Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

well if i cant sell one of my dragons in that time frame iam sorry iam doing the best i can its not like i can crap the money, man wtf did i ever do to any of you nothing i did nothing what making one transaction with mitch and him getting a hold of me to ask me if i wanted to buy a dragon from bk wich i never got thats why bk got money from us cuase like the dragon wtf we have never done any thing to any one but help them in reptiles i have alot of people that will tell you the same we are not out to hurt people or to scamm people i have 2 children i dont want them to grow up thinking iam a bad guy that screws people i got screwed by mitch hes got some of my dragons plus i help one person to get there dragon back for her did i have to no but i did after talking to the guy for 3 hrs on the internet man come on thats not what iam about iam a damn good person not a person that screwes people and the one person that we helped she knows who she is talked to us every day and now we get f thats not right i said i would refund her money and i will you have my word on it but giving me a damn time frame is not right but do what you want i dont care but she will get her money and thats for sure

You know, Jimmy, I asked you and Shannon to leave me out of this. For whatever reason, you keep feeling it necessary to keep dragging me back in. So, since I'm right back in where I was, I feel it necessary to clear a few things up.

Yes, you did send Apollo back to me. You claim to be the "middleman" in that deal, but with all the lies that are surfacing, I'm beginning to wonder if you did have him with you the entire time. Do you remember when you agreed to send him back, and you and Shannon both kept saying "you don't think we had him the whole time, do you?" Well, at the time I believed you. I really thought that you couldn't be so cruel as to play the same games that Mitch is famous for. Then I started thinking back to that conversation and several others we've had in which you repeated that same question over and over. Who knows...maybe you just pounded it into my head. But in my opinion, when someone is honest, they don't waste time OVER defending themselves.

And just so there's nothing more to hide, yes, everyone on Fauna, I sent Jimmy and Shannon one of my dragons in an attempt to mend the damage I had done to them in the beginning of this thread...you know, back when I thought Jimmy and Shannon were trustworthy. Jimmy and Shannon, in return, sent me one of thier babies. Since the day the dragon I sent them arrived at thier house, Jimmy has been trying to find every excuse in the book to send her back to me...even claiming at one time that accepting the dragon would come back to bite them in the butt. Well, it looks to me like the only thing that bit you two in the butt is your dishonest business practices. I can tell you that I, personally, would be honored if someone sent me a dragon that they considered to be the best of what they had. I sure wouldn't sit around trying to come up with excuses to send her back. So again, thanks, Jimmy.

Now, as for the pictures that were mentioned earlier in this new section of this thread...the ones of the "eggs"...I'm posting a couple of pics. One is a pic of an incubator with several bowls of eggs in it. This is the pic that was sent to Tracey. The others are the enlarged views of the thumbnails of eggs that are shown under the "Available" section on your website, www.jnsdragons.biz. These are the pics that you claim Mitch stole off your website. I am not claiming to be some computer expert...but I think anyone can see that if these are the pics Mitch stole off your website, it would be next to impossible for him to recreate the remainder of the pic to send to Tracey. Oh yeah, Jimmy, the person that you keep referring to as "that woman" and "this lady"...she has a name, Tracey Mills.

Now...you claim to have spoken to Mitch to tell him to give Tracey her money back. Why is it so hard for you to understand that YOU are the one who took her money? YOU are the one who owes her $175. Unless, of course, you sent him the money already, which only further proves what I already suspect. Try digging yourself out of that one.

See, I guess I can understand where you are coming from, but :

The thing is....you DID do something. You more or less willingly accepted *stolen* money, or scammed money for that matter. If a known felon came to your house and gave you some money, would you accept it and go spend it? I sure wouldnt, and from what I interpreted throughout the recent posts, you know Frank/Mitch was giving you the money and you just accepted it, no questions asked. That just doesn't sit right with me, Im sorry. Correct me if I interpreted it wrong.

Even if someone transferred money to my account, I would not spend it, but would look for where it came from/who it came from.

And as for the debit card, is that saying you only have $25.00 to your name? I would think you could get the $125.00 in a Money Order, scan it and send THAT to Tracey, and then send it overnight/2 day FEDEX to Tracey, giving her the tracking number.

If you really are saying that you only have $25.00 to your name, then you really should not be in bearded dragons, especially if you have 2 kids. You would need to be focusing on more important things...like food or whatever. :slamit:

those pics are mine i can take some more if you want to to prove that they are or any of my dragons and the reason why i kept asking you if you want the dragon back is cuase i didnt feel that you need to send me any thing yes i sent you a baby you claim that you like very much ans also let me say at the time when mitch sent us apollo we had room you knew that and way before we told you that we would help i didnt have the room for him you knew that and no i didnt have that damn dragon and when he got here i gave him medicine and try to help you out but no i guess that was wrong for us to do well i tell you this i wont do it again cuase i just get screwed at the end thanks every one for screwing us when we helped them and yes iam going to try to defend my wife and me when we are not the bad people

Jimmy - your claims are all well and good, but where is the proof? There is none for you is there?- they are all empty claims.

