    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

If Paul really cared IMO he would be here explaining the diff name's and trying to clean this up but he dosent. Now if a Man dosent care enough to clear there name and set things straight It brings me to wonder How can he care for his reptiles? Wouldnt the reputation of his name be more important That is what Helps you sell your reptiles your reputation and how you handle things.

Also with the "... then don't post on my threads": I think it's been well established that a member can post reference to a boi thread to warn potential prey. There's enough scamming going on around here I think it's only right that we stick together to do something about it. So until I get banned myself for it you're darn right that I'll post a warning to his potential prey!
 
I did a search out of curiousity to see if I could figure out if Tom Botte was indeed Tom Moldovan.

The obvious difference is one us 31 years old and the other is 67 years old. I tried to figure out which one was on fauna so went to Paul's fauna page and he lists his age as 31

That would be the age of Paul Botte and not Paul Moldovan so it appears that Paul is using a different last name or alias for this site. I would venture a guess it would be his mother's maiden name but that is only a guess as I am not going to pay for a full report to get information on his relatives ect.

This person has been banned pending receipt of proof of his true identity. This will be standard procedure in similar cases where there is SUBSTANTIAL evidence that they are using a false name on this site.

Not trying to but in but I was sort of thinking that this is the man that you were talking about. I see him all the time at three local shows. I'm glad that I read all of this. I hope that the OP gets his money back.

I've been hitting most of the shows in the area for about a year...since I moved here...and met some really great people in the business...and some..well..not so great. I'm not going to "bash" anyone, but there is a "group" that I tend to avoid. If I am not mistaken, I think that I have met you before, I could be mistaken though.

You may very well have as I vend the Pittsburgh (Cheswick) show, if not ask around and I'm sure someone could point you in my direction. Stop by and introduce yourself.

Unfortunately there are some "not so great people" out there and you are smart to avoid them. I would think it would go without saying that someone who has to use multiple names would be someone who I would safely say would fall under the "not so great people" category and someone to avoid. :thumbsup:

I am looking forward to seeing what Paul's excuse will be for the need of using an alias if he vends the next show as I intend on asking him if he doesn't reply here first. :yesnod:

Cheswick is the one that I hit most often, then Mars and of course the Steel City. I'll shoot you a PM to let you know who I'm usually with.

He isn't replying here because he's been banned until providing proof of identification. Even at that I don't know the rules for sure, but I'd think he should be banned for good if he's been using an alias.

From the archived threads that were posted above I'd say he signed up with an alias to throw people off from his past bad deals.

He can't till ge clears this up. I believe Rich has him banned untill he can provide proof to his real name (if I'm wrong sorry)
