    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I would suggest you do what ever you have to do to get that confirmation you claim is being sent to you...........Come on, this has been going on for HOW MANY months?!? and your waiting for a FAX,.................yeah, right, sure.................

At any rate, I suggest you do what ever you have to do to make this right for Tony. He is REALLY hurting your business.

I'm telling ya Tony, you are the most polite pit bull I have ever had the pleasure to meet! Next time I feel like someone has ripped me off, I'm calling Tony. Your one serious sun of a gun...........and Upstate...........you better do whatever you have to in order to make this right with Tony...........cuz he obviously is NOT going to give up!

Hi Alison,
This is a letter dated 08/04/2003 from Bank of America. It shows the claim number #: 7987-30APR03 that was opened on 04/30/03. It shows this claim to still be active as of 08/04/03. I think from 04/30/03 to 08/04/03 bank of America would not open or even pursue a claim if I had been refunded.

Now Alison, The first time you claimed you gave me a refund was on 05/01/03. You said also the refund had been given before this thread was even posted.

How long does it take to get a fax at your place......it's been a day now. I thought faxes were like instantaneous. Oh wait......you don't receive faxes do you......you never got any of Tony's faxes, what makes us think that your going ot even get this one. Another reason you aren't going to get one is because THERE IS NO PROOF THAT A REFUND WAS EVER GIVEN!!!!!

Tony has shown MORE than is necessary to prove that he has never received a refund from you in any way shape or form. You have yet to show proof that the refund was ever processed, yet claim that it has. You also won't do anything until you have that proof. It is this fact and this fact alone that makes people now not want to do business with you. You are one of those people that is ALWAYS right aren't you? Nobody can ever say your wrong, huh? This situation with the rat snake that you weaseled your way out of. YOU WERE WRONG.

1. You sent her the wrong flippin thing without telling her.
See, you see this as a good thing. What if she had gone out and purchased 2 small critter keepers for the babies? She then received the 1 (one) adult snake you sent. Where the hell is she supposed to put it? It won't fit in the cages she already had? You screwed here there first off.

2. You say there was 2, she says there was one. You have no pictures of 2 snakes, she has one picture of one (dead). You have no way at all of convincing us that you ever sent 2 snakes. and the fact that what you sent wasn't what she wanted, doesn't make your credibility any better. THAT is why nobody beleives that there were 2 snakes....EVER.

3. The snake died, and you did nothing about it. Yeah, sure, you got off on a technicality. But it's still balony that you got away with it. Obviously you don't care if she's happy at all. How are the baby snakes now. You know that ones that she won? The actual snakes that she wanted in the first place. Are they able to be shipped now? You don't think at al lthat it would be a good gesture to send her at least one of them. You know, to be a GOOD business, and give the impression at least that you care at all.


As for Tony. the guy paid your for something, you spent the money or whatever, and don't give a crap if he gets what is rightfully his or not. The man received NOTHING. he paid SOMETHING. He needs paid back NOW. For crying out loud. Just take the credit card number that he already gave you and process a credit for in the ammount of $200 ($180 + a very LOW interest rate, you know for HIS time and trouble. Wait, you wouldn't care about that now would you?)

Personally I hope that Corey DID rip you off. He would be a hero in my book. Not one that I would deal with, but a hero nonetheless.

I may have made a mistake in my claim against you, but Tony's got this wrapped up. Admit you're beat and give him his money.
 
And, Todd, you're right. I did buy stuff in preparation for two babies. I have a bag of pinkies in my freezer that were to small for Elphie (if he'd ever eaten anything). Fortunately, I do have two babies now that can eat them.
 
UPSTATE "sinking ship" EXOTICS

It still amazes me how much Sal &/or Alison can sit there and Lie through their teeth and still sleep at night. I guess it will all be settled one day and I would suggest the Tony file his claim in small claims court. With the proof he has shown here he WILL win hands down and he can also seek other charges (i.e. phone calls, bank charges, money for his time, etc. etc.) Maybe these people will finally get the idea that they can not get away with this kind of illegal buisness and they should stop. It is ridiculous that they do these kinds of activities not only in the reptile industry but in the construction industry as well. But one good thing is the word is getting out and no matter how many times they look at themselves in the mirror and tell themselves lies about it they ARE losing buisness and sales and it will continue to be this way until they either straighten up or go out of buisness. I feel it will be the latter as we all know a Leopard can not change his spots and I doubt that These characters can or even want to change theirs.

