Any idiot, except you, would not have interpreted such a remark in the manner in which you did. I still hold that you're not worth my time...meaning I'd not do business with you due to your lack of basic moral character and/or any of the qualities I mentioned which I hold essential to manhood (which you've managed to miss, somehow.) I was making you an offer which would clear your name, take enormous risks in time, energy and money, and still be willing to place your name in the future of herpetoculture for almost nothing save a willingness to stand up, have your name cleared and allow somebody else to potentially profit eventually alongside you.

As for the sudden turn-around...I've just set back and let my intellect and simple reading ability show me just what kind of a person you are. And I'd not trust you as far as I could throw you now...and you did it to yourself...it wasn't anybody else's doing.

There is one (1 ) pm from me to you dated 4/3/2004 at 4:28 p.m. and everything else was via e-mail by your choosing. Hell, as for not selling it to me...you probably saved me a ton of headaches and stress since this "new strain" will likely never be acheived, even by you.

1st of all i do not believe the gecko to be red like the pic so am in no way defending vince...but it seems to me like many have offered to go photograph this animal but no one seems to have the time or desire to do it.why would you offer up to do it then not go ?? some of you may be 2 or 3 hours away but you have wasted much more time and energy on this thread than the short trip to his house.which he has said atleast a hundred times come on over.and most people here have been totaly hostile and rude twords him.why would you think he would send you this animal on your word that you would pay for it ?? i don't care how trustful you are it just would not happen.vince you have dug your grave and now started filling it yourself.none of these people here will make the trip to prove once and for all, none of them will go for new pics taken by yourself, none of them will listen to 1 word you have to say.i am included in this.the way i see it is you have 2 choices.leave the boi or make the effort no one else will and go have someone that these people know and trust take pics.then it's all over.you are vindicated as you say you will be or there right and your screwed.but not to fear if you are screwed. how many times have we seen other members stick it in the a$$ of buyers and the very next week it's oh _________ we knew you would do the right thing..your our god again.heck you can do it 5 or 6 times and still be great in the eyes of most here.but for now vince you are screwed.the only person that can fix that is you.

terry i belive i have already stated this already , when seamus questioned me via IM. the first picture was not a good representaion of the leopard gecko forsale, and was taken down. i am sorry this went so far i didnt inteand it to turn out the way it has. i was by no meens trying to scam someone or misrepresent an animal, i completly and fully complyed with muti requests from multi members. i hope we can put this to rest, and for anyone uneasy about letting it die this thread will always be here for others to make there own opinion of the situation

Intimidated!!!

Okay folks,
I've been trying to figure out how to describe Vince without using inflammatory remarks or trying to sound bitter or jaded. So, I'll try here and probably watch as Vince once again posts, with quotes, in another childish manner which only serves to increase his number of posts.

Vince is intimidated by honesty. It's that simple. It takes a whole lot of moral character to stand up and be counted as a man, especially considering the direction our society has taken in regards to childhood development over the last 15-25 years. There was a time in society when a person's good name meant everything and people would go to any length to remain in good standing in their community, whether the town they lived in or a broad community such as the worldwide herpetological/herpetocultural society with which we are so familiar. Too many young people today, for a variety of countless reasons, have missed out on the importance of this lesson and thus the "cream of society" is getting thinner with each passing year. Fingers can be pointed in a vast array of directions in order to ascertain the reason any one person lacks solid moral fortitude, but there will never be a proven concensus as to the real reason, just a lot of opinions.

Vince, and the way he's handled himself throughout this thread, reminds me a lot right now of my almost 14 year-old son. He's lashed out, defended himself with a lot of words which contain no substance, accepted no personal responsibility for his actions, and feels the world owes him something. Right now my son thinks I'm one of the worst people on the face of the earth for demanding more of him and not accepting these qualities in him. Granted, it's just my opinion and probably politically incorrect to may people, but Vince sounds like a child who needs/needed his backside paddled a whole lot more growing up for the nonsense he pulled. He obviously pulled similar stunts growing up and was allowed to let them continue or else he'd understand more fully now how important it is to avoid these little games.

Somebody else probably said it best earlier...Vince probably isn't even 18 yet so that his "contract" at Reptibid would be invalidated. I just find it too hard to imagine that an adult with any common sense would allow themselves to be in this situation for so long.

I don't want to get into this... but the gecko to me is a normal, possible a golden one, with an 'ok' carrot tail. It isn't red. period. Red is a crayon, a sharpie, blood is also red. Now I don't want to play the color game, but be honest with yourself. It isnt red.

I wouldn't hold my breath on that scenario happening. Vince would have to have at least a portion of the qualities I've posted him lacking for it to happen. I'm sure he'll be sure to bid his own item up, one way or another, to ensure his own purchase so that he never has to offer proof. BTW, look for yet another "postive feedback" after he purchases the animal from himself... It's the only way he can avoid his rep going with so many people. Hope you're not disappointed.

Damn, I thought this was all done when Seamus IM'd Vince some time ago. In regards to the statement made by Jim 0602 that Vince has said hundred of times that someone could come down and take pics.......Well I did contact him he just has not gotten back to me in regards to when he will be available. My offer still stands. If he had gotten back to me I could have done it this weekend since I was in the field conducting studies less than 75 miles from him. Anyway, I can be contacted at 772-519-1376. Maybe, this will help settle things for certain for Vince?

i do not wish to sell this leo any more, so i did use a friends account to place a proxy bid so that i would not have to go threw the unplesentness of explaining the situation to a possable serious bidder. how ever if i ever decide to sell it will indeed include a satisfaction gaurantee.

Vince, while I normally attempt to avoid the cutsie addendums to, or within my messages/posts on this site, i did choose to use them in my last reply on this thread. I did not think for a moment that Terese would have trouble understanding my message if I posted without them, but I wanted to be absolutely certain that YOU could bend your 7th grade mind around the crux of the conversation well enough to obtain a minimal grasp of what was being said. See, you're prone to an occurrance which some people refer to as a "brain fart" and you seem to be mentally all gassed up lately. So, why don't you go relieve everyone here of yourself and take a few years to get over yourself while you're at it.

For you see, I feel as if basically everyone here has been relegated to a war of intelligence with an unarmed individual. You've been slaughtered, even by those posting who've admitted to being quite young and/or less educated than they aspire to be when they complete their formal educations. You seemed to have stopped trying to learn a long time ago and your continued actions concerning this thread and the one animal in question only reflect this statement.

You're a sad individual who doesn't seem to realize just what he's gotten himself into. My current continuation on this thread is simply an attempt to bring about your "self-realization" and to provide you with intellectually stimulating reading for your time under legal scrutiny. The bible said that vengence belongs to God. Redemption is another story. In this particular case, only you can redeem yourself and I've witnessed absolutely no attempt by you thus far to avail yourself towards these ends.
