    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Not that I claim to know what Wyatt statement meant - but I certainly didn't read it as - I'm going to sue you.

Perhaps I'm wrong - what I read it as is if Jen is going to lead an all out boycott of all breeders in Texas based on a virus she isn't even sure of what it is or it's origins there are plenty of big name breeders in TX that won't take that lightly.

But in all honesty - Wyatt - do you think Jen has that kind of power?

Unfortunately - I've got to agree to the point that I wouldn't buy from Jen either - not only based on a possible killer virus - but it's clear that she has husbandry issues that need remedying as well. I can't knowingly buy from someone that gambles with their animals like that.

BTW - not to run it into the ground but not only did Dave Barker and another Big Name know about the virus as well as several other breeders big and small - but they've kept it hushed.

Show of hands -- How many are going to Boycott them as well?

As far as suing anyone, that is not what I am looking for here. You know as well as I do that I have been doing this long enoung to see these kind of things happen before and I know where they more than likely will end up if push comes to shove. Now my business with Anthony was effected by this thread, that I will not deny that, but just as soon as I reposted the het female I was selling, she sold a few hours later. I am not affected bad enough to take any legal action, but again keeping an attorney on retainer is always a good idea from time to time. This I have learned over the years. But since this thread has started, I have spoken to allot of big and small breeders in Texas and this accusation of a virus originating in Texas collections is probably not the smartest thing to do as a person trying to make it in this hobby. As far as the others who have been replying to this thread, all they do is hide behind there keyboards because they are to chicken to pick up a phone and call to tell me what they really think. We call those kind of people BOTTOM FEEDERS. Again like I said, I DO NOT PAY ATTENTION TO STUFF UNTI I STEP IN IT... But I tell you what, for those who are on the pot reading this while whipping their you know what, please feel free to email me at
[email protected] and I will send you the information to the last ten customers of mine and you can see how hey feel about there balls that they received.

It IS easy to type. Isn't it wyatt? It's MUCH harder to take care of your customers. Isn't it wyatt? But YOU always take care of your customers. Don't you wyatt?

Yes - it's been previously mentioned in the thread. Jen actually mentioned as much about the big breeders hushing up the killer virus herself several times over.

And although I know that undocumented hearsay is not allowed on the BOI - except if you are Jen Harrison - I have asked around and have received emails in this regard. As my confidences are more important to me than BOI opinion we'll have to leave it as that.

Now THAT was a chicken crap answer if I have ever seen one. Tosha, don't come onto this board and make direct accusations of the Barkers etc and then tuck tail when asked to back it up. That's not only unprofessional but down right unethical on your part.

If you can prove it then so be it but until then keep comments like that to yourself.

Well, you didn't have a problem posting the details to get hold of Jen's vet, so i'm sure that'll be verified. What you're saying is that you have emails confirming that big breeders are keeping knowledge of a virus secret, right? I'll believe it when you post them.

David, I heard the same thing about the breeders mentioned above, OMG it was right here in this thread!! Maybe you should go back and find who said it and ask them the same question. While your at it why don't you ask everyone who has posted hear say in this thread for proof and come back and post said proof here for all of us?? You can start with Jen and work your way down the list.. Yeah I know it's easier for you to just run off at the fingers...Randy

LOL - the contact info was on the invoice Jen posted so it's not exactly like it was privileged information.

When I went poking around in regards to an obliviously sensitive situation - I specifically stated that the information would be used in confidence - I stand by my word - which is why people talk to me and will continue to do so - a very valuable commodity that I will not jeopardize to satisfy your need to persecute me - I acknowledged the hearsay before even mentioning that people know about this and aren't talking - who knew about it has no relevance to finding a cause, cure or treatment for the virus so I have no problem not blabbing about it.

So be that as it may - no hearsay involved - obviously Kelli knew about it - does the BOI have a bigger good gal than Kelli - will she be boycotted?

What the hell are you talking about? When did I ever say this or anything remotely like this? I said the lab said they have documented cases of this virus being in collections in Texas. How is that saying I am going to boycott all Texas sellers? I said I have not bought from anyone in Texas other than Wyatt, and have not bought from anyone in Wisconsin other than my first snake. That doesn't mean I am boycotting anything -- I just haven't bought anything locally in the places I've lived.

The info for my vet has been posted numerous times -- you just haven't taken 2 seconds to go look. The lab isn't going to release those results, they specifically told us that they cannot release names or locations, but can only match the virus in my collection with the one they have on file. When and if that happens, the results will be posted. If you and all the other breeders in Texas want to get all upset about this, contact the lab as they're the ones who made the statement. I can get you their info if needed -- but they won't discuss anything regarding my case, and neither will my vet -- client privacy.

My statements weren't pulled out of my arse -- they came from e-mails and PM's from various people. Kelli was one of them, she posted it right on here. I doubt the other people that contacted me would really want me posting that here.

In my opinion, he's saying that because of Jen's statements to the effect that this virus originated in Texas, breeders located in Texas might have fewer sales, and if so, he's saying they will all band together and take Jen to court.

Not that Jen started a boycott.
 
Ya know, after listening to that audio clip, I sort of think wyatt just might be wishing he'd just stuck to his game plan and took this mess with Jen to private email.

Have fun trying to recruit other breeders in Texas to join your lawsuit, wyatt. I don't see how that doc would have anything to lie about or lie about the info he received from other docs familiar with the virus and its origin.
