Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them.     Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

They have not submitted anything to your credit card company. They have until February 3 to file.

One more time:

1. If the snake is healthy and you are dissatisfied, I will refund the purchase price upon return of her to me (at your expense).

2. If the snake is sick, was sick, has been sick, I will refund your money and pay for return shipping.

There is no neurological damage that I have heard of that manifests after 90 days, then recedes/diminishes.
 
Rob your getting the snake back on wednesday

so when you get her back you will see exactly what she is and is not.

You can make your own evaluation, make videos, take her to x-rays, do what ever you want to do.

You can then pay the return shipping and the vet bill.

That was what I was told from the credit card company and paypal.

I am sure they have been through this many times.

You guys make up hearsay and actually believe it.

Rob has demonstrated he is truthful, honest, compassionate, extremely patient and has conducted himself time and time again above and beyond professionally. You on the other hand are the liar, can't answer simple questions directed at you, change your stories daily and feel you know more than any other keeper/breeder out there.

What does he have to make right? The issues with the snake are a direct result of your own negligence/inexperience. Why should rob have to pay for the mistakes you have made?

Rob has demonstrated he is a shady business man. A lier, does not follow his own agreements. Lied about paying for the vet. Sold an animal that should not have sold. He has demonstrated he is full of hot air, and is trying to drag this out to make me look bad to gain Sympathy of the ignorants on this site.

He wants me to back down and accept a non breed-able specimen

He is nothing more than a back yard breeder working with awful genetics.

The only thing I did wrong was doing business with him.

I should have saw it coming.

you may get your money back but you may also be charged with abandonment and negligence/abuse. FOOL

Either you are super daft or your reading comprehension skills need work.

Rob has no issue refunding you should you provide him with the ability to make a phone call to the vet. and he can substantiate your claims.

You are the only one prolonging all of this and making it unnecessarily dramatic. Grow up.
 
All of the vets observations are written on that letter.
