This Guy is a scammer!

Let's analyze this for a second......
Vince offers up this "Red Gecko", a one of a kind no less, on a bidding website because he needs the money, Right? Why wouldn't you advertise that animal on this site? or better yet, Why wouldn't you call the major breeders of Leopard geckos in this country and play the price is right? The fact of the matter is that the chances of him pulling this scam on this web site would have been instant suicide. I think that I speak for most when I say that the Reptile Bidding site (due to the lack of security steps) harbors a higher amount of scammers. I think that Vince knows this as well and thought he could pull this off without any repercussions. Unfortunately for those who pull these stunts there are people like Seamus Haley who throw the BS flag. (P.s., Good work)
Look at how well Ron Tremper has done with his signature morphs. If you had the one and only Red leopard gecko Vince, even though you play dumb, you wouldn't be stupid enough to sell it on a bidding web site.
At this point I am retracting my offer. I've spoken with my Bud in Cape Coral and I think he said it best. " If people are questioning his stock then he either needs to prove them wrong or admit that he F-ed up". Vince you've been offered the life line by quite a few people here and you are not taking it. It's clear to me why you have not pursued these offers, Because you tried to pull a fast one and you've shown your true colors. You need to admit you F-ed up or prove us wrong.

Fact: You have been caught mis-representing an animal on another site fast enough that you were not able to see the scam through to completion.

My opinion: You spiked your own auction under a false alias to raise the price on your Normal Leopard gecko.

Fact: You have not taken the necessary steps to vindicate yourself, ie; taking these people up on their offers to photograph your normal Leopard gecko.

Fact: My name is Paul Bollinger not "paulie" As you so maturely put it.

My Opinion: You are Sh!tting yourself right now because you've been exposed and it has been made evident that despite all of the post's you've made in the BOI you are no better than some of the people that you have posted about.

You stated here that the animal was no longer for sale. However, it is still up for auction. The question was posted on the Q and A on Reptibid about you saying the animal was no longer for sale, and you said you can't just cancel the auction.

Are you informing the people who are bidding on it that it is no longer for sale? Why are you not adding that information to your description? Or are you going to go ahead and ship the gecko to the highest bidder when the auction closes and then tell us how happy the buyer is? Did you notice that of all the people that asked for "better photos" of the gecko in your Q & A, that NONE of them followed through with a bid?

The picture shows a red gecko.
the other pictures show a rather bland orangeish gecko.
and yet you are saying the other pictures where more accurate.

The Gatorade Logo in the top right hand corner of your pic was the only alteration. Although it is funny that the logo matches up perfectly with your morph, lol. Other than that, That pic is just as you mis-represented it.

I've got GOOD news!!!

Not only is Vince prohibited from ending the auction early, he is REQUIRED by Reptibids user agreement to sell the gecko to the highest bidder! Below is a copy of Article 3 of Reptibids user agreement. It clearly states that Vince MUST follow through with the auction or he is in violation. The funny thing is that he is violating many parts of Article 3. Such as...

"As a seller, the item that you place up for bids must be real."

"Once the auction is over, if over reserve price, you are obligated to sell to the potential buyer which is the highest bidder in your auction."

"As a seller, you are not in any way to bid on your own items."

Here, read it and laugh. Vince HAS to sell the gecko to the highest bidder! Plain and simple! Unless of course Vince admits that he misrepresented the animal and Reptibid recognizes that as HUMAN ERROR! LOL!

Article 3. Bidding and Selling - As a user, you may bid and/or sell merchandise over Reptibid Online Auction. As a bidder, you know that placing a bid is a binding contract with you and the seller, and the bid cannot be retracted unless due to fault by the seller of typographical error, or other error, due to human error on the seller's part. Once you place a bid, and if you win, you will be obligated to buy the product at the said price you indicated as your bid. Placing a bid on this auction site, and winning, then not paying for the product is illegal in most states, and prosecution can result to you. As a seller, the item that you place up for bids must be real. Pre-sales are accpted. Once a bid has been placed for your item, you are being placed in a binding contract with the potential buyer of the product, if that bid shall be the highest bid. Once the auction is over, if over reserve price, you are obligated to sell to the potential buyer which is the highest bidder in your auction. What is truly funny is Vince has some of the most atrocious spelling and grammatical errors on everything he posts. He is talking about how bad it is on an Ad and his own ad has grammatical errors as well and we all know how he types on this board. Proof is right there in his post about their ad and poor spelling/Grammer. Hmmm Vince the proper way of saying it is "I mean" and not "i meen"
