Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Vince, you and I have never really had an antagonistic relationship so please take this in the spirit it is meant, which is to help you out of a tough spot you have wrangled yourself into all on your own.

Stop, turn off your computer, look up some of the words you've misused and ponder what they mean to the people who know the definitions.
Quit trying to be a smartass. It makes you look much more foolish than you realize.
If you tried to pull one over on folks, admit it and move on. If that damn lizard is really red DRIVE YOURSELF to someone who can take and post pictures to prove it.

You have dodged attempts by myself and quite a few others to take pictures of the specimen that you were lying about. You keep denying that you have done wrong, stating that you are professional, Knowledgeable, and continue to make inaccurate descriptions of yourself. You try to play the field like you are a victim of the BOI when in fact you are a victim of nothing more than your own moral deficit. Bottom Line, You got caught. P.s. I'm tired of scammers say " Thanks to all of the Publicity you've given me, I've sold more animals". It seems like every time someone gets caught up in their own web that this is the next thing they spout off.
Also, I don't know if there is a way to verify all of the feedback that he has received on this site, but I'd be willing to bet that some of the feedback posts are fabricated.

Spent a long day delivering fish and live rock and come home to this email. Rather than play the lowball game I attempted to go and bid the full 1900.00 I have to bid on this animal. The auction is removed.
Now I'm pissed. I made a LEGIT bid with no "Ulterior" motives. Vince, you're a dirtbag. Based on your continuing line that this is truly a ONE OF A KIND RED GECKO I have pulled money from other projects and set aside $1900.00 to use to bid and ensure I win this auction. I have spent $209.21 in supplies to care for this animal. Two hours of my time @$22.00/hour have been devoted to this animal directly.
Anyone care to help with ideas on how I may seek any financial recourse on this matter?

yes but i do a lot for a potential customer, all tho i did not want to sell this leo i have relisted it on reptibid.com becuse critterfarm was upset . sorry jerry, i have emaild and posted the link directly to the auction. so there is no mix up, and even set it to the number of days that where left on the bidding clock. give or take few hours.

The only reason the auction was pulled was because you were shill bidding. That is a Federal Offense. It is auction FRAUD. If the high bidder at the time before you shill bid want's to, they are within their legal rights to not only file a criminal complaint against you but also seek civil damages.
And before you ask, I do these kinds of investigations for a living. As a matter a fact, I have a current investigation going involving another, more popular auction site involving fraud. I would be giving you a new set of braclets in under a week Vince. That is how easy this would be to prove.

Think of the possible revenue you could have made from him but were denied because of fraudulent activity on the auction. Think big, think Bob Clark and Albino Ball Pythons.

Does anybody else smell a serious rat? This just reeks of so many things that I find it hard to believe it is happening.
1. Vince stops auction and admits a fraudulent act in the process.
2. Reptibid has suspended his account and turned it over to their "fraud" department.
3. Now that Jerry has disclosed an amount he was willing to spend on an actual new morph, Vince has relisted the animal at where???

I'm now absolutely glad that I no longer frequent that site and look for animals I might be interested in purchasing. If this is the best that they can do, then they might as well close the doors and turn off the light as they leave.
I'm astounded and flabergasted at the whole affair.
Jerry, good luck and hope you get what you're looking for and that it is exactly as advertised. After 99 pages of this garbage, I hope you feel certain about knowing what you're doing. Again, best of luck to you and watch out for GeckoGal04 (you know, Vince's alter ego that makes one wonder if he's confused or something) as I'd almost bet she's got $1901.00+ to bid against you...hope not, but only time will tell. Hope it all works out.

well listen i dont if i did any kind of crim, the auction was ended in the only way it could be, by violating the TOS simple as that, since jerry at critter farms wants to go as far as file a complant i have no choice but to put it back on there for him to bid again. i dont know what else to do.
