Kelly,
I just got home and read your email, please disregard my last. We have spoken about this numerous times. Seven Hundred and fifty dollars is way too high for this show. I spent much less than that in San Diego and that show was huge. I am going to have to completely decline any sponsorship in your show at this point. Maybe next year when the show is more stable and pricing is more structured we can work something out.
Thanks,
David
Especially for a new show trying to establish itself, you would want known breeders, suppliers, and wesite to get involved. I gathered that is what Terry was questioning was the cost considering it was a new show. I would hardly think anyone would want to have their name or business smeared here. Looking at the date of that attached e-mail David stated that the fees were way to much. Being that he was slow to respond to this thread alot of assumptions were may. Right ? Wrong ? who knows..........
Bottom line, if it isn't in writting it's just people talking. How many hour have all you breders have spent including me talking to a prespective buyer that turned out to be hot air?
I truly appreciate Rich's efforts in making this a first rate website. I really wish the rest of his site would get as much attention as the BOI does. I have benefited from the BOI by being the ONLY source on the internet were you can find information about a person you may plan on doing business with. Some of the folks on here should open up a detective agency. However , it seems that alot of folks only remember the un-needed sniping, name calling that also goes on here.
One last question .....What is record for the longest thread?
Good luck to all parties on this issue................
