i read this thred the whole time and kept my comments to myself because i know my wife sent an email of the wrong pic and some people went nuts saying all kinds of <font color=red>[**censored**]</font> you had proved yourself to trying to rip her off so you showed everyone <font color=red>[**censored**]</font> does happen sometimes people lie but sometimes its the truth keep ya head up

Mitch, it's not so bad to get mad when you think you're being thought poorly of and don't deserve it. I'm sure that YOU thought you did NOT deserve the drubbing you were getting.

Let's just let that go as it is very dependent on one's point of view as to whether or not you deserved it and to debate that, whether or not it was deserved, would take farrrrrrrrrrrr to long.

It is good that you not only paid Marsha back but that you said you would BEFORE you did. It helps to establish that you actually can be trusted.

Everyone who has experiance in this business knows that mistakes are made. That's not so much the measuring rod as is the way those mistakes are handled.

Your first steps in handling this one could use some improvment BUT you did the right thing in the end and THAT is what counts.

Keep it on the up and up from now on and eventually this will be all but forgotten.

Not just a good opinion, but to not do so is a violation of the rules on the BOI. Additionally, people who read this thread and are not familiar with the other will have virtually no idea what you're talking about.

I'm happy that evrything has worked out, to bad it had to be a refund. As is the case in selling and buying not everything can always be perfect. I've seen sellers collect monies only to offer a refund later due to illness or death of the animal prior to shipping or worse yet death afterwards.

Job well done for your refund to Marcia, and might I add that I do see it as a prompt refund as the whole transaction from selling to completion of refund has taken less then 30 days. Often on other auction sites such as ebay it can take much longer.
I also thank you for your apology, for the words you may have stated in anger and not intending harm.
I regret that the forum delved into your past and exposed some not so happy times.

Might I make a suggestion to you Mitch, that if you want to clean your name and forget your criminal record you may want to change your ID's on the various sites you visit to something not involving drugs. As I am sure the those email and ID names could be seen by your parole as a violation. The names don't do you any justice for future buyers or sellers.

I didnt know that.How can i change it or delete it.I dont think they will delete it because they havent yet .Should i report this thread to a moderator.And if i want to change my id name do i start a new thread with my new id so people can know that i am the same person.I dont want to trick anyone into thinking i am someone else.Thanks

For whatever its worth, you seem

(based on the information from prior difficulties) a predisposition for doing the wrong thing first, poor judgement in making decisions and knack at your young age of building a house of cards that may haunt you in the future.

I am glad that you returned the money to Marcia. In actuallity you should never have taken it in the first place. Had Marcia not known about the BOI, I am uncertain how much pressure would have been exerted to have you send HER money back to her. Their are TO MANY LOST cases of monies in the herp industry. I am just glad that this has been resolved to everyones satisfaction. I know Marcia will be more careful with her future purchases . I hope you do something more productive with your life that can at least provide some stability in your endeavors.

You started off poorly, redeemed your self, and then make a statment like that? Honesty is great. But if you're going to be honest, you need to respect another's right to be honest back. Making threats like "run mine back or shut theirs" isn't making good business or creating good relations, it's making people afraid. It seems that you are quick to anger (whether due to extenuating circumstances or just the phermones in the air, I don't know).

If you hang your laundry for all to see, you need to expect comments on it. If you don't want to hear comments, then don't air it. Don't keep making the same mistakes and threats.
