    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

NICK is the guy on the hook for the cage now. If NICK is content with the state of things, then why do you care so much? Nick hasn't asked for his money back from you. It seems like you're all fired up to throw his money back at him just so you can try and make this all about you again.

No one disputed that you bought another cage from another source. No one disputed that you had an exceptionally (and probably unreasonably) long wait for the product you ordered. Yet you keep trying to carry on arguments and no one is even arguing those points.

And NONE if that matters now. You sold the cage to Nick. The deal is now between Nick and Repti-racks. They're BOTH happy with the deal. No one is bugging you about it. No one is demanding that YOU do anything at all. You weren't asked to refund money. You weren't asked to keep track of the build. You weren't asked to do anything at all on Nick's behalf.

Unless there's some key element of the story that you haven't shared yet, this whole thing is beginning to look borderline crazy.
 
at the end of the day i still paid 313.00 i spoke to reptiracks and was told i would get a tracking number no matter what which we both agreed upon am i right repti racks or u got amnesia now?

also the fact that repti racks tried to rip nick off about the size the first time when it was already paid off for 313.00 is a no no and i want to make sure that he still gets WHAT i paid for regardless that he paid me 120.00
 
He's not asking you to "make sure" he doesn't get ripped off. If he doesn't think he's being ripped off, then why are you making such a fuss?

so u find it ok to ship the guy a smaller cage and have him pay more for something that was already paid for?

unless nicks want the smaller size that's fine but when nick asked for the bigger size they tried to charge him.
 
Where exactly is this Nick character? Both sides have been quoting the heck out of him and I remember getting a warning one time for something like that. Has there been any proof given as to what Nick thinks about this whole thing?

IMO

Both parties are at fault. The person who sent the money directly to reptiracks should receive the cage. Period. What a customer with reptiracks does outside of reptiracks is of no concern to them. That is where Rud3Bwoy messed up. You should never have involved reptiracks with the transaction between you and Nick. This is where things got confusing. This entire thread is just immaturity back and forth. I am upset I wasted my time reading it.
 
Let me self-correct before someone beats me to it. Nick hasn't been quoted anonymously, but he sure has been spoken for by both sides a good bit.
 
I understand the fact of the lead times issue, and i would have to agree. However what boggles me, you resold the cage for half the cost when in fact you still didn't even have the cage? If this subject has already been covered then i apologize, but im not going to read through 10 pages to find it.
 
I found numberous scams done by Almando thanks to a e-mail tip sent to us.

FYI nick contacted us mon and is cage is coming to him.

He has a Youtube channel. See link provided to get a good look at him. If he wants to drag his name (and his family) in the mud so be it. Good luck to his employment prospect in the future. Online thievery will be very visible with just a simple search.

WoW list keeps going almando. Another scam tip sent in from beadeddragons.org. He has been banned from this site too with another scam. I beginning to wonder if NICK is really Nick and if they both arn't in on another scam

and secondly some one was posing as me on a forum using my user name selling goods which i got bad heatware for which has yet to be resolved

and once again ill prove to you that you know nothing,members of the sims3.com got mad i uploaded houses from the sims 3 game that was already made which breaks no tos of ea which clearly states any uploaded content can be re uploaded if edited by another member,once again please get facts right before posting
 
regardless of what issues i have outside of this site i paid you for service we both agreed upon a service am i right?you got paid am i right in full july 13,2011 for the amount of 313.00 which you never delivered any product.


on top of that u tried to screw nick at one point when i spoke to him about the prices trying to charge him more for a 4 ft when a 4 ft was already paid for in full.
 
The funny thing i find funny is if you believe this is a scam why is it that you refuse to refund nick his 120.00 and me the rest or just ship the product to the person who paid u which was me which i have paypal proof of 313.00?then ill just sell it back and pay nick his money back and avoid all of this?it's because u have no product to show for the 313.00 i paid u for,or do u need to the end of the year to build the cage?
 
Nick don't want a refund he wants the cage he bought from you which is being sent to him now and is baffeled why you thinking it should go to you for you to re sell it and was far from his mind i was told when talking to him which took over a month for him to get back with me after many e-mails i sent to him for a shipping address and confirm. quote from nick "my computer was not working and i forgot about it with the new baby" . I don't have to prove anything to you. its between me and nick who just got in contact with me mon and its going to him. I found many more bad deals that i was told i cannot post so if anyone else wants to see them let me know. Im waiting on a few e-mails and call backs to confirm many many more. Its funny do a google search and your name comes up bad everytime in many areas including reptile industry

first of all i have 0 bad issues with the reptile industry

i bought 2 dragons from david from carolina classic dragons with out a issue

a critter condo from chris allen with 0 issue

the only person i had a issue with is u my friend,yes i had back and fourths on bearded dragon.org and got banned from there due to members being cry babies saying i should not own a bearded dragon because i buy new ones and sell my old ones,well it's my money i believe i have the right to do so once my dragons are treated right
