    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

OMG! You really don't get it. You keep saying that things are required. I'm just telling you that they are not. I didn't say not to do it. Just don't state a fact that isn't true.


So in your opinion if its not required you do not do it? Since it a person on the other end waiting for whatever they bought. Its not required that you alert them its been shipped. So you cant take 5 seconds to let your customer know their order is on the way.

The OMG should be to you, not me. that is one pathetic excuse for a merchant who wont take the four seconds to coy and paste or type in a number for someone who was gracious enough to put their trust in you. If your the one with the history is sales, I can see why it is a history and not a current thing you do.
 
Meredith, your replacement has been shipped with a signature confirmation. Its already at the post office. You should have gotten the tracking number in your email account.
 
When you say "This is REQUIRED by Ebay" and it is just a smart thing to do.. you're telling a outright lie. It's not REQUIRED by Ebay to provide a tracking number to sell on Ebay. You just don't seem to understand that your opinion is not fact. It's your method of selling that you do "this and this and this". That doesn't mean that everyone does it the same way, nor that Ebay requires every seller to do it your way.

Also, when your TOS says a sig is required and you did not require a sig, yeah, you violated your TOS. Harrassing the buyer and trying to say you shouldn't be at fault is not exactly the whole "make the customer satisfied" routine you touted.

Glad to see you're at least replacing the order finally.
 
She got the tracking number, she got it fast, she knew her order was handled and shipped. We made sure of it.Even the replacement order. I could have easily said hey your order is out. But i took the time to look up her address in our files, print the label, email her letting her know the item had been processed and shipped. Even came in here and posted it was shipped.Is that not taking the time to make sure the customer has all the required information about their order?

Now after the dead roaches, yes I admit I could have handled it better but that was then, and this was now. All either one of us can do is go forward.
 
Well this is certainly interesting. I didn't bother reading it all earlier because I assumed it was all just old stuff from before( male dubia) which I read about when it happened...

AGAIN~I said that I do use tracking, but that it wasn't required. How hard is that to understand. And I am currently in sales, just online and not in person.
 
@GatorHunter, I'm not really sure as the mailman runs a different times each day, but I can't imagine more than a few. I'm wondering, though, actually how hot it would've been inside the plastic cup inside the box inside the mailbox....

I dunno. The roaches looked so pretty and prefect, except they had all passed on.
 
UPDATE:: I received a package with the roaches from West Coast Roaches the other day. ..without charge. They were in good condition (from what I can tell) and they been living happily with some feed and apples since. I haven't feed them to my Tokay yet as she is on a hunger strike. If i keep them too long, I know i'll turn them into pets. lol
 
I ordered from them last month, 2000 roaches. and counted about 2 wks later when I moved them to a different bin, hadn't touched them to feed since I bought them to start a colony, and only received a little under 1400 of them :( im bummed especially since I haven't received a message back on BD.org which is where I ordered them through.

I feel really badly that I posted this last night, I was aggravated after talking to my husband about not getting a response :( i should of called, because this am we have had correspondence, and He is sending me my missing roaches, no issues..

I'm glad he's making it right. I am personally glad you posted that. It could be something that is happening with a lot of his orders. Most people won't count that many and just assume that everything is there.
 
Its our channel, but I didn't make the video. That's an ex- employee who no longer works with us who made that video.
If you notice, he is giving an email address that is not our business email address, which is exactly why they no longer have anything to do with us.

What is that ex-employess name (First name will be fine since that's all I know)... I think I have had dealings with him.
 
I have been for weeks contacting sites letting them know that this person is impersonating WCR. I found this thread a few weeks ago, now I have been looking all over cleaning up the mess and proving I am the owner of WCR. Aggravating to have someone impersonate your business name.

I do not know a Daniel Penunuri, never heard of him. I would be curious to find out what PayPal the money was sent to. I have been through my records and not been able to find a transaction that matches the description given here, nor match the dates at all.

I do believe someone was impersonating as westcoastroaches or something along those lines.

If you could please message me, I would like to dig to the bottom of this. WestCoastROches has not been a member of fauna very long and this is way before I was a member selling products on this site.

You screwed up when you contacted me about removing one of our members. That got me to digging to see WHO was telling the truth.

And here is what I have found. You state that you don't know this Daniel person, but I think I can prove that is indeed a bold face lie.

You contacted us because you wanted his account removed because he was posting under the username westcoastroaches. Ok... fair enough. So I start digging and find that WCR's website is registered out of TN which I find as odd and the phone number you gave us to contact you was also a TN number.... but yet there is a CA number on the website. One that traces back to a landline.

Ok... so maybe he moved and just kept that number he had. Time to keep digging.

Then I check out the user profile on our member Daniel. Under the website he lists a link to YOUR site. Ok... I know, this is not conslusive.

Then the link to the video got posted here and got me to thinking since you said you fired someone because they gave an email addy at the end that wasnt yours.

So I contacted Daniel via the email he used to register on our site. He responds with he had the name before a partnership with you was formed. (sounds plausable since he's ACTUALLY on the west coast... and your in TN).

Then while doing some more research... I found the nail to seal your coffin.

So you claim you dont know Daniel.... then explain this one :yesnod:
