Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Yes there's no doubt that those reference numbers are from the original debit transactions dated 03/28/03 $100.00 and 04/01/03 $80.00. That's exactly why she chose those dates. Not to smart, no company charges their customer on 03/28/03 $100.00 and credits the same day for $100.00, the same company debits the same account on 04/01/03 $80.00 and refunds that same day for $80.00. I mean there were no problems with my purchase until 04/06/03. I wish they could enlighten me, I would like to know the reasoning for this rational thinking?
Now heres the icing on the cake.

So you are in fact, a liar. Bottom line. There is nothing you can say to dispute that. Those were the dates his payments were made, confirmed by you, and now you take the only statements you have (because the refund statements dont exist), and then use them to say they are his refund when in fact you're just showing us that he gave you guys $180.
Try proving the refund was made.... you can't, or else you would have a LONG time ago. There is no way in hell anyone who is innocent would have let this situation jeopardize their business if it was avoidable.

I stated in the original post I faxed you on 04/28/03 asking about my refund at the phone number 1-866-738-7499 and you refused to contact me back. Its interesting that when I provide the proof you demand is when you claim that phone number 1-866-738-7499 does not receive faxes. You waited Almost four months to pick this false information. You lie so much that there is no way to cover your tracks. In fact my supplied proof does show that on 04/28/03 it received my fax.

I filled the complaint with the BBB on 04/30/03, I received my letter from them on 05/30/03 stating you refuse to respond to my filled complaint. You are trying to get people to believe your innocence when the complaint was filled 04/30/03 the BBB gives you a month to respond and as of 08/12/03 you still have not responded to them. Oh I am sorry you have to do a lot of paper work, something your not use to.

Here is a message I just received from Upstate in regards to me contacting Elite Reptiles and informing them of this thread at the same time I posted their name on the thread.

I contacted him to inform him of this thread and about you and your buisness ethics & practices when I posted his information on the thread. I really find it funny that you call my behavior childish when in fact it is you that is the one that is lying, cheating and acting like a child. To be quite honest I am glad that anyone that is your friend of partner does not wish to do buisness with me as I don't do buisness with the dredges of society and do not send my animals to dirtbags. There is no stooping to any level to try and hurt a buisness, I felt that if this person is partnered with you that they should be aware of your actions and ethics. If you would like to try and make up stories about me go right ahead but the truth about me and my buisness is out there and everyone knows it. I guess it is the only way you can try and change the focus on your buisness actions except the right way of paying back the people you have ripped off. SO everyone knows, I nor my buisness have never been banned from any show nor ever had problems at a show anywhere in the country. I would suggest that you take a little closer look at whomever is feeding you your information regarding me and my buisness as they are feeding you dis-information.

I have been reading through this thread without posting for a reason. I just wanted to see how far Tony and everyone on here would go. It's incredible the lengths people go through and the actions they take, and it actually shows everyone's poor ethics. I have people reading through this thread that call us and say they cannot believe what some people will do on here....and that we still get their business, they are happy with us, and it just proves how wrong the BOI can be.
I have spoken with a woman at Bank Of America (her name I can supply to Tony if he wishes to verify this)...and this is what she told me:
1. The card was NEVER cancelled or blocked (like Tony said it was).
2. As far as the Bank statement that Tony has been waiting for, I also found out that if he walked into his bank for $4 he would get the statement RIGHT ON THE SPOT. If he called the 800# for customer service, it is $5 and he would have received it already.
3. I was also told that it is the CUSTOMERS responsibility to be contacting Bank of America to verify that funds have been processed through his account as I do not know to which account his credit card is linked to and cannot get any information regarding his account. So she said that Tony should be contacting them and not us, and she said they have not been contacted by Tony to verify this credit. He may have sent that letter to Bank of America, but without all the information they request to be faxed, they cannot process anything. She said anyone could ask for all the paperwork, but it doesn't show it goes through and hits their system.
That's all the information she was allowed to give me...all of it being general as I am not allowed to receive any information on his account.
I then spoke with the claim department and they cannot give me any information due to the account privacy act. They also said since we were never contacted by their claim department that something happened on the customer end (reffering to Tony) and paperwork may never have been completed, slipped through cracks, etc. But they also explained to me it is not our responsibility and since we have the reference numbers showing that the moneywas indeed charged back that the claim department may have seen that which is why no one was ever contacted.
