Man you do alot of traveling for an 18 year old....reptileboy1122 said:I can not speak for current issues or for the new location, which knowing Rob im sure is fine and filled to the rim with some exotic herps. Anyways, I will speak for them as people as being pretty reliable after you have established some buisness contact with them. I will also say I have seen many retail reptile stores up and down the east coast from Maine to Key West and all over Florida. ROb had one of the coollest cleanest reptile stores/zoos around All his cages were home made and the store was awsome. I whould of loved to see him keep that open, but as we all know its sometimes hard to make it in the retail buissnesss. Anyways Robs old store as his wife Jen said was awsome and one of the best around not only in new england but on the east coast. I also want to say although I have not seen the new facility I fell that it may not be exactly what it is being described like by some unhappy customers.
I forgot to add this before I hit submit.....So what you are saying is that if I bought from them the first time and had a problem I would sh*t out of luck because I dont have "SOME BUSINESS WITH THEM".... wow I think I will put my order in right now.......NNNNOOOTTTTTTTreptileboy1122 said:I can not speak for current issues or for the new location, which knowing Rob im sure is fine and filled to the rim with some exotic herps. Wow at 18 you are quite the little mover and shaker .... ohhh , and most people in the retail industry know how to spell " business " properly.![]()

Jennifer Gagnon said:I feel like you are all just trying to "dig" because you are all cowards to call or come in. Sean Ford comes in being fake and phony probably like he is a great customer, one of those many people that enjoy comming in to shoot the shi@. Then goes on line talking about us because he probably doesn't have a life beyond the internet.
Jennifer Gagnon said:We don't read this all that often, so if any of you feel like you need to talk bad but want us to read, give us a call, e-mail or come on in instead. We don't get to hide behind a computer and would like to know how we can serve you all better.

Oh like how you wanted to help serve us better when you refused to pay what you initially stated for the retics I sold you, and like how you wanted to serve us better when you sent us the retic that was covered in blisters, malnourished and died 2 days later. If you really wanted to serve us better you wouldn't have ignored phone calls or not been there conveniently every time you knew I was coming up.![]()
I have plenty of emails from rjs to prove that you all don't try to make anything better. You put on a nice facade, really, but I don't think any of us here buy it.
