending dont worry about opther people fpr once Dave think of yourself and what this will do IF  you pass it ? and or think of it the other way if Neil passes it somebody is gonna PASS or FAIL  plain and simple .. hell you both might fail  or pass but hey ... you hafta ask .. "do you feel lucky.... well do ya?"
 
I got it Dave will fail keep it hidden then lose it and start slinging mud every where. Just my though. If you were telling the truth Dave you would show every one and prove all these people wrong so you could say I told you so. But you act like oh sh!t they all know how can I hide it a littlwe longer. So Dave, I know this is going to be stupid, but...

Why do you always ask Neil to provide last names, contacts, etc, but never do so yourself?  Hypocritical to say the least.  Don't complain about Neil's lack of disclosure when you disclose nothing.  

Also, this was a question I forgot to ask(see, I said I might think of more;) )...
Where are all of these people that are buying from you in Tampa hiding?  You say they love you and that you are still selling animals very well, how come they won't come here and back you up?  And this nor ANY of the other questions were directed to Neil, so if possible, please refrain from trying to misdirect the questions posed to you back onto him.  Like Neil(or someone said), we ask questions, you answer with more questions OR by pointing more fingers.  All to try and take the attention off of Dave.  
And here's another one since you mentioned it.  If the Detective in Neil's case is willing to supply a copy of that PI report from Tom Crowley, why in the hell don't YOU have a copy and post it here?  I know it may or may not be pertinent to the issue at hand, but why did you even bring it up?  And as much as you said Neil was responsible for the break-ins, if you have that report, why aren't YOU posting it or at least getting a copy if it is SO available to any Joe Blow to get?  
Okay, I am getting slap happy here as it is late and I will be leaving town in about 3 hours, but let's try THIS one on for size...
Why should the other people you listed have to take the polygraph before you will?  YOURS is the only one that will matter, Dave.  They are not out to prove their innocence, YOU are.  Who really cares if their polygraphs come back with lies?  I personally don't really care if Ray and Jenny Marteliz take the polygraph, wanna know why?  The people in Tampa do not suspect or have accused them of robbing anyone.  You seem to be the only one in suspicion.  Again, trying the age old art of misdirection.  Why Dave?  Why Dave?  Why Dave?  Why are you so worried about others when you are the one under the spotlight.  If I was in your shoes I would be more worried about clearing my own name than discrediting anyone else's.
You should really stop trying to divert attention away from yourself and onto others.

Why don't I post names?The person that owns the albinos will be at Daytona and he does not want his name mentioned ,yet. He is looking forward to being introduced to Neil, Ray and the wholesaler from south Florida that said the Boas had Krypto.

I did say I will take the test first but I am taking it everyone saying I did it is going to take it.The test will prove my innocents and it will prove their guilt.Everyone is not saying I slole animals only Neil Gubitz,Evryone else just believes him without proof.

You ask why none of my cutomers are not post in my favor? They do not want to face all the B.S. that comes along with posting against the belief of this board.I can not blame them.


Oh the reason that I have not posted anyother name was due to the fact that you all seem to not require them from anybody else.

Dave, let's stay focused here. First of all, a lie detector test is not going to solve every problem you or Neil is having with a pet store or hobbyist in South Florida. The paramount goal here is to determine who is ripping off these stores. The assumption I am working under is that it is NOT you and that it is NOT Neil.

In order to get you guys to redirect the energy you are currently wasting into the correct direction we must establish a minimal level of "trust" between you. If that can be accomplished to a reasonable degree than all the other noise will go away with apologies all around,which should hopefully allow everyone to refocus their efforts in a more productive direction.
With that in mind the rules are that there can be no preconditions to the test other than an agreement to answer the following questions:


1) Have you had in your possession any animals that were known to be stolen property in the last 12 months?

2) Have you taken any action in the last 12 months that has resulted in the damage of any property to facilitate the removal of any animals from any petstore including any stores that you may already own?

3) Do you have first-hand knowledge of the whereabouts of any animals that have been illegally taken from any petstore in Florida in the last 12 months?

4) Are you currently using any drugs prescribed or otherwise that could have an impact on your ability to reasonably answer these questions?

5) Have you ever been determined through a professional evaluation to have any mental disorders that could be determined to have an impact on your ability to understand these questions or answer them accurately within reason?


I am certain that these 5 simple questions are all it will take to remove any obstacles that would allow you (Dave) and Neil to work in a more amicable fashion to find out who is responsible. I hope that you both can see that ANY attempt to shift attention from this effort or to complicate the effort with additional conditions is paramount to an admission of guilt. Furthermore, I am sure that there are many parties that would be happy to assist in addition to my $35 to make this happen.

There are only 2 acceptable responses to this request;

YES or NO?
 
Thankyou Dave. We now have an agreement by both Neil and Dave to take a lie detector test with the same questions being asked of both parties. I am hoping that someone living in Florida that hasn't jaded themselves too much by taking sides here can assist with arranging this. If nobody can do it then I will do my best to coordinate from over the phone. My first course of action is that I am going to see if I can identify someone that can administer the test on such short notice in Daytona. I think it is only fair that this be done in private. If that can't be arranged then we will stick with someone from Tampa. The results AFTER both parties are tested would then be made public. If anybody is able to assist financially to augment my $35 now might be the time to declare it.
 
John....Why private??? I would have NO PROBLEM if you wanted to set that machine up in the middle of the boarse floor at Daytona so EVERYBODY can see! What's the point in "hiding"?

I'm certain that no professional administering the test would want to make a public spectacle of this. It would interfere with the validity of the test as some parties are more nervous in crowds than others.
 
dave first of all i havent accused you of robbing my store....
if i was gonna accuse you personally then i would do it to your face not behind your back........it just seems like you find away to get out of doing the right thing....let me ask you this why do you want me to take the test??? when all this started between you and the snake pit you was real quick to come to my store and to see if i wanted to buy animals from you right...then when all the bs was coming over here,i then told julie,lyman,and you that none of you was welcome at my store...yes my store was robbed,then it was ITS Alive,pegs,herps....yes we want to know who is doing this...i will not take the test this is to shed the truth on all the bs that has been posted on here...so dave if ya have something to say to me then come here to the store and spit it out...i am not affraid to face you.....and trust me if i ever find who robbed me then i will handle it my way.....oh yeah my customer you talked to about the sandfire beardeds you have said thanks but no thanks...

I have just learned that a firm in Tampa will do the test for $300 each. They only need 48 hours notice. I have not been able to locate anybody in Daytona to do this.
 
I have some people here that have a interest in the test .They would like to add a couple questions.So I need to know how the questions need to be formed and the name of the firm doing it so they can contact them.Thanks and good work.
 
For everyones benefit here is some news

Neil IS telling the truth about the albino boa dave was trying to sell.  I have verified this with the source, who will still remain nameless by request. This source is one that everyone here would accept and believe.  I gave my word that no names would come out and sorry but that's just how it has to be right now, I don't lie.  But I ask everyone to trust me.  I don't know any of the people involved, nor have I ever done business with any of them.  I just want this all to be settled, some people on here are tarnishing others names and it's getting out of hand.  So do with this what you may, but it's for real.

Everyone seems to think this lie detector test is the panacea but if the guys know what questions are going to be asked of them they can lie and get away with it much more easilly. Lie detectors might be pretty good at telling you if someone is lying but they are useless at telling you if someone isn't telling the truth, if you know what I mean.
