This is my first interaction with Craig.

Not mine. Based on our previous interactions, one would have to be a total maroon to believe that I'm a minion with any interest in mindlessly defending someone that I believed had done wrong - especially when that person had actively given me reasons to simply not care if he's getting screwed. Some petty part of me may have gotten a kick out of having an opportunity to go after Craig if I thought he was in the wrong here. Sadly, I haven't seen anything presented by either party that would justify it.

There's just a degree of honesty and objectivity that the Jason Ciccones of the world can't even begin to grasp or relate to. I think that's why he was piss-scared of trying to hash it out here on the BOI. It seems that most of the Fakebook crowd would rather crack stupid jokes than take the time to sift through the details. Luckily, here in Faunaland, many of us have both the capacity and inclination to reason our way through Ciccone's moronic nonsense. Dude's just a cowardly mouth-breather. I fart in his general direction!

For the record, I sent an email to the address listed in Jay/Jason's account. In it, I provided the details he would need to verify his name. Then, I changed the ban notice to show that email had been sent...I even reminded him of the email account to check. He's been to the site since; but has not yet complied

I think that tactic will backfire on him. People in fbland will see the Fauna mention and naturally come over here to see what's going on. After they read this thread, I'm thinking their perspective of Jay will change.

Yeah. Me and Dan have had a couple blow outs for sure. The shear fact that you see what's going on and are willing to post your honest opinions was a shocker to me originally. And the fact that I have this tape recording and it's because you reached out to me and educated me on this plus the laws was a shocker too.
Anyone else in Dans shoes could have and would have taken this opportunity to make my life a little more rough right now.
As for most of the others that have been posting here. Jay I do not know them. They are not posting for me and against you. They are posting to the evidence that I have provided and towards your video and your post on here (Julia Ciccone account). I have had to prove everything that has come out of my mouth. With out that proof right now I would be the bad guy for posting a bad guy thread without the proof to support my claims.

That would not be true. As far as I am aware his ban has not been lifted as he has made no effort to resolve the ID issue.

He has 26 days remaining on his temporary ban to get the issue resolved before the ban becomes permanent.

I'm pretty sure the awesome admins have explained in great detail exactly what Jay has to do to have the ban lifted yet he still thinks the admins are just targeting him and they will lift the ban when they feel like it. He really must have a hard time comprehending what he reads. He also seems to have an even harder time taking responsibility for his actions or in this case lack of action. Part of me thinks this is part of his victim game and another thinks he doesn't have the mental capacity to comprehend. Either way like I told him it's easy to fix but he refuses. Anyone who reads my response to his comments I hope will come here and read this thread before believing his delusions.

Awesome!! 3 clubs. I'm sure one of you guys nailed it. If he's a Dj maybe he works at them all sometimes. Who knows. But I'll find out. Hopefully I can get the boss man on the phone and give him a short version of what happened. Then I'll show him how to get here and see the evidence. I'm sure Jay will just lie his ass off. So with the proof boss man can see through it.
It's def possible that he doesn't just do reptile scams. He could be just a scamming type person in all areas in life. There's usually tons of cash in a club. Not saying he's stealing it. But he migh be.

I would tread carefully with the stalking and harassment, and yes, calling Jay's boss to disclose an unrelated situation to his job can be taken as stalking/harassment and then you'll end up in trouble with zero credibility among law enforcement. This is really going too far at this point. Retaliation won't be needed as long as you file a claim and get your money back. I'm very disappointed to see the direction this thread is taking, as actions have become overwhelmingly desperate and equally as unethical as Jay's supposed behavior. Everyone encouraging finding this man and taking steps towards ruining his supposed career needs to check their professionalism and the consequences of taking things too far. I would strongly recommend that the continued handling of this situation consist of actions that won't come back to bite you in the a**, as now it's damaging your integrity as a seller. No offense, and I'm not taking sides, but there is a right way and a wrong way to handle things. This resolves nothing.

I havnt done it. And if this is me going to far I won't go to that extreme. I would to here another opinion or 2 about this.
Last thing I want to do is get in trouble. He's not worth that much to me.

I know. I'm really rooting for you here and would hate to see anything damage your credibility. Remember, once you open an investigation on him, investigators will see your records as well, as Jay will most likely respond to the complaint to defend himself.
