    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

File your claims with your credit card companies and PayPal as there are no means to issue such direct funds while our account is locked. We must make good with PayPal first and this obviously takes time. Funds which are tied up to cover claims cannot be dispersed, perhaps you people are clueless to how paypal works. Also, if there has been anyone denied a claim through paypal I ask that you issue the claim through your creditor instead, or first for that matter if filing a claim for the first time. This way it is direct and will not be restricted by any time restraints. Until we can clear pending claims we are unable to issue direct payments. Those who keep acting as if we can are obviously clueless to how this works when presented with such restrictions. We cannot issue money when money has already been taken to cover claims. And those requesting refunds outside of paypal who have already filed claims must be insane if they think they will be receiving two refunds. Claims are to be filed through PayPal if placed through PayPal, this also recovers any fees encountered.

I am not about to feed into this mess or be baited by those with nothing better to do. I worked very hard for many years to see this all crumble before my very eyes. And I am sure once all is settled these same people will be the very last to admit their faults or ill assumptions. To see these kind of accusations is disgusting to put it mildly. After what I have tried to accomplish and what I have accomplished in this community I am very disturbed to see such accusations. I'll leave you people to our own devices and I'll be sure to return in order to see whom will be mature enough to recant once these situations are corrected. till then..

Why not have Pat or Glen register here and deal with the complaints?
This way THEY will have to deal with it and not you.

David to answer your question as to "why now" I think the answer lies in the fact that He (Chris) may have reached the end of his attempt to get money. Like a dominoe, these have ripple effects on everything else he may attempt to do. In the end it always boils down to money. Secondly, I think he has had some real difficulties with Paypal which was his only source of income without having to pay back anything because he prolonged the claim beyond the 45 days. Finally, if he were having business problems he would address them, not stall the buying public. No I think in the end, you will see that maybe his original idea of providing Balls were brokered, but his greed got the better of him and he may have devised a plan to keep the buyer at arms length for a couple of years before the gimmick was up. It just caught up to him sooner. Insofar as his sickness is concerned, this is another " tactic of doubt" its like his nonesense with the Fedex shipments, putting you on the end of the line, and now a mysterious illness that has prevented him from doing things rationally, and leaving it up to 2 mythical employees. Its all part of the same game.

Gee, forgive me for being "clueless", I've never been ripped off and had to fight for a damn refund before.

You don't owe me squat. You don't owe anything to most of the folks in this thread either. But you owe a few, and Cathy's recounting of what she has gotten (zilch and excuses), vs. what she paid for, says it all with regard to who you owe and what you owe. As soon as you decide to be honest with them, for you truly have not been, then things start to get better with regard to living in your skin. Things are tough enough, regardless of what we believe about your condition. FYI, more than a few of us know giants in this business who are facing life and death struggles as we read this. They aren't making excuses like you, and I think their mortality is far more at issue than is yours. One condition of their frailty is not an excuse to take from others.

and I have no further intention of dealing with outrageous accusations after I have stated responsibility and intention to correct these matters. if people cannot be patient while I try to unravel this horrendous mess than they can do whatever they like. I'll be happy to explain the circumstances to any authorities if presented with the opportunity. It is quite obvious that pending claims cannot be refunded twice. It is also obvious that direct refunds cant be sent on locked accounts. I have also asked those who seek refunds to file appropriate claims, we are not fighting any claims whatsoever. I do suggest those who made paypal claims sourced from credit cards file with their creditor as to avoid any "45 day" time limitation restriction garbage they may try to tell you otherwise let me know and I will let paypal know not to refuse said claim.

if anyone has any transaction based inquiries they may constact sales or myself and ill reply whenever possible, if anyone wishes to continue the nonsense and accusatory ignorance. it will be ignored. After everything I've gone through recently and all the time I spent pouring blood into my business I certainly have no intentions of feeding a frenzied pack of sharks out to waste time better spent. Get lives. Seriously. (And thats not directed to those of you who have refrained from being rude or making outrageous assumptions)

that you cannot stop paypal from continuing an investigation into a claim that relates to your business!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If so, thats allot of nonsense. You can easily contact paypal to pay back those people who are entitled to a refund. Here is the problem Chris, YOU DONT HAVE THE MONEY TO PAY PAYPAL OR ANYONE ELSE BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So who is kidding whom with this claim nonsense. If Paypal has frozen your account, then how much money has been frozen in that account?

Your request speaks droves. The lack of any reply to it from Chris, as it would help to substantiate his integrity (must not be a good idea), speaks even more. If he posts the numbers, and they check out, go by a lottery ticket.

Chris you could have put an end to this long ago and when you came here today you were given the opportunity to stop all this yet again. You just needed to give honest answers to a few questions and post some tracking numbers and that would have been all she wrote. In your first post in this thread the oh poor me act made everyone feel sorry for ya. the second group of your post had some still falling for the Poor abused Chris act and wow look at these last few post what did you get one maybe two poor Chris responses. Gigs up now and I don't believe anyone will be apologising for what's been said here will they? because they will have nothing to apologise for.


Chris even though you've done bad things to the pooch and you know many wont forgive what you've done, many others will if ya just come clean. Bill took some real heat here for a while and still does now and then, yeah what you did involves more than one person but still you have a chance a chance that gets smaller as time goes by. With the possibility of criminal charges being filed against Chris, I think he is smart enough to not "come clean" any time soon. He will not answer any questions that may incriminate him (not knowingly anyway). I am afraid these issues will have to be resolved in civil and possibly criminal court. I suggest anyone contacting law enforcement do not make the information public, as Chris will surely be monitoring this thread to try to stay a "step ahead." It would be better to contact Bob England and organize your claims privately as he has suggested.
 
To any involved who do not get action from the Cheektowaga police department, or the State Police, try contacting Erie County Court. You can file a small claims suit (I believe the amount is anything below $2000, or perhaps it was $1500) or simply inquire... I believe if the local government gets enough calls and questions about a business, something will be done. I would recommend calling the Cheektowaga Police - if you have not received what you ordered, ask if you can file a report. If the Cheek. Police don't help, call the State Police (the number was given a few posts back), and contact the Erie County DA's office as well. At this point I don't know if calling the BBB would matter. Whoops- forgot to say - make sure you contact TSE first - if you don't get a reply or don't get action, then pursue the avenues above. Contacting the police/DA won't do much good if you don't try to get a refund first. And save all communications!
 
It’s sometimes hard to admit we are not perfect and that we ALL make mistakes. Although I have committed errors in judgment many times, I don’t think Chris’ actions were premeditated. When a “run” like this happens and everyone wants his money back not even banks can sometimes make good on everyone.

That’s why it’s a little unrealistic to expect from Chris to have all the cash at hand to make good on everyone at the same time. Maybe he is behind in his deliveries because his suppliers failed him. After all there were TSE ads not so long ago in KS asking for suppliers. IF he is breeding his own pythons we know the new clutches are not here yet so he might be waiting for them to hatch. IF he is not breeding them himself and buying from other breeders something similar might be happening.

Whatever the reasons it’s always better to be open and explain what’s happening. Although we would still be mad and feel frustrated we might be able to understand. But one can’t expect sympathy from other individuals by acting with arrogance and making-up explanations that can easily be verified as not accurate. If there’s one thing people dislike is to have his/her intelligence insulted.
