When he called me this morning telling he the PiedM10 was died, the 1st thing I did was apologize for that and told him that I would take care of it once I receive pictures showing he was died. I offered a Full Refund or re-placement with my last Pied Male (M8) that I have. I stand behind all my animals and I'm always there before and after the purchase. He called me ten plus times and I always answered my phone and spoke to him. He sent me via text msg these pictures that were not focused. He then said that he would get his son to send me pictures because he is better with a camera. He did, I called him back right away; and said that is NOT the piedm10. I said I would go home right away and check the last Pied Male that I have to confirm that I didn't ship wrong snake. I confirmed that I did ship the correct snake and I provided him with pictures of all four Pied males - M8, M9(not in ad sold at local show), M10 and M11 (see Kingsnake ad). I said that is not the snake I shipped you. I also took a current picture of my last Pied M8 in his tube and sent it to him. He then told me that he didnt receive the pictures. I resent each one via text msg one at a time. After that he did not call me back or response.
He then sent me the print out of the Fedex employee putting in a comment that the snake was died. I believe he left the Fedex Office switched out the pied male and went back in and said it was died. That snake that he is showing is dead is way more then 206 grams and way bigger then the pieds I have.
Again,
I told him that I would give him a full refund or exchange once he provides a picture of the snake died. He is a very smart guy and he is trying to get a free Pied Male. I've been around along time and I've never scammed anyone and never taken monies that don't belong to me. I take pride in my reputation and name.
Even after receiving the pictures of that Pied (not mean) I still answered my phone and still gave him the opportunity to provide me with a picture of the pied that I shipped.
I didn't hear back from him but around 1:52pm CST I received a email from PayPal that Shawn Paszkiecz has filed a claim dispute. I called Paypal right away and told them that he told me the snake arrived died. I asked him for pictures of the snake that was died. He sent me pictures of Pied but it was not the Pied I sent him. I offered to provide pictures etc. She said that she didnt need them because Paypal does not cover live anaimals. I've never had a dispute with Paypal before. I told her to notate that if he does provide me a picture of the snake I shipped I will refund him his monies.
Again, the pictures of the died snake he posted is NOT the pied male I sent him. It a different pattern and way bigger. His dead snake has a full white tip mine does not.
I use a 8x8x7 Superior Insulated shipping box. Heat Pak. vanilla/light brown packing or new paper that I line the interior inside with. The deli-cup is secured with black tape and there are air exchange holes all around the container. I tape all corners of the bottom of the box for more support against damage.
