LOL!!! WOW!!! good to have you back dan.....
Until she refuses to return the snake to him, I think it's a little early to be calling her a thief. From what I can decipher of the chronically small screenshots that are provided, it appears that she amended her claim to that of an item arriving "not as described". Which is what I believe the situation amounts to.
The seller fumbled around with providing his promised refund, and subsequently decided to just send her a snake that it was clear she didn't want, due to his lack of disclosure, which can be viewed as a violation of the auction's TOS. Beautiful as she may feel that it is, it's still a genetically flawed animal. The case can easily be made that the seller's choices forced her hand. If/when she refuses to return the animal, I'll be right along with those of you on the thief bandwagon. I just think it's a bit early to apply that label.
Dan, I didnt fumble with providing a refund!!
The buyer made multiple claims with paypal (even after a refund was agreed to) and held up the funds twice making it impossible to provide the refund I promissed.. Realizing I was dealing with an unreasonable person and wanting the ordeal done with I sent the buyer the snake that she bid on and won in the auction.. As far a disclosure on the breeding ability of desert females it was the first topic of conversation that the buyer and I had on the phone.. Before you ask seeing we have gone through all of this before. No I do not have physical proof on the phone conversation.. With all do respect I would Like to keep this thread to the NEW issue at hand...
Why days after getting the snake that the buyer bid on and won is she claiming not to get it, filing a chargeback after filing 2 claims with paypal and being denied by them and now holding up my paypal account and forcing it into a negative balance..
Dan I asking you this as a reasonable and fair man that I know you are..
Is this right what the buyer is doing??
