    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Top Shelf Exotics (Inquiry)

Another irony of this whole fiasco. They seemed to always have a camera to take the genetic guarantee photo, but never a shot of the parent or a shot of the animal prior to shipment. Could it be because they didn't have the "het" yet, or maybe the camera only worked on shipping days.

The results of my ChargeBack" against PayPal came back in my favor, because, "There is insufficient evidence to fight the CC company".
I also purchased a pair of Het Albino's from Peter Kahl and actually got the snakes unlike TSE.

I posted an image of their signed photo guarantee toward the beginning of this thread. Yes Jerry, they sent a paper-copy guarantee with the hets they sold......for whatever it is worth.
 
Can someone give a quick recap on this situation...373 pages, no way. I have spoken to Chris in the past and he seemed like a good guy so what's the scoop?

Yes, het ball pythons, leos, and I believe at least 1 boa.....and the running tab is over $15,000.00 worth of animals. I lost count of the number of people, but 15K sums it up well, I think.
 
So people have had normal babies from het to het breedings?

Some guy who is untrustworthy himself has it on his website that there is a formal ongoing investigation against Chris by NYPD...truth or more BS from this guy?

There is one of NY's Finest collecting complaints involving Chris and TSE. First offspring from Chris's hets due to hatch in a few weeks, so the jury is still out on that, although if you would read the last 30 posts or so, you'd get the full argument there all over again. The $15K + amount is for animals paid in full and never shipped by TSE, going back to the Fall of '05, offering every excuse except a dead Grandmother. A fund, currently over $1800, was created by donations from those scammed and other interested parties to look into feasability of pursuing civil action against Chris. Words of wisdom : "Don't by from TSE".

Hello all.
I am one of the people who was ripped off by TSE. I bought an 05 1.1 pair of Het Albino BP's from them back in Feb of this year through PayPal. I still have not received my snakes. I started to call and ask for a refund or my snakes and I have not received either. My emails have not been returned and now their phone number is dissconected.
I had filed a complaint through PP to get a refund but because it had been more than 45 days since the transaction was completed they said that they'll just put a complaint on their file. I called my bank and they said the exact same thing.
I have even gone as far as emailing the kingsnake.com owner to ask for their help and still no word.

I am beyond angry at this point. :censored:
I would like the phone number, email or anything of the laywer that is filing against TSE. I would like to get in on it.

Christine, you are joining a long list of others. Chris Johnson AKA Top Shelf Exotics is scamming a bunch of people. There are people here that will help you join the list of actions to take against Chris.
 
Christine, don't want to see you get a hand slapping with your first post. On the BOI you have to put your full name. You can include it in your profile so you don't have to write it eveytime.

Glad to see you found your way here. There are a couple of lists going and you might want to make sure you backtrack through the thread to find which one you belong on and who to email - there is one that is for people who recently ordered and haven't receved anything and ones that bought hets last year and are waiting to see if any of the ones bred this year proove.
