I apologize for posting so vaguely and not making my self clearer on this sooner. I have been quite ill the past few days and am still not feeling much better. To be honest I havent felt much like doing anything but kneeling in front of the toilet, praying to the porcelin god.
YES, the gecko does look very familiar to me. Yes, I have produced a number of geckos very similar to that as well, from a Golden line which was from original Golden Gecko stock. And finally Yes, I did leave good feedback on Vince as we had a trade deal that went very well. I recieved some pond equipment from Vince that was top notch, represented perfectly, and delievered when he said he would. I was, and still am very happy with the trade deal. However, I sent Vince some half dozen Leopards for the equipment, one VERY similar if I recall to the one in question. Unfortunately, I can't positively identify it one way or the other as I don't keep too many pics of any sold geckos that arn't truly unique or highend. It would be up to Vince if he wanted to admit that came fom us or not. As for the 3 pics on the first page of this thread, it's almost like comparing night to day, staggering differences in all three. The first and most obvious pic the 'super red' gecko. I don't have any cats at the time, but it was stated the pic was taken on a kittly litter box, with the little pieces of substrate being kittly litter??? I'm not sure as I just stated I don't have any cats, but when did kitty litter start coming in fashionable pink colors? The second pic I think TRULY shows the color of the animal, nothing to special but yes a nice looking gecko. The third pic kid of throws me as being someone who has had a few geckos it just doesn't make sense. Take a close look at the tail in the second pic and in the third pic. If you notice it seems as if the 'carrot' in the tail has significantly changed and become brighter and more prominent, this of course could be my monitor, or me not eating for the past couple days. Anyhow it smells like a tuna that has beached itself in the hot sun, FISHY to say the least. Anyhow it's back to bed with my sick self, if I don't make it I will leave all my geckos to you Seamus for your ferret work!
Sincerly,
Mike B.
