Comparing Jasons pictures to yours Alex.....they are 2 different snakes.

Can you post the pics used in the ad to sell the snake that shows no signs of damage or scars?

I also would like to see the pic's. Those snakes were in horrible condition IF he recieved them like that!

And as far as saying, 51 hr's.and 45 min. after being notified,and sending him their terms of condition, Soto should do the right thing. It's called, Customer Service!

If Soto doesn't correct this problem forthwith, then he and his company, and employee's, is another I can add to my scumbag list (not to ever do business with)

Do the RIGHT thing Soto, refund his money and apologize!

sorry for the multiple post, yes i will make him aware of the issue and see if he wants to come on. Yes i said "see if he wants to come on"..And yes i am an employee of his. It's just the way he is. He might never even want to read this. And i know it is unprofessional from his part, but i can not force him. Im just defending my involvement with this. If Kelvin wants to respond then he will, if not, i can not force him, but i will let him know about it. Again my apologies to Jason. I wish i could do more to help you out, but this is just not in my hands.

He can post any pertinent information in this thread.

I agree with that - which is why I closed his other thread, and asked him to repost that information here. It doesn't really matter if it was intentional or not, spreading this story into more than one thread just makes things that much harder to follow.

Thank You. Just to make it clear for anyone else that reads this, Kelvin Soto is the 100% Owner of Touch of Class Reptiles. I am just an employee. I have no say on how he handles business, i can give him suggestions. But in the end of the day, he is the boss and he handles things how he wants. I KNOW HE HANDLED THIS SITUATION WITH JASON WRONG. But again, it is just out of my hands...and it upsets me a little..

Wow Alex! I know the economy is bad, but can't you find another job instead of working for someone who is questionable like Kelvin?
You know the situation wasn't handled right, yet you continue to work for him?
Do you forever want to be associated with someone like Kelvin (if he doesn't make this right)?

please explain why your pics are not the same snake as Alexs?

1st 2 pics are Jasons.

Here is what Jason responded when i sent him the picture of the snakes i shipped.

In addition, it obvious that those individuals are not the specimens that you sent me based on their unmistakable pattern and the intensity of their color alone.

Can you please take a full "body" photo of the snake that is still alive with flash? (I do not want to imply that the snake you are picturing is not the one i sent, It's just that you have only posted photo's of one snakes neck.

This is not how we conduct honest business and you should be ashamed. I have an eye witness who watched me remove these animals from their containers on the day they were received and that witness is as credible as they come. In addition, it obvious that those individuals are not the specimens that you sent me based on their unmistakable pattern and the intensity of their color alone. I am now quite irritated with your company and your repeated attempts at deception. It has also come to my attention that this is not the first time your company has engaged in foul business. I am fully aware of which post we are discussing the matter, but if you had wanted to see a picture in the meantime, he had one posted in the duplicate thread.

It appears you are suggesting that Jason received two healthy snakes from you, and 51 hours and 45 minutes later sent you a message and photos of two different snakes he obtained somewhere else and is trying to get Touch of Class to pay for them. He then reports one of the two snakes died shortly after. And the snakes were mentioned to both probe male too, so he must be trying to dump off some unhealthy males for the healthy pair you sent. Come on.

Thats a pretty elaborate scheme to be balancing with their 4th year of vet school.

Personally, I think it was a bad idea to buy wild caught tree boas to begin with, but I'm not here to debate that one. What I think would be a really silly way to gamble $500 would be to buy wild caught snakes with the intent to get a refund on them to pay or another sick 2.0 pair and go through the trouble of writing all the ridiculously long content Jason Olech provided (clearly someone very upset). We know thats not the case, and I can't see a reasonable person trying to accuse someone of something so silly. I understand you sticking to your word, but I hope you aren't making such a silly accusation.

i have never said i packed the box and gave it to the owner. I said, I packed the box, that pretty much says it all...so yes i "sealed the box". It was picked up by UPS at Touch of Class facility. When I packed the snakes they had no fungus or scars. Once i read the initial email of Jason's Claim, i turned the situation over to Kelvin Soto, the owner of Touch of Class Reptiles, Kelvin has been the one that has been dealing with Jason since then, not me.

i just finished reading your full post, yes i kinda wrote that wrong, what i meant by packed the animals meant i sent the animals out, after the initial emails of Jason's Claims were received, Kelvin took over.

since you say u packed them can you please explain the pictures you're showing us??? its obvious the pics arent the same snake.... but it is obvious that the snake in the link below is the identical snake in his pic as the same in this thread for sale by yall? look at the dark coloration and the markings.

Hey guys, sorry this took so long. I am having some net trouble here.

This was the snake in the add.

This was the add on kingsnake.

These are the snakes they claimed to send me, which they sent to me in a later email as so called "proof" of what they sent me.

These are the pictures I took on the day they arrived. Unfortunately I do not have full body shots from the day they arrived but I still have both snakes (one alive and one dead) and have included additional pictures of both individuals for a comparison of color and pattern that were taken today 12/6/2006.

These are pictures of the snake that died. The top was taken previously when it arrived, the latter was taken today after being removed from my refrigerator 12/6/2009.
