"By all rights I should just fine and suspend you out of hand for "obvious trolling". But I will hold off, simply because I believe that was also one of your goals here. To get martyred so you could claim what a dictator I am by slapping you down for "only stating my opinion". Sorry Rozann, what you are doing here is FAR below and beyond that. And I will be quite honest about it, I am not tolerating it any longer. If you continue on this agenda of trolling here, even a little bit, then you will get fined and suspended. Period."
Lets not pretend we don't know what is going on here ok?
Oh we do know, don't we Rozann?
Here's how you started off this thread:

WES?????? I haven't seen him on here and I checked the members list and he is not on there. How can one be taken off a member list with all of his threads?
I checked suspended, but all his fines have been paid, somewhere along the lines I missed something huge!!!!!!
Let discuss this sound off style.
Wow gee willigers! Wes is banned? So you have been away for 8 months and you pop in here solely to post this thread? When you logged on naturally your first inclination was to check on Wes, is that it? Out of the 24,000+ registered members here, you decided to check on the one person who had been banned. Damn, I love coincidences, don't you?
And why the quip about discussing this "sound off style" right off the bat? Certainly indicates you were expecting more then a simple "He's still here, Rozann, you just made some mistake trying to find him", now doesn't it? It is painfully obvious that you knew already what had happened and were simply trying to work the troops up into joining under your banner of "Save Wes Pollock!".

OMG, I can't believe that. Can't see him doing anything so bad as to be banned perm. He contributed, was funny, paid a lot of fines LOL
Do you know why? Even Neil didnt have his name taken off members lists when he was banned twice, this is so strange.
Gasp! More revelations! Dear me, I am so surprised! Why didn't anyone tell me?? Still carrying on the charade, it appears. Fair, but not convincing acting, though.

Wow, I just got done reading that entire thread. I can not believe Wes was banned for that. Webslave, this is sound off and you have said I can express my opinions here freely, I do hope that still stands.
Although I haven't talked to Wes in a while, except after reading the thread and writing this we are friends, I have just been out of the loop.
Yeah right. You and Wes haven't been corresponding at all, eh Rozann? This is all just a coincidence that you jumped into this thread stating that you wanted to discuss this "sound off style", right? And it was also a coincidence that you felt compelled to ask "Webslave, this is sound off and you have said I can express my opinions here freely, I do hope that still stands." Right? Now why would you do to the trouble of asking such a thing? What exactly were you expecting (or planning) when you started this thread? Obviously something, it appears. You were fully expecting this to blow up into a full blown offensive against me, now weren't you? You laid the groundwork out first, knowing what you had hoped was coming, to try to be able to point back to it as my acceptance of the ground rules from the start. Good chess moves, no doubt, but darn shame the end game left you dangling.
But I am real curious about your stated claim "Although I haven't talked to Wes in a while, except after reading the thread and writing this we are friends, I have just been out of the loop." I assume since your earlier posts plainly claim you did not know about Wes being banned, your definition of "a while" is somewhat longer then a month. Or is "a while" something like 30 minutes or so, and you simply forgot before you posted this thread?
Now this is where it gets curious. When Wes got banned, he lost his privilege to have the BOI Good Guy Certificate on his website. Only Contributor level members and above in good standing on this site are allowed to do so. Wes was informed on 10/23/05 that his certification had been revoked and was requested to remove the banner from his website at
http://www.calkings.com. An audit of his website on 10/25/05 showed that he had not complied with this request, so a followup email was sent to him that day requesting that he comply with my request to remove that certification icon immediately. His reply back to me was that he has been unable to remove that icon because he could not contact his web hosting and design person. But he has been making efforts to do so. Well, I figured it would be best for me to contact this person myself, just in case Wes were just dragging his feet on this issue. So I checked the WHOIS database and this is what I saw as the owner of the website doing the design and hosting of Wes's website:

Gee.............
Let's see now, your client, Wes Pollock, had been unable to contact you from October 25th or thereabouts, up until at least November 16th when you started this thread. Is that right? But wait a minute isn't Wes Pollock a client of your webhosting and design company? Is this typical of you to not allow any method for your clients to be able to contact you for "a while"? You have stated that for "a while" (presumably from WAY before October 25th) up till sometime past November 16th, one of your clients had been completely unable to contact you about the website you are hosting for them?
Interesting, to say the least. Matter of fact, pretty darn unbelievable, if you want my opinion. REAL unbelievable.......
And to add another item to the long list of misconceptions, apparent untruths, and down right confusions you have expressed in this thread:

I know whatever forum I write in just to write, geckos, snakes, whatever, you gave your mods including Lucille ability to ban me if they THINK I am trolling, when just reading can be construed as trolling in some peoples minds.
Sorry but no, Lucille cannot ban anyone from this site. She has semi moderator rights ONLY in the few forums I have assigned her to in order to handle them for me. Even in those forums, she cannot ban anyone at all who participates within them. But heck, why bother to research things, eh Rozann? The sound bites you are getting just pulling these claims out of your hat, perhaps to be corrected on page F26, lower right hand corner, with an "Oopsie! I made an honest and innocent mistake!" seem to be what you are after here.
"reading can be construed as trolling in some peoples minds" ?? Well I'll be damned! Now my moderators are psychic and they never even told me about it. A definite reprimand is in order, I will tell you that right now!

I will tell you point blank that NONE of my moderators have EVER given someone warning points for "trolling" simply from someone reading a thread. Matter of fact, there is no way possible for them to be able to do that. Say, have you been talking to Mario Stinso?
And yet you have the nerve to claim that you aren't trolling here? Please, don't measure the intelligence of the people here based on your own personal yardstick. You are as transparent as a sheet of glass to many people reading this thread.
