She is in a 15quart steralite tub in my rack. 88 on one side 78 on the other. She has been eating very well up until what seems is her wobble got very severe. She seemed dehydrated so I soaked her, and with just a small about of aquarium air tubing tried to get some water in her mouth. She is holding her head sideways which is a sign of IBD. I would like to send her back, but I do have a very good vet I can take her too. I have been keeping ball pythons for 2 years now the only thing I had pop up was a minor scale rot .

I don't mean to offend, but you say you fed her yesterday (Saturday?), then tube-fed her Sunday? I have never heard of tube-feeding water.

Do you have a vet in the area that does reptiles? I'd like you to give her a couple days to digest Saturday's meal and recover from the tube-feeding and then take her in to a vet. I'll pay for the vet checkup.
If not, I can send you a shipping label (after Christmas) to return her, at which point I'll refund your payment.
I am going to challenge your Paypal dispute, though, and will issue a refund on my own terms.

I am sorry to say, but the snake is not doing very well. She ate yesterday but when I went in to check on her today she was having a very hard time moving around. What this man is doing is trying to do is to paint a picture like I am a bad keeper that hurt the snake in some way. In other forums he said he "believes" that. We you can believe something all you want. The man has no proof and why would I even do that? The way he spun it was the other way around. He said I was accusing him and his snakes of having IBD. That's not true, read the emails you will see I said "holding head sideways that could be possible IBD" if you read further into the emails
he left out you will see he is actually sugarcoating the story and just trying to make me look bad. He's a bad guy because he made a big deal out of this for no reason trying to hold on to money that is not his money.
He is not honoring his advertisement. I am extremely unhappy with rob and the snake
Instead of fixing his snake and refunding the money to save his reputation which i gave him the opportunity to do He decided to bad mouth me this forum. Very ignorant people are rallying to his side, and they don't even know the facts. Just watch the video of the snake and you will see that it's a bad specimen. The vet told me it should go back, and that is whats going to happen. I want him to refund me and stop this nonsense.

at best and just because the worst you have had is a case scale rot, you have been lucky till now. well that luck is gone and you are not taking responsibilty for causing irreversible damage to the python, no all you are doing is insulting a community that is here to help and enjoy these animal that is a passion. and has for being a a top ten breeder oh you will meet that goal but the list be of the top ten worst breeders. you need to stop being
