    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

There hasn't been a bid placed on it since the thread started, which is odd because he did say he'd received calls from 3 people wanting to buy it after reading the thread here.

I am not trying to hound you, I'm really not.

After I looked at the bid history, I started looking around at your other auctions. I kept seeing Geckogal04. Curious, I did a search on Geckogal04. You know what? She has NEVER bid on ANYTHING other than your auctions. Not one bid.

Two thoughts:

1) She should start maybe buying from you directly.

2) You might be controlling Geckogal04's bids, using "her" in place of a reserve.

You have to admit, that's awfully suspicious.

Vince, can you just set our mind at ease and show us some sort of PayPal receipt or other receipt on one of those auctions she won? Just so there's no doubt whatsoever.

So Vince misrepresents animals, falsifies auction bids (Is there anyone on reptibid who DOESN'T do this? Seems to be happening alot lately), lies when confronted about it, lies about selling animals due to debt (People in debt need cash, the electric company doesn't accept leopard geckos) and the general history of behavior leaves a lot to be desired.

I know some of his feedback is legitimate because I know and respect the people who left it... But as history has shown, all the bad guys are good until the point where they pull a fast one and rip someone off. I wonder if Vince would have ever pulled the photo if he hadn't been confronted here? Somehow I doubt it... even now I doubt he's been honest with any actual human beings who've placed bids on it. Heck, the first photo he had up was questioned by someone in the "Ask the seller a question" section and he claimed the color was 100% accurate, it was just blurry.

Lies ontop of denial ontop of lies. Great way to establish a reputation.

And... It may have been lost in the general press of messages but... I did misspell his last name in the thread title, would it be possible, if one of the moderators has a few moments and doesn't mind, to add the second S to "Russello"?

Unfortunately the guy deleted his ad.
I did not realize that my "friend" has written to the guy in the past. So he got suspicious when my "friend" was asking about his boas.

I thought I would bump this back to the top. Vince might think that if he stops responding to this thread that it will go away. But he is wrong. Lets keep this up top for everyone to see until the auction is over.

Do you suspect (Just suspect) that this is an animal you traded to or sold Vince?

Meaning that you, as the individual who produced it could verify that it's not super-high-red as the edited photograph showed it to be?
 
this leo gecko is NOT one of the very nice leos that was given to me by mothergecko. this red leo was purchased as a hypo as baby, and no i will not give me source of this leo up becuse i feel he is the first stepping stone to the next huge gecko morph. as for the auction the bidder has been contacted and this leo in NFS. :D

hmmmmm this entire situation sounds too familiar to the "RED" Ball Python last year. Everyone remember that? That guy soaked it in Gatorade to change the look, now we have someone putting it under a RED light to make it look red. Vince there is no way you can convince anyone that the first picture was not enhanced by a RED light or something. The people on this site are a little smarter and been around alot longer than you and we have seen the same thing in the past. I would suggest that you give up this charade and sell the animal as what it truly is... a normal Leopard Gecko. Believe me if there really was a new color morph of Leopard Gecko you would not be the one getting it. I know there are many people whom breed leopards that would pay good money for a true verifiable morph.

luck is the key to the door. even a retired truck driver hit the lotto for over 200 million. just becuse this maybe a new morph if proven genetic does not meen that a big breeder would have to have it first.
 
one more time. no photo software was used to enhance this photo, nor was there any special light used for the purpose of enhancing the natural deep red color of this leo. i know it may make some mad that a private collector has came up with the odd ball leo. instead of quite admiration i receive criticism and i am bombarded with naysayers, geez
 
if you stand behind this " new morph"

Put your money where your mouth is! If someone was interested, would you ship first? Provided they have the right refrences of course?
 
for a serious buyer , yeah of course, i would also guarantee the color, but everyone has defiantly persuaded me to keep this geckos and see if i can prove this trait as genetic
