Let's look at it this way.
If I had the reputation that upchuck has gotten themselves I would REALLY want to change it. Afterall it's hard to keep the suckers coming when there is sooooooooo much information about me and how little I care for my animals or customers so easily available. So, what do I do? Hmmmmmm, I know, I find someone and have them make a good guy post for me. MAYBE I even do a good job with them, for a change, so that they can be honest, even though I don't know why people place such value on honesty(alison), and tell the ACTUAL truth.
But as I am not a good friend of TRUTH, it may be that I just gave someone some animals, or gave them a really big discount, or did a website, or cough, cough, some home repairs for them in exchange for this positive posting. Because, afterall, I don't care how I get the positive attention, I just want to have it, it REALLY doesn't matter to me AT ALL what I have to do to get it.
Now Apache, if you really did do a good deal and are just being honest, then none of this will really apply to you, however, if you are a shill for upchuck, then SHAME on you. Just by being associated with them and admitting it you carry some of their stink with you wherever you go. Like it or not it's the truth, at least for me.
Before I would believe anything good about upchuck I would need pictoral evidence, paperwork, cancelled checks or bankstatements showing payments made and for how much and then regular checks to see that the person posting good for them still had the animals, they were still alive and healthy, and that there had been no monetary gain or any other benifit to the poster for making the post. In short, I find it VERY hard to believe.
Having seen the GREAT LENGTHS alison went through to save a lousy $180.00 I have no problem at all believing there is some shinanigans behind this one. And without OVERWHELMING proof to the contrary I will continue to believe in just such a manner.
