If it was only the trip out of town, then why are the reds nice, and yours not? The same people took care of them. And yours was acting up PRIOR to the trip, all three acted up just after the trip, and YOURS is still mean.
You said ON THIS THREAD, you offered to give me a red female at "no charge" and now that I've said the truth, NOW you say you offered to "trade them out".
Which is the lie? I gave ONE version. You've given two. You offered to find me a red female, and sell it to me. And your male is still a female, and I'm still waiting to see your proof of where I claimed to have a giant, since you implied I claimed mine was a giant.

That was not what happen, but you are welcome to run that way if you choose. It is not what happen and you know it. You were very upset when you got home, or so you said. You said you would never let anyone watch your animals again. Just because something happens to one, does not make it happen to all of them.

And the trade was offered to give you a pair, but you did not want to part with your tegu.

In the ad, Rick can show they are from high white parents and Bobby can show his are from extra large parents.

This way no one gets confused about locales and no one buys something they thought was something else.

This bitch fest is really getting out of hand with no end in sight since there is no paper trail to document the collection origin of either of your stock.

The baseline of this is correct, but I feel needs to be cleared up a tiny bit.
I am the one they are talking about, referenced as "Arie", as my chat name is Arieanna.

Yes, I did have a tegu (Argentine Black and White) that was oroignally from Rick's stock. However, I did not buy this tegu FROM Rick himself, but from another party.

Yes, the tegu was mean as can be, and I wasn't happy with her. And I DID bring this up with Rick, who DID offer me advice on the tegu. I never asked him to replace the little devil, he never offered, and I never EXPECTED him to. He didn't sell me the tegu, why in the world would I ask him to replace it?

Bobby was VERY kind and generous in his trade offer to me for the beautiful Red tegu. I appreciate it immensely.

The tegu arrived well and as advertised, and did well until certain personal events came about and I didn't think it was fair to keep such a time consuming herp without giving it the standard of care I give all my animals. So he was traded to an amazing tegu owner in my area. (His license plate on his truck said TEGU, what more can I say?)

I just hope that clears that up a tiny bit. I have absolutely no interest in getting in between this drama war, just want to make sure the facts are out there.

This is more of a "Well prove your carpet pythons are wc from Australia" type of deal. You are making the claim that ONLY yours are true Chacoan.
You dropped Chacoan from the name, but you are still saying only you have Chacoans.The title is differnet, but the book reads the same. I don't get why you are so into saying Rick's are not Chacoan, and yours are. You are expecting him to prove his are a locality, but not holding yourself to the same standard.You want him to prove that yours aren't...thats absurd.He can't do that, and you can't prove his aren't He dropped the name Chacoan, and not because his aren't giant, but because he can't prove that they are Chacoan. You dropped the name but it seems you did it under protest, and are continueing to protest.

Thank you for the facts. I really wasn't going to drag you or the other person into this, but I appriciate the post. I will go on to say the tegu was in the other person's hands long enough to be neglected before Arie received it.

You are too damn funny Rick, you sold babies from the exact same pair Tux x Tila as normals one year, then changed the name to Chacoan the next after you seen mine.

Mind you there is no proof that you ever bred tegus though.

And you did not want mine? You were not a happy camper when you found out the two free tegus I sent you were normals. You even told me you wanted to buy another to give you a pair of giants until you found out they were not Giants I sent you. Fact!!
