Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Bad Guy Repti racks

Jeez louise, I don't know why I'm bothering... but for the thousandth time- you are screwing YOUR buyer, Nick by issuing the chargeback. Repti-racks isn't going to sell him that rack for $120, nor should they, nor should you have.

That's assuming you can actually get the chargeback. If not, then who cares.

Funny that you were lying in chat the other night saying you already got the charge back, but I am glad you dropped it other way. Not that I think the bank would have sided with you.

Also, regarding your whole not caring about what people on the internet think about you ... people who may attempt or think about doing business with you in the future, rather it be selling or buying, could come here, find these thread and decide you are not worth the risk.

I bet you will start caring then.

You have some growing up to do, I believe. This whole situation shows the lacking depths of your true character when it comes to business ethics.

I'm retired from the Coast Guard, just being blunt, maybe Nick died in Iraq for our freedom and that's why he has'nt gotten intouch with Repti-racks. Either way it's so concern of yours. Almando, your a hyena, taking from someone else. Before you sold an item you didn't have, you should've asked Repti-racks for a refund if no response, then dispute the charge. Repti-racks is a nice sized business, I can't see them scamming people. They're GOOD to the herp-world. Hyena's that seem to TAKE and TAKE will NEVER prosper. Change your life!

Maybe I read it wrong, but it wasn't clear to me that "let it go" meant "drop it."

Reading the entire thread before posting is normally advised, Nick has been reached. Also, Amando saw activity on his Facebook, that is how he knew he had returned to Virginia.

I had to re-read it a few times myself and I apologize if my response to it was a bit flat, I was just trying to help clarify so the thread does not return to Amando saying the same three things over and over again.

See had you read the thread then you would of

A:Knew i asked repti racks for a refund before selling the viv

B:even asked for a partial refund and told him keep the rest of the fund before selling the viv.

C:can't dispute the charge on paypal after 45 days which while i was waiting for the viv it was over 45 days

D:yes i knew nick was active in his home of va he was just to busy as he had a new born baby girl that was born when he arrived back into va

I did a Google search for Almando Boochoon and everyone should do the same (esp. moderators). There are several allegations of scamming by a person by that name with the same or similar user names.

The complaint inspiring this thread appears to be part of a larger pattern.

yes i did sell pirated software paid a 1500 dollar fine,i already admitted to that openly and i am proud i did i helped kids who can't afford the software

as for the heatware account my heatware account was compromised and used,to sell products as it was not me selling products,as you can see on my heatware i had great feedback until the account got compromised,mods locked the account after it was compromised

example one if i was a scammer i would of taken this kids i7 940 and 300 bucks,we traded he sent me his products first then i sent him my i7 980x which is worth 1000 dollars

anyway also dealt with ccd and chris allen a few times with 0 issues,as i said before take it as it is,repti racks didn't get scammed nor did nick,repti racks has it's 313 and nick is waiting for his viv

as u can see i had 0 issues with selling in the past and using heatware then the account was compromised to sell products which i never sold,had contacted heatware and got the account locked/suspended

once again take it as it is it really does not effect me or my buying online.