As for the photos, Tere is NOT saying that they are not yours, she is saying that you all HAD to be associated or one in the same (at least thats MY take on it) --because there is no way that Mitch could have stolen those photos from your site, because that FULL photo wasnt on there.

first of all we didnt know mitch was sending us the money in the paypal you know what its not worth our time i know what i have to do for tracey so all of you can say what you want i dont care all i know is we are very good people hell david you use to talk to my wife every night but oh well cya

That just sounds like you might have known it was him. EVEN if you didnt, how did you not question the fact that there was money from an UNKNOWN source going into your account? And it still boggles me that he would even risk his freedom to scam people, then just send the money to you...It doesnt add up, and I highly doubt he would do that unless there was an incentive. Maybe he bought something from you/owed something to you? If so, then when you said you only transacted with him once, you lied.

And with Apollo, again it boggles me why he would use YOU as a mediator. Everyone knew his address at the time, so its not like he was doing it to protect his privacy or anything. And why would you accept the dragon? You said yourself you didnt want to get in the mess, yet you accept the dragon that was the center of the controversy.

We/I am not calling you a bad person, just someone who needs to right their mistakes and come out fully truthful.

last one first of all i accept the dragon to my home cause i was doing it for tere and if you are trying to catch me on any thing good luck cause i do not have any thing to hide and yes i did only one transaction with him all the otheres failed but hey he has my dragons but do you see me comming on here and making a big deal no i contact my lawyer wich is don Stewart so i will be getting mine and as far as her money i just sold to of my dragons to get her money so she will be refunded and as for you David dint sit there and say i need to get out of dragons i know alto more than most cause Ive been in it for along time dint down me cause all of my dragons plus MY 2 KIDS are very healthy so dint go there if i was you

While we are clearing things up, can you tell me about this:

You all claimed you did this for a living, to support your kids etc. Breeding the dragons rarely makes an income, and if you are looking to make an income you need TONS of dragons and they should be HIGH color. Your dragons are pretty, no doubt, but I think its hard to imagine that you can support a family of four on upwards of 10 decent/good colored dragons.

How are you going to support your family if you are selling most of your dragons? And in your posts, I understand that people arent all great at typing, but if you are trying to run a legit business that supports your family you can at least have the decency to type, spell, and use grammar correctly in your posts, and cut down on the profanity. Cussing and having bad grammar gives an illusion of an unprofessional business. No doubt its fine to have grammer and spelling errors throughout, but as frequent as they are in your posts seems a bit much.

This all gets confusing for me, so if you could clear it up that would be great.

first of all i have a real job making good money during the day and on my grammer its cuase iam pissed and iam typing fast sorry for that but like i said iam sending her a refund and i think its time to end this bull crap

Jimmy, listen to what everyone is telling you! You know Mitch is a scammer. Yet, you just admitted that you completed one transaction with him, found out he was a scammer, then tried unsuccessfully to have more transactions with him? Come on...and you can't figure out why people are having a difficult time trusting you?

You also haven't answered the question as to how Mitch could have gotten the pic of the eggs that was NOT on your website.

And like I've told you before, I do appreciate DAILY that Apollo is back at home. I just have some serious doubts as to how he got there...that's all.

Tracey has been given her refund in full. if anyone questions it email and ask her. i have done my part, and that should count for something. everyone have a good one and good luck in everything you do. and tere as far as the other transaction that failed we were trying to get someones and you know who (not you) male back to send to him. again we were TRYING TO HELP!!! if anyone else has questions for us you can email us. as we have posted proof of a refund which was why this was brought back up.
 
Ok, I will admit I am a bit lost here.
I understood your response even though many did not the first time Mitch used your Paypal account. He owed you money for dragons and instead of paying you directly he had a customer pay you instead.
Now this time he had a customer pay you and he sent dragons to that customer but Mitch received NOTHING? Is this correct?

I am positive Mitch is no freakin Robin Hood, stealing and giving to the poor.


I have seen a lot of scammers but never one that works for free and gives someone else their gains.

While it appears you possibly have met the deadline I set, one of the conditions was that I hear this from TRACEY by 6PM this evening. I see no bank number or Paypal number enough to convince me that this is incontrovertable evidence of payment.

Since there is a lot of Paypal hanky panky going on, Tracey (writing from her own address on Fauna) must be the one to say that all was resolved in a satisfactory manner.

Give her a call or email Jimmy. You have until 6PM.
