In the past two days I have gotten emails asking about being requested to provide credit card info in order to register and also to make a post in the classifieds forums. PLEASE NOTE: In no instance will this site ask you for this sort of information. The only time any request for payment is made is if you choose to opt-in for a higher membership level, and that is done SOLELY through PayPal. Anything else is coming from a source other than this site. My guess is that this is coming through Google Adsense, but when I can get someone to send me a screen shot of this sort of request, I will know more.

In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

I have read the posts. I didn't see where he claimed that his are the same as yours. If you don't want to dig for proof that will support what you are saying, don't.
Well everyone is acting like I am attacking poor old Rick, however he brought my name up into his mess when he called me a liar. I did not post in this thread until he did.

To all who have read this far.. You can draw your own conclusions at this point. The people who defended Bobby at first were shown the truth. Bobby has a few friends who will still post rude comments with no information or fact to back it up. Go, read all of my "real" feedback and you will see it's all good. One girl had a DOA and I resolved the issue. She was then instigated into coming on here and posting a bad guy post against me, not because of the way I handled the transaction, but because someone told her that her animal was less than what it was. The instigator admitted to it and apologized here, stating he really shouldn't had.
All of the other crap was personal crap that I did not really want to get into and well as the chacoan/white head and chacoan/extreme giant debate.. which again dwindles down to nothing but name calling in the end.

I get what you are stating now. I would think since he listed his pairings at least two years straight that there was some posts about the pairings, eggs, incubation, hatch date and all that good stuff. Not everybody does but the majority do.

There was one fact Bobby made that he is trying to spin off, which he has been doing from the beginning of this thread, just like quoting other people who end up coming her to point out that what Bobby is quoting is not indeed truth, but his spun off version of it. The fact is that I purchased hatchlings off Bert, which is true. Which is true that Bobby does too. Not for resale as our own, but to sell wholesale to petshops, people online interested in a better price in quantity rather than quality, etc. I produced 98 of my own hatchlings this year and sold out. I produced either 106 or 108 (I would need to check my records) last season and sold out. Bobby acts as if this deed of reselling Berts wholesale is evil or wrong yet he does it as well. It's not as if I was selling them as my stock.
So, with the fact.. I feel I needed to show some proof of my own so even though the pics are shitty quality, which is why I didn't post them proudly on my website, here you go....

Yes, I had to go through the hassle of finding a few damn pictures on my computer that showed not only my eggs, but some proof that it was actually MY picture. Hense the tattoos. Hopefully at some point people will all see that Bobby is just personally attacking me with unfounded accusations just to tarnish my name and perhaps so he can gain some of my potential customers. You don't find it odd he is starting this right at the start of tegu breeding season?
Bobby, you can print those pictures and shove them any place you find convenient. I can offer suggestions if you are interested.

Bobby is responsible for his posts. I can't tell him to state one statement is fact or he must state another statement is opinion.
I can question his stated opinions or facts. I could ask him to clarify if he meant a statement as fact or opinion. I can't tell him to designate each statement accordingly. That is his responsibility. I can agree or disagree as member, but as a moderator, I can't make him. It is up to the members to give the appropriate weight to such statements.
If the statements are made as facts it is also stated that proof is optional but recommended of any accuser to remove doubts. It goes to believability.
That is why it is stated to take great care in how you craft your statements. "Once you submit your message, it will be here PERMANENTLY, no matter what happens afterwards."

It sounds like in the case of "Argentine Black and White Tegu" it is a common name used to describe an animal with various locales, and countries. It's a catch all, even though not all of them are from Argentina, crossing a man made border doesn't make them a different species, or sub-species, so why would they have a different common name?