Where is this fax you have been waiting on? You have used that excuse for a couple of days now......Where is it?

"Where on our site does it say C.B.?" After seeing the ad posted. "Oh that was a typo, thanks for pointing it out." I know of at least two times that you have advertised an animal as C.B. that was in fact imorted.

You people are sick.......I hope Corey ripped you off!!! You deserve a hell of a lot worse!
 
well I guess If i did rip them off, Im not very good at it. There isnt a single animal in my home that once belonged to upstate. what didnt die was sent back. I even envited them to my home to verify but they never came. Take the word of a compulsive liar. I really dont mind. I am just so happy to have all that crap out of my home, I wish I had sent it all back sooner. okay, I will leave this alone for now.:)

Where is that invoice? Didn't you take any pictures of dead animals? You said you had to give a partial refund, where is that proof?
Please give some proof, that both businesses were bad to you and not visa versa.
 
rozanne, My computer program(windows xp) is messed up so I rebooted windows 98 and it doesnt recognize my digital cam or my flatscreen so pics dont show up right on my computer and I cant post any pics. My wife is at work right now, she does all my bookwork, she has all the exact figures. I do have a pic of one of the dead b.p's in it's cage and when my wife comes home, I will get to a friends house and post them on their computer. As for the dead animals that Sal told me to bury, I could dig them up if enough people are that interested in seeing decomposing reptiles. Being that I am not asking for any componsation this seems pointless. I would have photographed everything if I had known their was doubt. My only point in adding to this post was to simply retract my good guy post. I am not asking for anything from anyone. I believe that alot of this is going to be left up to peoples own interpretation and opinion. So anyone who reads this whole post can form their own opinions of Upstate. I have nothing to gain or loose through this. The bad deal with Upstate was my fault for the most part becouse I should have sent all the garbage back when things started failing. I was in constant contact with sal and he was aware of the dying reptiles despite what "allison the victim" says. Trust me allison, If I was going to rip you off, I wouldnt have sent back anything. I am not even remotely concerned about the hot air you blow off about lawyers yaddi yaddi yaddi. your a joke.
 
One more time, Alison. Please answer the following questions.

Alison, are you saying that you have no bank records for your transactions during that time frame? YOU never received your own documentation that Tony's refund was given? You've been on this board calling him a liar for HOW long when you've seen no documentation? You have no authorization to access the bank records for your company's transactions?

They won't reply now because they have no answer. Personally, I believe that they were accepting credit cards and running them through someone else's account! I bet they have no documentation of their credit card sales. They have been on and off of this board all afternoon.......plenty of time to answer those questions.

Does your credit card statement show who ran the two charges for the ball? The one for $80 and then $100? If so, could you please post it? Does it say Upstate Exotics?

How are you? I have requested this information from Bank of America. They are going to mail the statement ending in march, it should have both transactions documented.

I will tell you this much, it does not state Upstate Exotics. The name showing when my funds were extracted was I believe to have shown Greenwich New York. Point being it did not show as Upstate Exotics. I will have the Exact name and spelling as soon as it arrives from Bank of America. More proof for Alison since she does nothing but challenge and call her customers liars.

That's the info I have. Tony I would guess that reference number is what your credit card company issued to you. I'm not quite sure how that all works. But that is the reference for the money refunded to you, right from the bank letter.

Alison, surely you not referring to dispute claim#: 7987-30APR03 of $180.00. Alison, keep digging, even in unsurpassable evidence against you and you fraudulent activities you will still lie.

Alison, once more, my dispute claim for $180.00 was opened on 04/30/03 and is still active as the hard core evidence shows. Bank of America would not open dispute claim #: 7987-30APR03 on 04/30/03 against Upstate Exotics till the present and be pursuing it if I had in fact received my credit.

I dont think Alison is lying about the power thing, it is everywhere, including here in MI.

Alison, I have a feeling you will owe a big, huge apology to Tony, I don't know if you are lying or you really don't know but suspect that that refund never came through.
You really need to make right with all these people and eat some while you are at it or anything you do or anyone who associates with you will not have an easy time of it.

Tony, I really hope you do get your money back and maybe compensated for all the time and trouble and aggrevation this whole situation cost you. a simple sorry is a start but, in my eyes only a start.
