Fair enough, Ill email Ritchie and see if hell have time hopefully he isnt ticked at me for volenteering him. In the mean time as someone else said why dont you set up another free yahoo acount and foward them there. Then this second acount can be the acount you let someone dig them out of for here. That way the first acount is still yours so you have them intact in a place no one can touch or alter them for your case against Peters? Also just another heads up about Yahoo acounts. I dont know if your using the acount you have these stored in on a regular basis or not. If you are not using this acount on a regular basis make sure you access it at least once a month. Just log in and delete junk mail or send something to one of your kids or other acounts. If this acount sits without being used for 60 days or more yahoo can delete it and all its contents. We had that happen with one of the acounts we were using as storage. No activity for 60 days and it was delete somewhere in between 60-76th day when we tried to get into it we couldnt. Like I said maybe your using but in case your not just a heads up.

As far as the IM messages your best bet is to find somone who can copy them for you. Do you have a freind or maybe one of yours kids that can copy them at work? Or as I said someone who has a fax that can make copies within their home? You need to hang on to the origanals yourself. See if someone can make you two sets of copies that way you will have the origanals for yourself, one set to send to somsone to be scanned and placed on the internet and one set for any police or lawyers who are handling your case against Peters.

I also agree with Jason/Classic Dums...fine, fair enough, move forward and provide anything you can to help others become more aware of this person. That should be the main goal and it will only further help your cause. Personally, I am thankful for this thread b/c some may not have known about him otherwise. You should feel proud knowing that you are reaching out to people about possible future scams with this guy. I'm sorry if you interpreted any comments incorrectly. Whenever anyone makes negative comments about someone else on the BOI, it is not uncommon to ask for proof to substantiate their claims. I realize that you have been posting about this bad person for a long time, but that's all the more reason to post all of your 'evidence' about him already. Put your documentation to good use, otherwise it may get lost or out-dated or worse, it just may come too late for some unsuspecting buyer/victim. Although, who knows if your emails are even necessary at this point simply b/c of the overall negative feedback on Peters by so many others.

I assume your talking about the email acount. If so for all he knows anyone of us may be friends with Peters and screw up his evidence against Peters. I never read the other threads about Peters so I dont know if Peters was aware Micheal had this acoutn with all these emails saved or not? If he was aware it is very possible that he has been planning some kind of atempt to gain access to the acount and he or a freind of his has been posting within this thread in an atempt to gain enough trust to get access to the acount to make everything agaisnt him dissapear. Thats also why I told Micheal to set up another acount if that was to happen then he still has everything intact within the first acount that only he has access to. From the way Micheal talks it sounds like he has some pretty damning stuff within this acount against Peters and if you were a bad guy you would probally do just about anything to make that go away. Better safe then sorry. I would hate to see anyone loose any kind of evidence agaisnt scum like this.

But here is what I don't get... if these emails are any kind of actual evidence or proof of illegal activities, then why not forward them to the proper authorities instead of worrying about posting them here. In one of the threads, Micheal makes reference to contacting some authorities but I think he stated that whoever he talked with never followed up with him (Michael...please correct me if I'm wrong).

Also, I don't know anything about internet laws but I'm sure e-mails can be used as evidence in criminal investigations, so why would it be any different in this case...unless either no one cares b/c it deals w/reptiles OR maybe these emails don't actually provide hard evidence or at least enough to convict Peters of anything illegal. These emails may only provide further proof that he is a bad person and if that is the case, why even bother posting them since there are dozens of people that have already given a lifetime of negative feedback about this guy. I'll admit, I would really like to read these once posted BUT (and please take no offense) I doubt they will ever get posted here, especially if they are 1000's of pages, as Micheal had stated in another thread.

I tried reading most of the other threads on Peters, but it was late and all posts started to sound similar. Peters really screwed a TON of people and is probably already being investigated for various criminal/fraudulent activities. I'm sure this incident w/ the boa was just another strike against him.

I called Kevin Peters last week when someone, who was also ripped off by Peters, sent me his current phone number.
My first call got just an answering service, but I left a message on it and within minutes, Peters returned the call.
When I told him who I am, he stammered abit and then admitted to ripping myself and others off. He promised to send the money he stole from me by Western Union. He called back and said he was at a WU station but they were closed so he would send the money the following morning. He called the next morning and said he would call again with a confrmation number. I hadn't heard anything more from him until that night when he called again. Said he was on his way to the WU station to send the money again and would call back with a confirmation number again. Again, nothing.
But, there was an interesting turn of events during that call. I called the local police and the cop was at my house when I was talking to Kevin. All of the conversations were recorded. The cop even asked Peters for his information when I handed him the phone. Peters said something to the cop and I was handed back the phone with the cop saying this guy was an idiot and he wasn't going to waste his time on him, he would just update his papers.
I went to the courthouse and got a warrant for Peters and I called the police in Manteca, Ca to inform them there was a warrant for Peters here. I should be hearing something back from them on Monday or Tuesday, this week.
There is also a federal indictment going before the grand jury for racketeering charges against Peters.
The police in Manteca, Ca are very familiar with Peters as he has been arrested there and the incident involving the cobra from SC is in the picture.
Peters claimed that he had a python sent to him, but in my recorded conversations with him last week, he admitted that it was supposed to be a cobra, but, then he said he knew nothing about it and that someone had done the deal and just used his name and address to frame him. I asked if the person doing this also used his likeness and photos of himself, too, and thats when the conversation ended.
I have tried several times to contact Peters since. He will not return any phone calls.
While I was talking to him, he did say for me to get everyone together that he ripped off and he would pay everyone back. He said being in the Marines, he learned that what he was doing was wrong. I told him that I knew he wasn't in the service in any branch and then he admitted that he hadn't been.
For those interested in contacting the police about Peters, call the Manteca police and ask for officer Brown. Tell him that I sent you to him and lets put Peters away.
I am not at home, so I do not have the phone number for the police there, but I do have Peters' number: 209.241.1102. He lives at 1929 Box Car Dr, Manteca, Ca.
If you got ripped off by him, call him up and ask for your money back. He'll give you the run around, too.
I got this information from a fella that is a Peters victim and if he approves it, I'll print his name, too.

So, there we go. I need the names, addresses and phone numbers of all of Peters' victims, yet again. Please send me your updated information.

I'm curious, how much money did he take from you? It seems like you are relentlessly pursuing this guy to no end. I am not trying to be insensitive but I cannot imagine that this guy Peters will ever repay any of his debts, especially if he is as bad as dozens of people on the BOI said he is. It seems like you would have better luck getting OJ Simpson to admit guilt. (my poor attempt at humor).lol. Just my 2cents but you might want to learn from this experience and move on, especially if the law/legal system is not willing to actively provide help. (again, correct me if I misinterpreted). Well, at any rate, good luck in your pursuit of...? getting Peters arrested? or collecting your money? both? I'm not quite sure.
