    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Anyway, I barely know you, but from talking to you on the phone, I know you're a man of integridy. There is no way you could be part of any of rumors. sorry about hearing that. I will donate my breeding pair of dragons to you if you like, help you get started again (it sounds like you've been robbed a lot).

Dude! you need to move the location of your store! seriously though, i can't believe you got hit again. I havn't got the time to read all the posts here and you probably have already been told this, but i'll say it anyway; insider job dude. someone you think you trust has done this to you. You are obviously a friendly and trusting type and someone is playing you. I doubt it's that Julie girl though but she might have a good idea of who it is. These animals probably already had a buyer OR they will slowly show up at small non-mainstream pet stores in the course of time. They will probably NOT be advertised on Kingsnake.com. I did read that some folks were recommending various dogs. Might I suggest a 150 pound male Akita. Of course, he might chew threw the concrete walls eventually also but you can repair that rather cheaply.  I've had Akita's and I can assure you that noone in their right mind would want to tangle with a full grown one even if they were armed (gladly tell you some Akita stories another time).
Also, if you are set up to receive paypal payments I would gladly send you a small gift to help you out.  No middle men this time PLEASE!. Unfortunately, I cannot give a lot, but maybe if a bunch of people gave a little bit it would help. No reason you should have to be alone in this.

Folks....I really appreciate all your offers (on here and privately), but....I'm NOT looking for handouts! As well-intentioned as they are, though! All I want are my animals back and the culprits caught and prosecuted!!
There ARE some people out there who are TRYING to ruin me, for reasons of their own that I'm not privvy to....IT WON'T WORK!
I KNOW there are a lot of you out there who might think that if I bring Lawyers into the mix, that I'm just trying to shut these people up....well, if I do go legally, that's going to be the LEAST of my worries! Anybody can listen to gossip and innuendo, and if it's said with enough tenacity, some people, sometimes, believe it (including me)....but, eventually..."THE TRUTH WILL OUT"! When I DO get to the bottom of this, some people will not be too happy!
Folks....all I'm asking you, is that you BELIEVE IN ME and KNOW that I WOULDN'T do this!! I WILL prove myself eventually! I actually called the cops and DEMANDED they give ME a Polygraph!! I want these rumors STOPPED!! It might not be admissible in court, but, it will sure go a long way with the cops and the Detective??? They can investigate me from top to bottom, I don't care! Neil, I think your missing the point. A "handout" is what you get from the government, a "handup" is what you get from friends! Just something to consider. One of these days, one of these good people my need a "handup", but will decline on YOUR offer!

I am new to this whole posting on your board but i have read it for a while.  However i could no longer hold back after reading this Wonderful thread of bashing and trash talking.  I have done business with the reptile dealers in the Tampa Bay area since i was 5. I recommend many shops to friends and people i met at work most places are pleasent and well maintained except for a few.  However the whole robber thing with Neil at the Snake Pit i just amazing.  Out of the 40 or 50 shops in the Tampa area  only one get robbed and broke in to often.  Ironiclly i guess only Neil deals with high-end herps.  I personally wouldn't waste my time going in to his shop to look for any high-end animals because his are always to much have mites or the dreaded upper respitory infections.   I deal with and collect many high-ends and rare oddities in the herp world. Out of all the shops in the north Tampa area i have had only problems with him, however the shop that has found and gotten me most of my beauties is   Josie's Exotic Reptiles    she has reasonable prices and the animals are clean and disease free.  I have never had any problems with her.  She has never stolen from me or anyone that i know of.  She is probably the most knowledgable in the reptile business in the Tampa area. I have a feeling that the cheap over pricing weasle has something to do with his "break ins"  as he would call them.  I however would probably call it insurance fraud or Daddy and Mommy fraud in his case.  I know it is wrong to kick a person when they are down but like his quote says  "the problem with this world is to much apathy"

there are a lot of knowledgeable and respectable people here.  They have been to Neil's store and they have nothing but praises.  No one has said anything about RI or mites.
so I was just questioning your "REAL" intentions.

Hey Micheal,  Nice to have a new voice on the BOI.  I have a qurstion for you though.  You thought to attack Neils store for whatever reason and made some real blanket statemnets like all his snakes has mites or U.R.I. and I was wondering what facts you used to form your opinion, since in order for your statement to be true you would have to keep buying from a man who you think is overpriced and sells sick animals to you, and by doing this over and over again ( if your accusations were true ) this would make you a blithering idiot.  Since I dont know you I wont assume to judge you, but I do know Neil and have been in his store and I think personally you are talking out of your a** .  I dont personally know Josie but I know of her and she is the type to sell baby burms ands baby common boas for $20 . People like her are killing this business, I have bred burms for years but I cant afford to sell the babies at $20 how can she ?

I dont sell baby burms for 20 bucks.i sell my animals for what i want it is my store and what i price my stock at is my business.nobody elses...as for the mike guy he is not a boyfriend,just a customer and he also shops at neils.

neil i got your email and i have to say i was shocked to hear from you... send me your fax number and i will send you a copy of your threatening email.and you can also check with the the tampa pd and find i am telling the truth i did a report...you say you dont down me to people but a month ago you threw someone out for wearing a t-shirt from my place...you tell dealers that if they sell to me not to come back to your store,but yet you say you havent.....its hard to believe you....if you really felt this way (according to your email)then why the trashing of me on this site.....thats just not good business.right now all i am concerned with is my own store..i really enjoy what i do,,my reptiles are my life....
but anyway i really hope things get better for ya....

yes i can back it i filed a report with police and they also have a copy of the email.....i am not just starting crap.i was not nasty,mean,foul mouthed at all in my post...and for your info i wish neil all the best of luck in his future.....this is what i mean you people jump the gun pretty fast on here....

Well, I am going to second what people have asked. These are very serious allegations. We have been telling people that post in this board that life threatening e-mails should be taken seriously. So if you do have copies of those e-mails just cut and paste them here.
