I am sorry, Terry. I don't believe in name calling (at least, not in public, between adults, lol! Maybe behind closed doors - then people can behave however they want). It is just that people can't understand your viewpoint. Neither can I, unfortunately. Here is what I posted in response to a question about it in another forum (it does seem to be getting around). This about sums it up, to me, unless something new happens.
It was David's response that is causing all of the fallout, much more than the original "he said - she said" deal. Anyone can have a problem customer or misunderstanding now and then - I certainly have, just like anyone else. It is how you handle the problems that show your true character, IMHO. Even if he was 100% correct, and the original poster 100% wrong (and that does NOT seem to be the case, according to the only evidence posted), it was dealt with extremely poorly. His post was not the appropriate, professional way to handle it, in the opinion of most who have read it. And there has been no retraction or apology, so it seems that it stands as is.
I was a really big supporter, so I am as sad about it as anyone could be (except those who are directly tied to, or benefiting from the business, of course).
